Hey guys, just giving you a heads up that I'm trying to get commissions out as fast as I can. I feel the need to go through a couple of things - not because they've been issues on anybody's part but my own, but mostly because my schedule is non-existent right now.

If I miss your commission - even if you've paid - you can always tell by checking my Trello. If you go through my Trello (found here https://trello.com/b/yA1co0d0/ych) and you don't see your name, remind me. Odds say that I was falling asleep and forgot to add you. If I forget to add you within 24 hours, I will probably forget until I stumble across your note and ask myself who this user was and if I finished their piece before the realization sets in.

If I'm running behind on linework or flats - this can happen. Right now I do everything by myself and I don't want to give anything to you that's sloppy. I try to warn everyone in advance that I will make base edits, but they never look as pretty as the original base. I still have some basic lineart I'm trying to straighten up and another piece that I'm struggling with placement on. Flats usually don't take much, but can take up to 12 hours if the character is really complicated.

Right now, I'm trying to keep myself at a semi-decent schedule - which usually means I try to be in bed by midnight (EST) at the latest with weekends I try to keep free (excluding Sundays 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. for babysitting). This changes depending on how busy I am, but I usually spend up to 13 hours sketching and coloring. This is a big reason for the Trello. It reminds me where I left off, who I'm behind on, and who's my top priority. Before I go to bed, I send out WIP's and organize my Trello to make sure I can remember everything in the morning.

Not really important to anyone else, but important for my own health - I have epilepsy - so I can't keep stressing myself out and running on 4 hours of sleep to try and get pieces done in 3 days like I was. I can't run the risk of having a seizure at my desk, cracking my head open, and being hospitalized - so stressing out about trying to get a piece done in 24-72 hours is something I have to stop doing. Meaning moving forward, pieces may take a little bit longer to complete - both for my health and to prevent any form of burn-out.

Nobody's been pressuring me, but I realized that I've forgotten someone, been slower on pieces, and generally been quieter than usual and felt the need to explain why. I'll get as many WIP's out tomorrow as I can, I try to finish any linework first and then flats and send everything out as a group.

And as a friendly reminder - I keep WIP's on hold pending feedback until I hear back from you. So if I don't hear back from you for a month, your piece will be on hold for that amount of time. I will send you a reminder each week, but until I hear back, any WIP's I send will be on hold pending feedback.

Just so you guys know - especially if you're waiting on pieces from me - my Sundays are blocked for babysitting 3 small children from typically 8:30 in the morning to about 5 in the evening. Please note that the reason I differentiate between "Femboy" and "Male" isn't to refer to anyone in a derogatory sense, it's simply so I can remember that I need to reconstruct an entirely new body type for the "Male" body type that is more muscular - where a "Femboy" is more feminine in build and is easier for me to work around. While I'm sure most understand this already, I'd rather not get yelled at for the difference in my comments. The reason I differentiate between "Herm" and "Futa" is very similar - one requires me to completely reconstruct genitalia, the other doesn't. I do understand these terms may come off as offensive to some, for that I apologize. While I'm sure most know that "herm" is a gender here on FA, I wanted to make it clear that I do understand using these terms may offend some however referring to both as Intersex would confuse the Hell out of me during sketching.

Also, I will try to update this frequently as I finish something! When I'm not working on pieces or adopts, I'll be working on these :3

Hey guys! The last of my 2 sales finished approximately 31 minutes ago, sorry if you missed out. on the plus side - there will be a great reduction in my prices! You'll notice in my gallery a folder group labeled "Open YCH's", in there, there are 3 prices given - $2.50, $5, and $10. Let me break those down really quick.

A $2.50 YCH is usually a bust shot or a piece where most of the body is not visible or is obstructed. It hardly seemed fair to charge $5 for something that is less likely to sell and most of the time people are getting to just have some slight fun.

A $5 YCH is usually a solo piece. This could be male, female, hermaphroditic - doesn't matter. With a rare few exceptions where you can clearly make out most of a second person or clear parts of a 3rd person are visible, solo pieces are going to be $5.

A $10 piece is usually a couple. Following the same logic above, gender doesn't usually matter. If ever I mark something at $15 or higher, it's because it's got 3 fully visible people in it or more.

There are a few side rules to this. Namely, the base edit rule and the complexity rule. These rules are simple, base edits (if needed) will never be any more than $1 - and that's to draw new ears and tails, the complexity rule is a little more oblique (meaningless). It's just a simple way of saying "your character is really, really, super detailed and I may charge you $1 for the extra time." and that's only because for really complex designs, I usually have to print the base and ref off, sketch, scan, and then re-draw in my painting software to ensure details are as close as possible. Any price changes will be discussed prior to sending an invoice to make sure you still want to go through with the piece.

Here's a list of what you may be charged for:

Basic Line Edits - $.25 (twenty-five cents) This could be piercings, small tattoos, etc.
Advanced Line Edits - $.50 (fifty cents) This could be larger tattoos or hair
Complex Line Edits - $1.00 (one dollar) This is usually reserved for drawing new ears or tails
Design Complexity - Variable While never more than $1.50, it is still dependent on how difficult your character is to draw

All that being said, I am still getting examples finished and wanted to post this first. Old buyers, have fun with the new prices. New buyers, I hope I can keep you coming back!

Simple edits are things such as piercings and potentially hair (depending) - these types of edits cost no more than $.50 (fifty cents).

Complicated designs - which will be discussed prior to paying anything - will be determined by reference and cost no more than $.75 (seventy-five cents).

Miscellaneous edits could be things such as adding ears, tails, wings, etc. to your piece - while they will be added to the base to be used at a later date, they are still time consuming and usually I need help. However, these types of edits will cost no more than $1.25 (one dollar and twenty-five cents).

Each one has a theme and, while they have clues, it's because each one of the next 20 is based on a God or Goddess and I wanted to give you a chance to decide whether this was an adopt based on a God/Goddess you like. The starting bid for each one is $10 with an auto-bid of $35 - sniping extends the auction by an hour.

Hey guys, I know I was quiet - work was Hell and, while I'm not delving into it, I'm not with my prior employer anymore. Until I find a new job though, I'm going to be uploading new YCH's and revamping the old ones icons! I want you to know that I have been practicing despite my hiatus and want you to see at least some of the value you'll be getting for the (at most) 2 hours of work I put into each example.

I'll also be posting Mystery Adopts starting next Saturday and more adopts will start coming out starting either Sunday or Monday.

One last thing - my disclaimer. Everything in my examples was completely random - if I ripped off anybody's design, I'm deeply sorry! I was drawing random patterns that I thought looked good in random colors. I bring that up because, while I am offering the YCH's at a set price for each one, I wanted to let viewers offer on the design in the example if they want it with each design going for $5 to $7 USD. So please, if I accidentally copied someone else's design, let me know so I can switch it out to something else.

All that being said, I'll be posting YCH's steadily for a while and taking down old examples. Keep checking back for a while, because my page will be ever changing!

This ties into my other journal, but it's just a quick list of rules regarding the art that I do.

Please note, if you currently have a piece I'm working on - this does not affect you unless you're being impatient.

Also note that I reserve the right to change my T.O.S. at any time.

That out of the way, let's start.

1. I have the right to refuse service. This includes, but is not limited to - changing lineart of an anthro character to a human, having had poor experiences with you in the past, or a very complex character (though this also falls under rule 3).

2. If I refuse to work on your piece because of prior experiences, I will not sell my services to you unless you give me valid reason. In other words, if you were an ass to me, you have to prove to me you aren't an ass anymore before I do a piece for you.

3. If your character is overly complicated, there may be a surcharge should I accept. This is all completely subjective, but you'd only be looking at maybe a $.50 surcharge if that is the case.

4. When accepting a YCH (or Your Character Here) I need a reference of your character, not just a vivid description. However, if you only have a description, but still want the YCH, I'll have to do a custom for you first as a separate commission with it's own separate charge.

5. I have the right to terminate service and provide a refund at mine, or your request. However, if it is at your request, please know that after I've made base edits (if applicable) or have began coloring only 75% of your refund will be returned. If I'm nearly finished coloring and you request a refund, you will recieve 50% of your money back. Any time after that, and your request will be declined. Though this is a rule that I very seldom enforce and will probably only do so if you've been rushing me or just in general been a thorn in my side.

6. Any base edits needed will be discussed prior to accepting a piece. If I accept, but your piece needs line edits, please understand that you will be responsible for paying the "Base Edit Fee" which is variable and depends on the piece.

7. When commissioning a Custom, please understand that I am limited to bases that are usually Pay to Use, so getting to your particular custom may take some time. As of writing this, I have one base I'm still looking for because Lucario references are really hard to find. Who knew?

8. Please be patient! I can't stress this one enough. I love doing art, it's fun for me. So it hurts a little when I'm rushed around because I don't know that you have a time frame or you're just an impatient person. The more you rush me, the less tolerance I have for you and your piece before I ultimately throw a halfhearted version of what could've been really good at you and hope you go away. Which I hate to say, but it does happen. I love to put as much time as possible into each piece, so that each piece turns out it's best for you. That being said, the more patient you are with me, the better your piece will look.

9. While I no longer work full-time, the latter half of this rule still stands: "If it takes more than a month, I try to do an extra piece at no extra charge for you to make it up to you. If I get swamped, I'll try to post a journal so you know that I may need a few more days. Otherwise, I may give you a rough estimate. The best way to keep up is to follow my Trello."

10. If using another person's character or characters, I reserve the right to browse all parties involved galleries or note all parties involved to ensure that permission has been granted from all users involved. This is absolute. My only, and I mean ONLY exceptions to this rule is if it is a gift piece for another user or you are using you significant other's piece as part of/for a gift. You have to link me to their page, if they don't have an FA, any social media account is fine. No social media? Can't use them. It's that simple.

I think that's everything. Sorry for the rules, it's more for me to remember how I need to be more active and response here, but I wanted to add the few rules that'll probably tone down as time goes on so you know, and so I don't forget that I don't have to tolerate douchebags demanding their piece in a week.

By the way, if you do have a deadline - tell me. I'll make you my top priority so your piece is done by your deadline. I would prefer you tell me 3-4 weeks in advance, but I can work with 1 or 2 ^^

I'm back baby! Well, ok, not quite back yet. I'm actually at work XD I do however have several new YCH's that I plan on posting for you guys. Before I do, I want to point out that I'm only one person working on these. Because I can't predict how many requests I'll recieve at once, I'm going to post a separate journal full of slots once I post the new pieces. Once my slots are full, a piece will have to be finished before I can take another one on. Sometimes I'm fast, sometimes I'm slow, sometimes assholes try to rush you despite the fact that you're grieving and demand your social media, it's a mess.
