holy shit and they finally added a blacklist

obviously it's not great. while I do appreciate that the new rules are present at all instead of being nebulous, i still think they aren't great, and given this site's history of declaring characters in art to be minors solely off of vibes, I don't think some of the new roles are very enforceable.
I'll stay here as the majority of my posts and watches aren't babyfur related, but since I have a lot of friends in those spaces, I understand and share the frustration.
I do hope things can get better over time, and I prefer to see as many things as I can in good faith with a decent application of Hanlon's Razor. Maybe that's just wishful thinking and optimism, but I genuinely don't believe the policy changes were done out of malice.
Doesn't change them being done in a kind of boneheaded manner though.

I may have had a few issues with how you ran this place, but I can't deny that you truly loved this fandom with your every breath.

I only really knew you fom a couple passing interactions on Twitter, but since you were such a big pillar it still feels like I've lost a friend. Maybe that's a bit parasocial, but you were everywhere, man. Gonna miss you.

It still kind of blows my mind that they planned the whole "Mata Nui is a giant robot everyone lives in" thing from the very beginning, and that they even scrapped part of the Bohrok story because it would have been too obvious of a hint so early on.

"No, we can't have a "Three Finger Island" because we still have about a decade to go with this story, and that's not foreshadowing, that's skipping to the end of the book."

So I'm doing no nut november, but I fapped on the first three days, so I'll be done on december 3rd
