New studio?!?!
General | Posted 12 years agoWell as some of you may have heard I hope to be moving to the big city really soon if I can get my house sold here in town. I am a bit scared though because that will mean I have to go to a new school and I am not fond of being the "New kid". But there are some upsides to it because I will be able to build a better studio for recording as well as meet some new people to play music with because it is pretty lonely being the only one in town that plays any music besides my uncle and one other person.... Along with that I will be able to get a job and get a larger income to buy new equipment because I have some lager loans that I need to pay of like the one that I have now for a $1000 guitar that I just got last week.
On a different note I know I said that I would be coming out with some new stuff soon and which I hope I do but the reason for not doing so is because just last week I had to brake up with my "mate" I guess you could say and it did not go so well.... But that is in the past and no reason to keep bathing is self pity because there is nothing I can do now. All though I do admit that I wish I did not brake up with him, but it was for the best....
So that is about it for this journal and I hope you all had a grate easter and have a grate rest of your day or in my case night. :3
On a different note I know I said that I would be coming out with some new stuff soon and which I hope I do but the reason for not doing so is because just last week I had to brake up with my "mate" I guess you could say and it did not go so well.... General | Posted 13 years agoHay guys it is just me Lone Wolf with a new journal entry/ update. So I have just posted a recording of me noodling on my guitar today because I got kind of bored today so I decided to do a recording of me just having fun and see if it would turn out. I have to say that I think it did. But of course the one that I posted is a shorter one of the full recording which is about 2 hours. My fingers hurt after I was done. :/
I am also hopping to post some of my vary first recordings up here soon. I have been trying but for some reason it wont upload them but I will keep trying. Also I am going to try and get some new stuff out, and by new I mean I am going to attempt to do some stuff with my electric guitars and effects petal. I am still working out some problems with the recording of it but I should be good to go by the end of the month. (I hope)
Oh, and on a other unrelated topic me and my dad are going to the mountains some time this week to go skiing. I can't wait to go because i have never seen the mountains at the winter and it will be a new expertness for me. Sadly my mom has to stay home though because she has to work. :( But i am still looking forward to it.
We will be staying in some old cabins that are heated by a wood stove that are right out side of Banff AB. The trip will mostly be cross country skiing but we will be going down hill one day and maybe even helasking if we are lucky. :) And man do I have my paws crossed for it.
I would like to end this entry with something that I have made.
We all have bad day's that we just feel like we would just like to go and die some where. But it is a part of life, every day won't be perfect you just have to enjoy it for what it is. Instead of looking and thinking of all of the bad things that have happened or may happen, look at all of the good things that have happened and that will happen. Don't get your self down if something dons't go the way you planed it, because that is in the past there are many days a head. And yea most of them will be bad days but after you get through thous days there will be a better day waiting for you.

I would just like to let every one know that I finally got my guitars fixed up and cleaned up the studio. So I am all ready for recording. XD
I am taking requests for songs and I will list what order I hope to make them in on my page. So if you have any ideas or a song that you would like me to make then feel free to tell me. I may also be open for putting words into the song depending on what it is and what it is about.
Oh and if you have anything that you would like to know regarding recording or just sound in general feel free to shoot a question at me, I am always willing to help and I like to talk about recording and sound.
I am also happy to say that I will be teaching a class at my school in March on Pro audio and recording again and I am really looking forward to it. Last time I only had about a week to teach them and then get everyone started on the songs so I had to give them a crash corse. lol But this time I am hoping that I will have about a month.
