Commissions are Open
Posted 4 years agoCheck out my Commissions Section--I am now open to crafting some short stories. I am still getting used to this idea so please bear with me during this.
I have uploaded one example of my writing already and will continue to upload more as I can. I am hoping to not have to drastically change my commission information or prices, but we will just have to see.

Life Goes On
Posted 5 years agoI swear, it seems like everything just wants to go wrong this year. Got people fearmongering about everything they possibly can, governments shutting things down, and everybody is reasonably afraid about what is going to happen next, while most of us barely understand what is happening around us at this moment.
The lesson I have learned from many people wiser than myself is that if there is one truth about life itself, it's that nothing lasts forever, good or bad. So whether you're sheltering in place, trying to wait out the danger, or getting dirty looks from people because you aren't wearing a mask in public, always remember that we -will- get through this together. Not even the Spanish Flu, nor the Bubonic Plague lasted forever, and these days we as a people are far more equipped to handle situations like this than we ever were before.

Heck of a Time
Posted 5 years agoIt's been quite a while since I updated, so a bit of a summary is in order. Anthrocon was a blast, every bit as much as I was hoping it would be, but that's quite old news now. I'm planning on going again next year but there's a lot to factor, admittedly.
Most recently, I've been dealing with some issues but I'm happy to say that I'm working through them. Sometimes, you need something awful to happen, or nearly happen, to put everything into perspective. It makes you appreciate the good things you really have in your life, and the genuine people around you even more.
I find myself having an easy enough time starting plenty of writing projects but not nearly as easy of a time finishing them or continuing to work with them, so that's something I'm hoping to work better on in the coming times.
Anyway, it's nearly Christmas, so... reach over and grab someone you care about, be they a loved one, family, friend, or anyone like that really, and tell them that you care about them. I wish you all the happiest of holidays and a similarly happy new coming year in 2020!
And speaking of 2020, we have Cyberpunk 2077 coming out in March, Final Fantasy VII Remake coming out just one month before that, then at least here in the US we have the Election coming up--Buckle up, guys, it's going to be one Hell of a year!

Anthrocon 2019
Posted 6 years agoWell guys and gals, for anybody that is interested, I will be going to Anthrocon this year! This is something I've been wanting to do ever since seeing Uncle Kage at Megaplex 13 back in 2014, and finding out who he was, and I am extremely excited to be going!
If anybody else is going and wants to meet up, feel free to hit me up!

Life
Posted 6 years agoIf there is one lesson I keep learning and relearning over and over again, it is that life is--by it's very nature--a complex thing. You will hear all about it from many different people, and everything you hear will begin to sound cliche after a while, so I do not expect what you're about to read to be any different upon first glance. But the thing about cliches is that they are often formed because they are real and recurring.
The reality is that life is not fair. Bad things will happen to you, often in very rapid succession. Regardless of what people might say or think, you cannot change that. Life will do what it wants.
So rather than worry about what life is going to throw at you, focus your energy and attention on what you are going to do about it. You may not control what life does to you, but you can decide how to handle it, and that is what really matters.

Introduction
Posted 6 years agoI figured that I could do this one of two ways; Clog up my main page with my own personal history or just put it here at the beginning of my journal for anyone who was interested in the information to find it with relative ease. This seemed like a less cumbersome way of going about it.
It's hard to tell when I started being a furry. It was probably when I started up Second Life in 2007, but I have had an interest in the art for years before that. I did not really get into the community until much more recently, when I attended Megaplex in Central Florida, US for the first time in 2014, and not missing a single year until I moved from Florida in early 2018, before the Megaplex occurring that year. Since then, I have had a passion for the community and have always wanted to experience more of it.
I set up an account with FA quite a long time ago but I cannot, in good conscience, count that original account towards the time I have been on this site. I simply opened the account and never did a thing with it, forgetting the login details after a few years. This one was opened after, but also sat idle for quite some time before I got the passion to do something proper with it, and here I am.
I never did put in the effort to learn how to draw, and have only amateur experience with photoshop at best, so my ability to express myself within this community is limited. I do pride myself on my writing, however, so I am hoping to do something with that, maybe worthy enough to sell my skills, but time will tell on that.
