So for the sake of my channel and get a more professional look, I'm seeking an artist that is willing and able to draw up some panel images a banner and profile pic for my twitch account (paying for it of course) but please let me know if you have any suggestions or recommendations as it would help a lot. I can't get any help on twitter. The number of pieces would add up to something around 5. My maximum spending limit is going to be 500 USD although because I'm not looking for anything extremely professional it shouldn't really go over 250 at the most.

The style I'm looking for is just a fun toony style for everything including the logo for the stream. Please note that I will be willing to pay extra to have all the legal rights to use this art for merchandise in a store as well.
