General | Posted 6 months agohey all! I have a very important update to share. something I've been afraid to speak out on. out of fear of reprimand. I live in an area with alot of right-wing extremism. and there is a possibility i could face trouble for writing this.
however, I feel, have a unique position, living in Israel as a Jewish person.
for the past 18 months Israel, and the IOF have been committing an ethnic cleansing campaign of the Palestinian people in Gaza. through bombing, starvation, mass murder.
more than 50,000 people have been murdered by Israel and the IOF. close to that number still missing. buried under the rubble. even those numbers are a dramatic undercount.
Not "Hamas terrorists"
Innocent. People.
people with dreams. lovers. families. all gone.
I will not stand while antisemitism is used cynically to shield the state of Israel while it pretends to act as the protector of the Jewish people.
the Jewish people are not a land. and this genocide is not in my name. nor in the name of the Jewish people.
to those still on the fringe. do not listen to those who lie to you and say it is not happening.
to the Zionists who still defend this genocide. Suck my dick and balls from the back 🖕
This ethnic cleansing campaign is still continuing as I write this.
it will never be just. it will never be right.
We all must do everything we can do ensure the Palestinian people remain with a voice in this matter.
I've lost countless friends. lost my irl job. faced backlash, threats in person. it is nothing compared to what is happening in Gaza.
my only regret is not saying something sooner.

General | Posted 10 months agohelloooo its been a while, been going through lifes motions over the past year and a half. alot of good, alot of bad. and even more lessons. but im excited to get back to art. ive been literally thinking of art everyday since i stopped. unfortunately the focus needed to sit and actually draw evaded me for a time. that, burnout and perfectionism.
art is something i dont want to lose however. so im going to be getting back into the swing of things.
