Since Twitter became X, never mind my issues with the owner, it's been a shitshow from beginning to end. My account got locked, I lost all outreach and I have bots follow me basically every day. So it's time to give up anyway on a faulty product and move to something that works. My socials will now be exclusively on Bluesky. Earlier I was trying to follow everyone I followed on Twitter, and basically 90% is on Bluesky now, so I really do think the time has come to jump anyway.

Opening for 1 X 10 Page Commission

May open for more in the coming weeks, but that's unpredictable.
What I can do is offer 1 slot for a 10 page right now for £670 GBP + any PayPal fees. 10% discount applies to returning customers but this slot is not regular opening so I am not offering the 5% for new customers right now.
This is the only slot I am offering at this time with aim to sketch it over the next fortnight before pencilling it in a couple of weeks. I am not accepting any smaller commissions or different number of pages so please don't ask that until I am open more broadly (this could be two or three weeks time, as I said...not sure).

So Dead At Weekends
Posted a year agoOne thing I've never really understood is why it's quite so quiet on FA every single weekend. I never really get faves,l or requests for commissions on Saturdays or Sundays and yet...you'd think many would gave more time at weekends.

The Tiger Butt Moment
Posted a year agoSo, I've not always been the most comfortable being open with my furry side, and that is totally a 'me' thing. That's not through any self doubt, I know how fuzzy I am and how naturally it comes to me, but I have had bad reactions in my past and that knocked my confidence a bit. I have never been to a con because when I was fully invested in furry I was poor as hell - when I had money, everything else lifewise became more important....its just been one of those things for me.
However, when chances come to push the boat out I try to, because I don't feel I should be ashamed of what I have achieved on this site over the last decade or more. So, when I went to come back to art because of a job loss, I realised there was an issue - my scanner was broken. So if I wanted to get anything scanned, I'd have to take it to a very public scanning shop. I did actually do this in the very early years, but it was a real blast from the past. That said, I am more confident in my art (and myself) since then, so this felt like a good test for me. That said, it was still me sharing my very furry art with another human being who would be trusted to scan it.
So I've been doing this for a couple of months now, taking stuff to be scanned. Hes always very discrete, scans it in the back of the shop. He has never commented on my work, I have no idea if he likes it, hates it or whatever - he just does it.
Anyway, fast forward to the other day and it was a particularly busy day in the shop. Someone was trying to buy a computer, another was using the internet cafe, one was waiting for some printouts. At this moment, the woman in the internet cafe had an issue with e-mail, and the owner came to help her. The only issue? He was waggling around the last piece of the last comic, the one that happens to have - a huge tiger butt on.
I felt vey stoic in this moment. This was my test. Could I just be fine with it? And whilst it was a funny story to tell my wife later....I kinda was.
Am I gonna share furry with my entire friends, family and loved ones? No. The reason is that I know many will react badly. However, those who know me really well know what I like. They may not know how deep it GOES, but they know what I like.

I am back here because I lost my job, and whilst I hope to get a simikar job back, furry has always been my backup. I don't ever want to work in a bank, or a cafe or a bookmakers ever again. The issue is I have a family to support now, so I have to make enough to support more that just my selfish liony self. If I can't get enough commissions, I can't stick around, I have to go regular job. Maybe thats what I deserve, but I would really love for my second job, my side hustle to always be furry.
I am holding a sale atm, check my submissions for my new prices for three days - I need to prove to everyone that this can support me. I am so grateful for the commissioners I have had who have been great with me and have got me through a couple of very tough months.

I have availability to work on stuff this week, if you want me to stick around doing furry art, I need art to work on, so choose me for your next commission! How many people can get you a 8-10 page comic done and published online in around 2 weeks? Not many.
As I have said before, currently I am available for art in September. Not sure of my status in October - December because of work responsibilities, so if you want something, NOW really is the best time to get it. I could soon dissappear back on the ether life depending, DO NOT ASSUME I WILL BE ABLE TO DRAW YOUR COMMISSION NEXT MONTH! I might be able to, but I really don't know myself. I'm slightly wobbling at the moment whether this job is viable with a family to look after, so I would really appreciate any support I can get during whats been a tricky year for employment.
I'm so excited to finally get all the recent work scanned to show you, I think you will like, sorry its been a bit delayed, we took a week off last week for the family, but now we are firmly back in the driving seat.

Just a quick note to say that I am now working throughout September on comic commissions and single one-offs, so if you want to book in for one, why not now? I currently have one comic and one single to complete and then I could be on to yours!

Currently open this week, closed next week and 60% chance I am open after that - but thats a 40% chance I'm not. If you want something, this is really the week to enquire. Thanks to the two commissioners this week so far!
UPDATE - So it appears I AM going to be available for much of S(h/n)eptember so get your commissions in, right now I can take them wholeheartedly to start within the next two weeks.

May try this every now and again, three themes I feel like drawing more of that I will offer a small discount on if your comic uses those themes *heavily*, up to a maximum 10% discount. See my recent submission to see what they are. I will not be waiving Paypal fees on this particular offer, sorry!

Folders, Folders Everywhere
Posted a year agoI now have folders for all my art. Go check out my gallery and find some old comics and one-offs as a treat!
Also, I am open for comic commissions right now! I will be open for the rest of August, I do not yet know if I will stay open beyond then, so if you want something...I'd advise getting in now whilst the lion is available!
