So this year started off a little strange. Take a step back some, my cousin, with whom I work with, set up a week of vacation with his girlfriend. This made work a little awkward as I work over night just with him. Well they can't leave someone working in a warehouse by themselves so at the last minute it had been decided that I would just have this week off. Well that week was this previous week.

So I have currently not worked a single day so far this year. Which sounds great except at the start of this previous week I got Veerrryyy VERY sick. The sickness took the entire week to get over, still being at the lighter end of sick as i'm typing. As I'm starting to get better I am rapidly starting to realize I am ready to go back to work. You think sometimes that not working would be so great, but it rapidly loses it's appeal just from not having something taking up lot's of time.

The week wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't get sick, as I had some ideas I of stuff I wanted to do. Anyywaayyss I could go into detail about each night of sick duty but I'll spare you.

So how's everyone's New Year been so far? Anything you want to talk about? Tomatoe Orange Meatloaf Banana? Trust me, I don't know either.

It's  manly-pink's Birthday! You should totally go wish him a Happy Birfday and tell him he's adorable. He loves that. ;)

Boy what a year. I could list off so many new experiences and changes that came in my life for this passing year that I could fill a Book. With the coming of the New Year I can say I have officially been a cub a year! :3 Yaaayy! That means I'm a big boy now. Yup.

This year... was not expected to be much of anything and turned into probably one of the most important years of my life so far. Lots of you came into my life this year many becoming as close as family. Going to RF and meeting people who liked similar things to me showed me such an important thing I needed to see for years, That I am not alone. That I am not the only person who feels the way I do and that the future is full of endless possibilities to grow and change and experience new or just much desired things.

The end was a little rough. I learned that I Very much don't like working 10 hour shifts. It made me pretty negative, luckily I had the help of many people reminding me that it wasn't forever. As much as I didn't like it I can still say I am forever Thankful to have gotten into a job that allowed me to earn enough to do the Christmas I've wanted to do for years. I got a tree, I decorated that tree, and then proceeded to get just about as many gifts as I possibly could fit under the tree for people I know and care about. I tried my best to get drawing commissions as gifts for lots of people here and all in all I'm very happy to have had that opportunity. 1 Year ago I couldn't even afford Christmas presents from the dollar store for my family and friends and this year I was able to explode in gift giving joy and really go banana sandwich on thinking of things for people. It was nice and I'm lucky for it. I'm lucky for a lot of things.

The biggest thing I hope for from 2016 is just the continued opportunity to grow and learn more about myself and those around me. I would also like to start eating healthier. I've never been big on dieting or focusing on weight loss... but I'd like to improve my diet. I have been eating way too many frozen pizza's, cans of soup, and packs of cookies....I won't cut cookies completely out (That would be INSANE) but I would like to cut down to maybe 3 or 4 whenever I have some.

This year I bought my first tree. It will hopefully see many Christmas's and have many many more presents under it. There is a ham in my fridge and this year my apartment will be where everyone comes for Christmas. Thinking of these things a long with other things makes me think of being happy for what I have and Thankful for the opportunities I've been given this year. So... I just got the word today that for the next 3 weeks I will be running 10 hour shifts daily at work. I'm... not very happy about it, but it's December and there is a lot to do.

So I went to the store today... Cookies are getting crazy and I love it. I picked up a pack of Caramel Apple Pie Cookies. Since when was a cookie able to absorb a pie?!?!?! Shouldn't the cookie be super big pie sized?!?! I haven't tried them yet, I'm afraid I'll get addicted. xD

So far my Snickerdoodle intake this year has been low. I need to raise those numbers and get a more positive quota on my Cookie-to-mouth ratio. Should I draw up a pie graph of my cookie consumption? With that question why isn't it a cookie graph? Should I draw a cookie graph? Instead of a slice of the cookie it's a bite. This is beginning to be funny to me cause I'm trying to pretend to be a very serious cookie business Woof. ;3

Here's my silly story:
So one night my Mom wakes up. She goes to the kitchen as she is smelling something burning. As she turns the corner, there I am, on the ground, having just taken an entire full loaf of bread and toasted it in order to make a track for my Hot Wheels. How I even knew how to use the toaster at this point I'll never know. Do I think the little Bagel Woof would do this? Yeah except he would be nomming toast while playing. -Crunch crunch crunch Vroom Vroom Vroom-

I just got Fantasy Life, for 20 dollars off too muhahaha, so I'm pretty excited to do...that. I played pokemon a whole ton before RF and so I was kinda wanting something new. I've been having issues getting into vidja games since coming home so i'm hoping a new silly game will help.

So, sometimes I get sentimental and attached to very silly things and... it's annoying. Before coming back from RF I got a sprite from a vending machine. This Sprite came back with me cause I didn't drink it... I literally couldn't bring myself to finish it. I put it in the fridge and just... I quit drinking soda partially because it was time for me to try to stop drinking it again...but also partially so I could avoid drinking this Sprite.

I built a sentimental attachment... to a bottle of soda. Well today, after a night of drinking he did, my roommate asked if he could snag it, it being basically full. I told him sure and he drank it and it made me so extremely sad. I have non-silly things to have sentimental attachment to like my Marci badge gift and my RF badge, which I do have attachment to, so why this Soda?

I'm, in part, glad he drank it because otherwise I would have had to throw it away eventually just prolonging the odd sad. I'm fine I'm fine. I wanted to post and talk about this cause...it's Idunno weird. This has happened to me with other things too.

I'm immediately reminded of a time when I was a little kid and I hid marshmellows under my bed cause they were so soft and I wanted to protect them. >_>

I did a similar thing with these squishy soft stress ball squeezey chickens. We had a bunch of these that my family let our dog destroy and so I tried to hide and save as many as I could.

Okay those aren't the same as the soda but still. Okay I like asking questions to people relating to whats in the journal. Have any of you ever had a sentimental attachment to something strange? If not, what about something silly you did as a kid?

So Halloween is coming up... in a couple weeks... so a question popped in my mind that I wanted to ask everyone! What is your favorite candy? If you have a reason why, add it in too! Hehehe

For me, my favorite candy is M&M's mainly because you don't get just one candy, each pack of M's come with millions so so you gets millions of candies! :D

So this last weekend I was lucky and was able to go to RF. I'm still going through the downs and getting used to being home. I met lots of different people and I was very blushy being introduced as Cody's Cub. Hehehe I loved it.

, , and I did a lot of hanging out which was super fun. Sadly when I got to RF I got a bit of a tummy ache. Though I was surprised with a Gift of a...omg so extremely adorable and amazing Marci badge. Apparently this had been around for a bit without my knowing... hehe sneaky Daddy.

and Paul stopped by to say Hi and wish me a better Tummy which soon became Storytime when lotsa people showed up, which was very awesome. Spoiler alert, Gem fell asleep. :-P Which was very adorable. ^-^

On Saturday we went to lots of panels and had little relaxing breaks inbetween where we watched Disney movies. It was so nice. Fun and Relaxing hehehe. The Cereal and Cartoons Panel was a blast! Sitting around watching themed cartoons and chatting and laughing. Gah it was great! Then the variety show was super cool and silly with all the Mic issues. :D

There was a caretaker panel near the end of the night that we went to. I took a little snuggly nap before hand and so when we showed up I was a little cranky, Idunno I found this funny. The panel was very interesting and helped me learn a good bit more about being a cub and seeing the caretaker side.

On Sunday we got up and got a little breakfast and got packed up. We went to the Cubfur Scribble panel that , , and were running. It was amazing. Probably one of the most public Cubby moments I've had. They all seemed to take the roles of teachers for young kids and Wow they did a great job. I, along with others, immediately felt little when bringing our pictures up to be put on the wall. I drawed a piture of Cody, Bleu and myself with our plushies and then I drew a picture of Grub for Gem cause when I first saw Grub my initial reaction was "Wow!! Grub is so big!!" I was very surprised hehehe. Thank you so much for this panel.

Next we went to the ice cream social and nommed some yummy treats. I got to meet some more people including which was super awesome.

After this we headed out. Cody and Bleu drove me back to my place which I loved. It was very sad to part ways. I had so much fun and just enjoyed being with them that coming back to home was heart wrenching at first. Apparently this feeling is called PCD, Post Con Depression.

This whole adventure was so extremely great and important to me. There we so many firsts for me. It was my first train ride, first Con, first time meeting other furries in person, along with other cubs and crinklebutts, along with my first time meeting my Daddy in person.

It was very big to me. I'd never met people like me in person before and it's nice to do so and know that you're not the only one, that you're not alone. So much love and affection and kindness... it was so wonderful and I Thank everyone I met there this year. You gave me something great I'll always keep in my heart. I learned lots of things and these lessons will stick with me forever.

tl;dr - Rainfurrest was Fun. It's confirmed Im a Little Cubby Woof.

I really like lists sometimes. I mainly like them when im looking for things such as line arts or for instance Webcomics. If you have never read any webcomics... you haven't? Gamercat commonly plays Pokemon but is also drawn playing other games like Mario and many more. This is more of a PG comic if I remember right.

There are many other Cats such as Lawyer Cat who pop their heads in the story including some Humans named simple Human Nurse and I beleive Human Secretary. This is a very innocent but funny little story that seems to be currently on hold, but there are plenty out to read and enjoy.

Check it out. This Comic I would say is rate G maybe PG at the highest. It's very innocent and wonderful.

There are certain things that make me really think to myself "Yah I'm a Cub". And one of those things is when I get hungry. So far I have found that 1 of 3 things can happen when I get hungry and I would like to present them to you, tell me if you get certain ways when you get hungry! Here we go:

1. I get Sleepy - Sometimes when I get hungry I get very very sleepy, almost like I could lay down and fall asleep almost anywhere. This is that level of sleepy where coffee or energy drinks wouldn't wake me up, just some Om Noms for the tummy.

2. I get Irrationally Hangry - Hangry, or so Hungry you become Angry, tends to be another thing that happens when I get hungry, though not in just a mad way. I will start to get mad at silly things. Such as a box not closing a certain way or something not easily fitting into my pocket. A prime example of this is when a Puppy or Kitty or any kind of babbu gets grumpy cause they are hungry. :-|

3. I get Down or Upset - Sometimes when I get hungry I can even start to get a little depressed or sad. This one is a new one I noticed. Normally it was just sleepy or grumpy but I'll sometimes just sit and kind of feel sad for no reason. I could have Rawrsy in my paws, something funny on the TV, and a fun game to play but I'll still be down cause my belly is empty.

So in short, if you ever see me in a good mood and then suddenly I'm sleepy, mad, or sad, just tap me on the shoulder and ask "Bagel, has a pupper eaten recently hmm?" Then I'll blush and be like. "Moo Moo Oink Woof" or something like that.

I know many will say "Being tall is worst!" "You arent that short Im REALLY Short!" or anything of the likes and this isnt a journal about which is better and blah blah blah this is just a little funny thing.

So compared to most of the people I know, I am short. I'm around 5"8' when most of the guys I know are 5"10'. I know there are plenty who are shorter who have it worse. Recently I have been having issues with light bulbs. In one night, all the kitchen bulbs went out. So I got new ones and not knowing anything about watts and electrical hoobily boobily....I got 4 100W and 4 60W bulbs. Yeah you see where this is going I know.

My roommate being well over 6 feet tall snags the bulbs and reaches up, unscrews the fixture and puts the new bulbs in. Well, both of us being not of the smart with light bulbs, we put 1 60w and 2 100w bulbs in 1 light and 1 60w with a 100w in the other, then he screwed it back on.

Now he just stood there and did that. In order for me to do that I would have to pull over something to stand up on, be shakey the whole time as I spend forever getting the fixture off. I mean it even goes to getting breakfast in the morning. If the dish washer is open and I want to get my box I have to open the freezer door cause the cereal is in the cabinet behind the fridge.

But anyways as you might have guessed, all the new light bulbs popped, guess you shouldn't mix wattages. Lesson learned. This all popped into my head because it was less than a week ago since that happened, and I get out of the shower and get back in my room to find the light bulb went out. Good thing I have a foot rest.

tl;dr Changing light bulbs sucks when you are short. Don't mix 60watt with 100watt cause that's dumb. Thank goodness for sour gummy worms.

So I did a coloring of a line art for the first time and had a lot of fun doing it so it gave me the idea to make a journal with links to lots of cute and fun line arts that people can color! This Journal is gonna keep getting added to as I find more and more arrive so let's get started!
