Mostly in the deep fucking hole I've lived my entire life in.
I do drop by every once in a while. Sometimes monthly, sometimes seasonally. Sometimes I clean out the massive brick of art from people I follow, and get sad when I see how many deleted things I have notifications for. Like ghosts.
So I figured I should say, reassure, horrify, that while my art is far, far from anything that should be preserved or considered sacred, there's a very, very low chance I'll set fire to everything and walk away from it all. I've made too many friends through this account, had many wonderful times.
I can't say I'll ever start posting again, for one thing I haven't had access to a scanner in 5+ years and I'm still the idiot in the corner with sketchbook and a pocket full of pencils. Another is I simply reached critical self-loathing several years back and would rather stab my myself in the hand with a pencil than draw with it. But I'd like to. Slowly art things are migrating back, I've got a few pencils under my monitors and sketch book languishes on top of the table instead of buried in some godforsaken corner.
Some days are better, some days are worse.
But I'm not dead yet.

Posted 15 years agoI had this crazy ass dream, and since it's the first time I've ever seen anything like it, I feel like sharing. (And because if I don't write it down I'll forget about it...I'm here, may as well write it here.)
It started out black, I couldn't see anything. In the dream, my eyes were closed. But I could hear someone apologizing, over and over. It was a deep, apologetic, rumbly voice. He was so sorry sounding, and telling me that everything will be fine, it won't hurt, much, he hoped, and that everything will be fine soon. I felt like trusting him.
The next thing I knew, I had a hard chunk of metal shoved in my opened jaw. I opened my eyes and had this "Oh fuck!" realization; that a) there's a gun in my mouth, and b) holyfuck- it's a white tiger/leopard man. And then hot on the heels of that, c) it's not just him that's not human.
I remember thinking, "Just take out the stupid gun and you can stop apologizing!"
And then his eyes, which were this winter-y colour of blue, just blazed, all glowing and firey. It was really strange. He tilted the gun, and I woke up.
Wtf.
