So I've been a busy kitty lately! For the past couple months I've been consistently writing a mini-story every day and posting it up on Twitter. Well, I'm finally getting around to something I've been planning for a good couple months, and copying those little stories up to here and to my deviantArt account as well. That plus a slew of commissions I've received - basically if they're not already on the site on another account I'm going to post them here. I have a lot of things to post, and frankly Twitter's search functionality is garbage so it's gonna take easily a few days at least to get everything up, but it'll be up eventually. I'm starting with a handful of creative "horny rants" I wound up writing down before coming up with the daily story idea, so keep watching this space for a crapton of new things!

I just wanted to say that yes, I'm still alive, and yes, mew, I do actually plan on being back at *some point*. The fact of the matter is, I'm in the middle of something that, without exaggeration, is life-changing. Probably not as severe as you think, mew, but it's still pretty big, and it's going to have me very very busy until said life-change is behind me. Hopefully at that point, my business level will decrease *dramatically*. For now though, I have a ton going on. Who knows, maybe with the extra time this will free up, I'll actually be able to start practicing arts and stuffs...

Hewwos, mew... sorry it's been so long, I know a lot of you have been wondering where I've been... well, stuff came up. What stuff, you may ask?

Well, mew, normally this time of year is final project season anyways. I expected to be kinda busy now. I also expected to be online, namely IRC, a hell of a lot more. What I failed to expect is, for reasons that I'd rather tell people individually, my family is selling the small house that I've pretty much lived in with my brother for oh, the entire time I've been in school. In case you haven't figured it out yet, mew, this is kiiiiiiinda a big deal. It's twofold, really ... one, I've been busier than usual, even for this time of year, because I need to spend extra time cleaning and packing things up, and given that I tend to packcat books... yeah. Two, my parents are around here more than usual, because they're packing stuff up too, and going through the house and cleaning every last inch of it, so my privacy has ... wait ... what's privacy mean again? O.o

Aaaaaaaaanyways... Finals week is the first week of May. I'll still have research to do after then, but the big projects are due on or before that week. Of course, that is also the deadline my parents have given me for getting alllllll of my stuff packed and organized and cleaned out.

Some other notes ... classes are going well, busy as usual, but I'd even argue they're slightly less busy this semester than they have been in the past. O.o The first half of the semester was overwhelmed with dance; I kinda sorta committed myself to 20min of dance choreography to learn in about five weeks. March had some quiet moments, including Spring Break, which I think was most of the opportunities that I did get online, but not long after break was when I found out the house was getting sold. Oh, and I have a girlfriend now. I love her dearly, but I should point out (given that I've been accused of it several times <.<) that no, she is not the reason, or even a big reason, why I've been scarce online. It's been me trying to be *le gasp* a responsible adult that has kept me just sliiiiightly too busy to get online.

In the next few weeks, I'm going to try to get online more often. No, really, I mean it this time. I do dearly miss the people I used to talk to on a regular basis. But at this point in my life, I need to do a serious effort in organizing all of my stuff, and that even includes organizing and controlling my social and internet life. Like, I haven't been on f-list in ... how many months? I have two each of AIM, MSN, Yahoo, and Skype accounts, and - I am not making this up - at least six ACTIVE e-mail addresses. I have three computers, and a total of five hard drives on my desk. Even my PORN needs organizing, mew. In short, I have a lot to take care of and I need to make my life simpler, and keeping my friends is a MAJOR MAJOR part of it so I'm going to try my best to try harder now, okay?

I was hoping for a better goodbye than this but I literally fell asleep from exhaustion when I was going to ... it's not like this is the first time I've just up and disappeared without telling anyone ... and I don't even know who will read this and care, mew ... so much that I'm missing out on because I have too much to keep track of ... and ... and now I'm going to be gone until the semester resumes, and ... and ... and ...

Time to finally start what I've been meaning to do for months now, mew ... starting from the top, I'm going through my entire watchlist, every complete gallery (+ scraps!) and adding to faves everything I like. Yeah. Gonna be huge, mew. It does mean that, due to volume, I probably won't have time to comment on everything, apparently this bugs people? Eh, whatevah. You're getting extra favs, don't complain! :P

I now have over 2k unread messages here, mew ... no clue why school seems to be particularly brutal this year, though I think it was just that particular couple of assignments I had that devoured my September. Well, my fall break starts today, mew, and while today I'm busy, I'm hoping to weed through everything by the time classes resume on Wednesday. Trust me when I say I have a ton of things to catch up on.
Also, allow me to take this moment to say that Sonic the Hedgehog 4 is freaking AMAZING and TOTALLY worth the $10 I paid for the iTouch version, mew. If you liked the original Genesis games, you really need to give this a shot, it just ... feels right.

Mostly writing this to get the last journal off my homepage ... it still hurts to think about it, mew. In any case, I've been busy as heck again, had a couple particularly nasty homework assignments, just working on straightening things out so I can return online. I already have 1354 messages on here ... and I certainly don't have time now to wade through them ._. So ... I'm working on it, should hopefully be back soon. In the meanwhile, amuse yourselves:

He is immature, a liar, very manipulative, exceptionally needy, and an all-around troll. And then today I get the above quote from someone else who knew him, and decided that it would be best to warn everyone. This user is trying to take advantage of everyone in his path, even going to other networks or sites (even WoW!!!) to spread lies about my friends and I now. So be warned of two things:

1. Don't touch this guy with a 20ft pole or you'll be absorbed into his muck ... and trust me, it is HARD to escape.

2. I don't care what you do to me, but don't you DARE try to cause trouble to MY NAKAMA.

Trust me, I didn't want to have to write this, I'm worried that it'll cause more trouble, but everyone needs to be warned about this menace. I wish you luck.

Ya, just to let everyone know, mew, college resumes in a week. What does this mean? Ironically, it means that in a week, I'm FAR more likely to be on IRC et al at any given moment. I'm serious. This past week has been exceptionally busy with RL stuffs, and next week will be as well ... but, I'm a computer engineering student, mew, so when school resumes I should be on IRC and AIM and MSN and Skype a lot more often. Probably will still be afraid of roleplaying while at school, but you gotta admit, after this week, that's still a huge improvement :P Sincerest apologies to anyone who's been looking for me and missing me, mew, things should pick up really soon! Mew, so I'm going to be a summer camp counselor for a week ... I return to the internet late on the 7th, and will undoubtedly have a ton of stuff to catch up on ... everyone take care, cya soon, mew!

Those of you who know me pretty well know that in real life, I'm a virgin to the point of never having kissed someone, mew, and was actually so afraid of this thing called "sex" that it took several months of private counseling before I was even able to admit that sex was something I'd actually want to experience in my lifetime. Those of you who don't know me that well ... now know all this as well.

So, in the process of trying to decipher this mystery, I've found several important things that I either didn't know or disagreed with, which wound up being pretty danged important for me on my path to "recovery". I figured I'd share them, because they helped me develop into a person who is now not nearly as scared.

* Sex is a beautiful thing when shared between two people who love each other, respect each other, and care about each other. Just because it's bad when it's something like rape or abuse, doesn't mean it's bad when done properly.

* Women want sex. Sex is not something that a man forces on a woman, not something that only the man enjoys. Women want sex as much as, if not more than, men, and in certain ways it feels better to them. Furthermore, women like being told that they are physically attractive.

* Abstinence-only education is seriously flawed, if not outright wrong. What I was taught was pretty much "sex is a horrible, scary, dangerous thing ... so save it for the one person you love most dearly." Apparently people tend to ignore the first part of this, but in my case, it lead me to the point of "I never want to do that even to someone I love" ... in short, it BROKE me. I, even as a solid Christian, will not be teaching this to my kittens. That is how major this point is.

* I may not be ready for sex right now, but that's okay. I will be ready when I need to be.

* Physical romance is a long path with many stepping stones. A simple kiss doesn't lead to outright sex unless both parties push it that way. Just because I may not want sex, doesn't mean that I can't still cuddle or be physically close.

* The first time I have sex, while yes is supposed to be extremely special, and needs to be with someone who truly means everything to me, is not the end. Sex is something that actually improves with practice, and while that first moment is a major leap, the rest isn't downhill. The first isn't the best unless it's also (God forbid) the last.

* I am going to be very bad at sex the first time. Everyone is. If the person I am doing it with cares about me as much as she should, she'll be patient enough to let me make mistakes at first.

* No amount of printed or visual material, including roleplay, will possibly be able to show me what it feels like to be connected with someone on that level. No song, movie, book, roleplay, image, or porn video accurately portrays it well enough for me to understand. It is a different, unique, special experience for each person, so there is no way someone can encapsulate that for someone else.

* A woman doesn't have to be a virgin to be pure and beautiful. Innocence and purity are valid traits, yes, but sex itself doesn't make someone inherently flawed. No, there's a level of maturity, experience gained, along with an element of trust.

* Whomever I wind up with is going to care about me enough to understand what I have done in the past. If I am with a girl who says that I pawed off too much, then I am with the wrong girl. I will act differently in a relationship compared to outside one. Any actions I have taken thus far have been learning experiences, and I have not already ruined my future relationships by doing something now.

* Beauty and sexiness are two very very different things. Just because someone may look sexy, just because someone may cause obvious feelings of arousal, does not mean I want to have sex with them, not at all. There needs to be romance involved, and a level of internal intimacy and beauty before I can even consider that.

* It is not wrong to consider someone physically attractive. It is wrong to only consider someone's physical appearance, but it can be just as wrong to only focus on their emotional state. Women actually like being called sexy.

* As much value as I place on my virginity currently, eventually I will be in the position that deep physical intimacy with my partner will be more important than my virginity. This is the point where I will finally be ready.

* Sex will not likely change my life for the worse. It will likely have a much smaller impact than I am expecting, and it certainly will not destroy my life completely, provided I take the proper precautions. If anything, it will improve my outlook on life, and encourage me further.

That's ... probably not all of them. At least, mew, it's what I remember at this moment. I'm curious what everyone's thoughts on this are.

Portal 2

So yeah ... I was expecting Portal 2 to surprise me a bit. I got surprised a lot. This looks really REALLY amazing, mew ... I forsee this being in the top ten games released next year, and not at #10, either ... this totally blew me away. Epic Mickey
I guess this one is going through some obligatory controversy, mew ... to be honest, while the original concept pics were awesome, I for one am glad that they kept Mickey being cute and friendly ... an evil Mickey Mouse just ... wouldn't work. I just hope they keep the old art along if/when they decide upon an Epic Donald...

Sonic Colors
Well, my original skepticism has mostly waned ... seeing gameplay from this, it seems pretty cool, and what I originally thought was a lame gimmick actually seems to work pretty well ... this shows a lot of promise in my opinion, there's just one little detail ... it seems to EASY, mew! I hope that this is only because they showed the first couple levels or something, I really do...

Sonic 4
I *really* like how this game seems to flow ... actually seeing some solid gameplay video, it reminds me a LOT of the original four Genesis games (NO Spinball doesn't count <.<) ... still not sold on the music, but overall this looks very promising. I plan on getting the iPod version.

Metroid Other M
Seems like it'll be a difficult game ... not too much changed here, I was already mostly sold on the idea before E3, still gotta finish Trilogy first...

Donkey Kong Country Returns
I will fully admit, if I was there, I probably would have cheered too ... MINE CARTS <3 Those games were among my favs back in the day, but not owning a console had its problems, mew! I am very much looking forward to this!

Kirby Epic Yarn
Uhm ... wow ... I'll admit, this even looks a bit girly for ME ... the graphics are gorgeous, mew, and the gameplay looks pretty good, but ... I don't know if I dare play this in front of my family O.o;;

Lost in Shadow
Looks like one of those really neat games that nobody has heard about ... but it caught my attention, and it looks like a real winner, so it's on my wish list ^^

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood
I deliberately paid no attention to this, not because I don't intend to get it, but because I'm currently playing the first game blind (never seen any videos, even trailers) and will play the next game blind, I may as well keep the tradition up.

Batman: Arkham Asylum 2
WHERE DID YOU GO?!?! Seriously?!?! Did ANYONE hear anything about this game at E3? I heard NOTHING. Sure, a guy at GameStop said it's probably because the game won't come out next year, but ... seriously, a title this obviously major and there's NOTHING AT ALL??? Come ON, SOMEBODY dropped the ball BIG TIME. I wanna see Penguin, dangit T~T

And that is all. Any other games that were announced ... I didn't care about enough to pay any attention to. At least ... nothing that I saw. Oh yeah, and the 3DS seems really really AWESOME, mew, but is so clearly out of my budget that I'm not even gonna bother...

Okay, mew ... ever had one of those evil evil school projects that took freaking forever to do, that you spent several consecutive days working morning-to-night on, that wouldn't work until the absolute last second, just so you could pass the class? Just curious, mew.

So! Guess what I've been doing for the past couple of weeks!!! ^^;;;

I'm back now, trying to work my way through a massive sea of stuff ... currently about 2/3 of the way through the journal backlog, and yes, I'm reading them all, mew ... at least, the ones that haven't been deleted ... holy moomoo, you guys can WRITE o.o;; And that's BEFORE the even larger pile of submissions to look through...

Unfortunate thing is, I'm just about to finish this, and ... gonna be gone for two weeks, again, family trip to Tennessee, mew! ^^;;

In the meanwhile, considering three potential things to work on this summer, provided I have enough time to devote to them.

There are several roleplays I've done with people that I really really *REALLY* liked, mew, that were somewhat creative, that I'm considering editing into stories and posting on here. With permission from the other players, of course. This one seems most likely as a project I'll start and finish, because face it: most of the "work" is already done, mew!

A friend of mine has very nearly pushed me into actually - not making this up, mew - recording myself playing games. As a result, most games I play from this point will be recorded and posted ... somewhere. Under a different name. I'll let you know if this actually happens. :P

I'm also considering working on my drawing skills ... well ... gaining drawing skills, mew. Trust me when I say that I'm quite bad. I'll probably start by attempting to copy styles that I like, until I come up with my own; I won't be posting any results without permission from the artist whose style I'm copying, though. And even then, that's only if they have any semblance of quality...
