Make a post in your journal containing your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple to really big. The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

Surf around other lists to see who has posted their list. If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. So the flu/bug/infection/plague inc evolved level pathogen hasn't gone away yet but I feel good enough do do art because I stress about everyone gettin' mad cause I take too long to do my art Q_Q
ANYWAY temp close to comms (except for one sneaky comic huehue) for the uni holidays (two weeks whoo!) so I catch up with everything and have a clean slate. Not that many people commission me I just want to be able to handle everything y'know.
anyway FRIENDS, THE IMPOSSIBLE FEAT still hasn't passed, no matter how much I want Odin to chop it in half.

Posted 11 years agoThe infection has now make my muscles do this funky thing were it makes them feel like someones stabbing me when I breathe. It's great. I really hate not being able to do art, not for lack of trying, had my laptop and tablet while in bed and everything, but all I draw turns out looking like utter crap, and I can't give you guys crap. Then the arm hurts and I bitch about how woe is me and QQ cause I suck.
I hate having to recover from something cause it makes me feel like I'm disappointing everyone who wants art from me (I know it's only been like a week but still time goes slower when you're sick and I wanna be working Q_Q)
On a cool note, last weekend I made these weird adoptable things and I was waiting till now to post them cause I'm a dweeb and wanted a cool icon for my account and it didn't get done till today. So yeah that's happening. Damn pastel gradient fluffy things with human faces hell yeeeeee
anyway..I better lay down or something IDK. I'll probably see this journal when I'm better and be like "gurl you was trippin balls when you wrote dat"
also fever dreams are weird.

Posted 11 years agoI has the itis. By itis I mean a chest infection that has been making the rounds. I have gone to the doctors and got antibiotics but I'm still way run down. I'm sorry that this may cause some delays in art while I rest up, but I cannot into arts like this unfortunately. SO just gotta rest up and take it slow for a bit!

I will be working on a big comic that will be to do with DeerTek, it'll be about 4 pages long with many surprises along the way, so thats gonna happen..
But yeah. I wanna know what you guys wanna see! Leave any suggestions below, like if I should do more streams, what you wanna see in my art, what you think I could improve on etc! I'd love to hear what you think!

Last auction comic done AAAANNNDDD I'm going to be doing more Deertek© comics very soooon!
watch this space because I'll have a submission up about it soon enough. For now, I'm getting ready for AVcon and working my butt off to make a Space Wolf cosplay (duty robes, not armor) and a World Eater one for Havok from 40k. Cause why not you know.
ANYWAY Uni is over for a little bit (exams were hellish) so yey celebrate free time whoo.

And I'm doing art again! Yay!
So, yeah. that happened. Confurgence also happened! It was a fun weekend, if a bit small. Being used to giant cons, having one in a hallway was a little..interesting, but I did have a while lot of fun. Went to many panels, bought many arts, saw many friends and fursuited for the very first time! That was rather, interesting. I almost suffocated in it, sweating and dying. I have no IDEA how people can do it for so long argh. Anyway, yes, good times.
Also my birthday is coming up, so is the design exhibition and university starting ALL THE THINGS YES.

Posted 12 years agoI have a new tablet now, thanks to my mother who INSISTED I buy one ASAP let I suffer EXTREME CONSEQUENCES of not having one to use for TAFE even though I am unsure if I'll NEED it for TAFE again.
But anyway. I had to spend money and that was bad because bills need paying and the tax men would beat down me door, but a good husky best friend is helping me with that. In return for a mountain of catbugs and a BAHNEBLAAADEEEE
My eye is slowly getting better too, which is nice.
OH and this girl

well, my eye isn't really broken, in the sense of breaking as in smashing or breaking an object, it is more..'out of order. I have a million TAFE things due and no working tablet and everything is sort of going to bollocks right about now.

Will return once con is over, if life doesn't drown me in stuff again.

College has kicked into maximum overdrive and we have three briefs to complete this term in Design alone, a website to make in Web design and who knows what else in Advertising and Marketing. Anyway, been chugging away at that comic thing, gradually.
I'm going to need a new tablet soon too if art is to continue, and no money means no tablet and no art.
TL;DR I'm not dead, art be comin.

Posted 13 years agoWell it's been a while. How ya'll doing? It's supposed to be summer here in good old South Australia, and it's pouring down with rain, hows about that. I have finished TAFE for the year, gone to MiD, which was amazing despite the sick and how now wasted an entire week being sick in bed with con crud because just having a cold wasn't enough. Expect some art when I get better, cause I can;t even tablet at the moment.
I still owe his comic, which I have lined the first page of. I think it'll turn out to be quite humorous, nyes.
