You may have noticed I recently did a series of non-list commissions on a whim

It was the most fun I've had in a long long time with art

The list, the big list, feels like it's killing my creativity and groove, it feels like a massive daunting hellscape of a task that I'm just being crushed under.

Sooo here's something that some of you are going to be mad about, but I need to do for my mental health. I'm killing the list. The two people I have in progress from it will get their work but after that I'm going to just... take a break, do commissions as and when I muster the strength and time to, perhaps even take stream commissions

I'm sorry. I know some of you have been looking forward to your slot, but I just cannot work this way and maintain decent mental health

I will be taking a break from commission work or posting much for a little while, I have been unhappy with a perceived dip in quality and creativity in my work and I believe this is due to personal emotional burnout.

SO here's how its gonna work. Whenever I have free time to do commission work I will randomly select 2 numbers. Those 2 people will be contacted via note for their commission information!

If your number comes up and you don't respond within 2 days I will select a new number and you will go back into the queue.
If you are unable to pay for a commission at the time your number comes up I will ask if you want to stay on the queue. If you do you will go back in, if you don't you will be removed from the queue (and judging by how long it is that's probably it for 2018!)
If I do your commission and you would like another, your name will go into a second queue and WILL NOT BE ROLLED UNTIL EVERYONE ON THE FIRST QUEUE IS DONE

I'm going to need a few days to prep for this task, I didn't expect 55 of you to want work!

Watch out for notes from me throughout the next millennia or so x3

I'll be at MFF this year! I'm not currently planning on working artist alley at all though, I was hoping to walk the con, see things, chill with folks in the zoo bit thing and just have a relaxed time.

I might still take on a little work though here and there while I'm chilling, are people interested in my traditional anyway?

Short version:
Anyone who has noted up until this point will get considered, I just need some weeks to catch up and reconfigure!

Longer version:
Work, life etc have been slapping me hard in the face for a bit now, and with my trip to the USA coming up in about a month and a half I need to just take a bit of time to clear out the current queue and see where I stand at the end. Ideally I want to be fully cleared by the time I go out there so I can take work on if requested at MFF

Speaking of MFF, I might not be sitting around in artist alley this year, I'm not sure. I want to see if I can have a good time without working myself to the bone, but since I hang with mostly artists who -will- be working I might just suck myself into that as well (Plus like... non-digital art from me is super rare and holds some weird value for folks I guess)

So yeah, sorry! People who've already noted are going to be considered and probably put in queue, but fluff needs a break

So I have 4 commissions currently in queue, this is mostly for them and for anyone thinking of commissioning me right now.

I'm having to do some extreme overtime at work (we're in the "git 'er dun" phase of the game x..x ), so commissions are slipping a little down the priority list.

If any of the current commissioners were looking for a fast turnaround, get in contact 'cos I can't do a fast turnaround at this point
