I got back home yesterday and was supposed to work today but yo.
I wasn't ready to go back (my fault for not adding an extra day or two on my return)
So I called off "sick" so I think I'll be fine tomorrow when I go in lmao.

My trip to see my boyfriend again was amazing, two weeks in Arizona was amazing despite the 100+ temps.
Right now my biggest goal is to get my permit, learn to drive then get my license and once that's done.
Then I'll be moving out to AZ to live with him, and I can't wait. AAAAA

So I wanted to make an update, I'm still in my art block, and there are times where I want to draw but the desire to pick up my stylis pen is just meh.
I do sincerely apologize for those I owe art too whether it is comms or trades (mainly offering art for designs people have) right now.

Work has been a big factor into this and I'm not entirely sure if it's going to calm down any time soon or if it gets worse.
We had two several who walked out, got fired, fired and possibly criminally charged for interacting with a minor inappropriately.
And just recently a coworker who i had worked with for a few years now just stopped showing up and I have reason to believe her present girlfriend convinced her to do it.
I've been yelled at recently over the most stupid of things, to which after talking to my boss this coworker got pissy that I "tattled" on her. She's 64. She's. 64.
Like are we in high school / grade school? Like I have a right to bring it up to a higher up.
The fact she had yelled at me in front of 60+ residents and a few other staff members
I literally just wanted to curl up and die I was so embarrassed and humiliated and she didn't seem to give a fuck. I almost wanted to walk out that day and I've never done that before.

I'm trying to pick up my pace at work I am not as fast as I should be and I feel like I'm not well liked even though I just try and be nice and do my job.
Hell I've worked in the Laundry department (this is a nursing home btw same place) for 4 1/2 years. I just recently started working in the Dietary Department in November.
I'm still getting used to the idea of working with other people in the same department. It's not easy esp with being neurodivergent (autism and possibly undiagnosed adhd?).

This is why art has been very slow or lack there of for a while, if this bothers you I can issue a refund (if it's a larger comm I'd like to request I do so in parts).
But I thank you for your patience, again I am very sorry for this, I hope work gets better and more positive it's a stressful environment that I'm still learning in.

I'm curious, I see quite a few people doing it and I had thought about maybe trying it out.
I see some make adoptables that also have like an extra full body, headshot or halfbody.
So it would basically be the primary body, extra fullbody or half body and headshot already pre-made.

Just curious how many people like those versus just getting an adopt that's a single body or if it doesn't matter.
I know some like the extra art of the adopt. I might try this out sometime.

I'm hitting a huge art block right now and it's really annoying.
Work has been making me very exhausted to the point that remotely thinking about drawing is just not possible.

I don't know what illnesses are floating around but I caught something from work.
