The week from hell & commission status updates
Posted 8 years agoI hardly slept, and commissions have fallen so far behind. I really don't want to do that again. I've got quite a lot of health issues on my end that make daily life difficult, but I'm trying to work with the doctors to get things figured out. I don't want to be someone that needs a mental health break after all I've done to get this far. I had a hiatus due to similar once, and all it did was hinder me in the long run.
I'm sorry to everyone for being quiet and grumpy. I miss chatting with you friends.
I have a few mini-comms to do this weekend to warm-up, and by Monday I should be back on track for my September queue. Thank you all for your patience.

Posted 8 years agoI was just informed that my grandmother will be taking an emergency trip at the end of August into early September. Which leaves me in care of her daughter (my mother) who is severely mentally disabled and will require full-time care for an entire week.
What this means for you: I will be either delayed or slowed to start/finish commissions. I expect this to push me back a week to two weeks for my September queue. I am hoping this won't push the later commission slots into October, but I will continue to keep you updated on deadlines and timelines. This is definitely not what I needed to have happen before preparing for Aquatifur but it is what it is.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause my dear clients. Please PM me if you would like a rough updated timeline of your commission.
