Artist's Rights:

- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to: distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. Be aware of this.
- Please be aware that I have a daytime job I work everyday, so some detailed commissions take more time to complete. (Two weeks - a max of two months)
- If I exceed that time frame, I will PM or E-mail you and a refund will be available.
- I am free to reject your commission for any reason without explanation.
- I am free to alter my Terms of Service at any time without reason.

Commissioner Rules:

- Commissioners will receive a compressed image (.PNG) of any art I complete for them, not a layered document (.SAI, .PSD)
- You may post your commissioned art to personal galleries with proper credit and link back to one of my own galleries. (FA, Twitter, etc.)
+ You are allowed to crop the art within reason, for use as an icon, ect. (with credit)
+ You may use your commissioned art on your personal site, for banners, ect. (with credit)
- The commissioner may not make copies, prints or merchandise of my work for the purpose of profit by selling it.​
- All commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise,
​- You may not claim the work as your own.

Payment:

- I require payment before starting work, unless agreed otherwise beforehand.
- Payments are accepted in USD via PayPal only and must be sent from the account holder.
- I do not accept payment plans, if the commissioner cannot afford the commission right away.

Edits:

Upon recently receiving your commission (Within 48 hours of completion)
- I reserve the right to refuse alterations that I feel compromise my style or the piece in question- or to charge an additional fee for missing/misrepresented elements due to unclear information.
- I will not re-do your commission once it has been completed.
* If you are concerned about any of this, feel free to request WIPs to avoid any issue to the best of our ability.

- Do NOT trace, make any edits or alterations to an image I have drawn for you.
