SO I guess a legitimate update is in order, seeing as how I haven't posted one in awhile. As some of you know, or may not know, I have a plethora of issues. The most prominent being epilepsy, PTSD, severe social anxiety, and the like. Yesterday Lucca and I met with this wonderful lady we met over Craigslist that is going to teach her how to drive, for free! She did so because her son is on the Autism Spectrum, like Lucca. When we met, however, I learned that she also has PTSD and social anxiety, has a service animal, and is going through the process of applying for disability. So after a few suggestions I am on the path toward getting a service animal! We also went by the Vocational Rehabilitation Center in town and met this incredibly kind woman. Basically they exist to help people with issues, such as ours, find and keep work. If it becomes impossible to do that, they help you get on disability. It really makes me feel good that there is a chance that I might be able to be a productive, contributing member of society again. While I don't have anything against social programs per say, I'd much rather work than sit around at home all day. So I really feel, for the first time in a LONG time, that I have some hope for the future! I will NOT be a statistic!

This isn't necessarily a I'm quitting FA journal, I'll definitely check this account a few times a week, but I just don't feel at home here as much as I once did.
