UPCOMING PROJECTS
Playbark has to take a backburner so I could finish my comms, but I'm thinking it would be cool to still try and release it even if it's after Halloween.

General | Posted 4 years agoHey all, it's been super busy recently, so haven't had chance to actually finish some of my personal projects, hopefully this clears some stuff up.
UPCOMING PROJECTS
I'm still working on both volumes of Playbark, as mentioned in the last journal, it's just taking longer than I thought...
In the meantime though I'm hoping to do some sort of Halloween YCH (comment with ideas if you have any!), and I'm uploading a Mawshot YCH later today!

Upcoming Projects & To-Do List
General | Posted 4 years agoI'm hoping to make these journals something more of a regular thing, to keep new watchers engaged and to build some hype for my upcoming projects!
UPCOMING PROJECTS
In the next few days (hopefully) I intend to release a series of linked YCH pinup pieces, for what I'm tentatively calling Playbark Vol 1#! It will be a set of 8 unique, raffle-style, single slot YCHs, one of which being a more detailed and more pricey 'centrefold' piece. I'm looking forward to sharing more details later!
After that is complete, I also intend to make an alternate edition, with 8 new YCH pinups, with a hyper/expansion/inflation theme, under the working title Playbark [SIZE MATTERS] so keep an eye out for that after these are complete!

Commission Terms & Conditions
General | Posted 4 years ago[0.1] If you choose to commission me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
[0.2] I do not have to notify you of these conditions unless you break them, it is assumed you have read them before you reach out to commission me.
[0.3] I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any stage, for any reason. Refunds will be processed in accordance with section 3.
[0.4] These terms may be adjusted or edited without notice at any stage, if this concerns you it is advised you take a screenshot of them at the time of your purchase, as that is the state in which those terms will apply to you.
[1] Usage Conditions
[1.1] I retain the right to use works I have produced for whatever means I please, commercial or otherwise.
[1.2] You have the right to use works you have commissioned for any personal means, provided you give credit to the artist (me).
[1.3] Credit to the artist (me) can be in the form of a name drop (e.g. art by LiteralCrow) or preferably a link to my page or a location I have posted the work in question.
[1.4] You DO NOT have the right to use works I have created for commercial means, even if you are the commissioner, unless I have given you explicit written consent.
[2] Payment and Process
[2.1] Payment for works should be made via the PayPal link I provide upon accepting a commission.
[2.2] Payment must be in GBP (Great British Pounds/Pound Sterling/£).
[2.3] I make an initial sketch before asking for payment, to ensure that the product is as expected. Payment is required to progress the work past this initial sketch.
[2.4] Initial sketches are done in good faith, and I understand if after seeing the sketch you no longer wish to commission me. However, if you are found to have asked about commissioning for the purpose of getting a sketch and never intending to pay at all, then I will not take commissions from you again and reserve the right to inform other artists about you and your actions.
[2.5] You may request updates as often as you like, within reason, and I will do my best to provide them.
[2.6] Small revisions to details are free of charge, but if a large amount of work is required to make the revision (at my discretion) then I may have to charge you extra to do so.
[3] Refunds
[3.1] Full refunds may only be made if work has not yet started on a piece. This does not include the initial sketch.
[3.2] Once work has started on a piece, only a partial refund may be given, the amount of which will correspond to the amount of work that has been completed.
[3.3] If the work is finished, I can offer no refunds.
[4] YCHs, Auctions and Other Terms and Conditions
[4.1] Posts that are selling works may have their own individual terms and conditions associated. Those terms are binding in the same way as these terms, in that by making an offer or claiming a slot, you have agreed to both those and these terms.
[4.2] The terms and conditions on the post itself overrule the terms listed here, if applicable.
