So, over the weekend I have finally officially lost my job permanently. Some might have heard I had to "quit" for a short time to take care of a family emergency. Well it had been worked out with my employers that I could come back when I was prepared, but when I finally try to come back as all savings were exhausted, they had replaced my position and won't hire me anymore. Really, its been a problem I began to expect since COVID began, so I'm not so much shocked but at the same time I'm not prepared for this change in income. For my family, I have been the primary income for a long time and all other income is in the form of Social Security of family members. It will be just enough to cover our rent for the future but not enough for extra expenses like utilities and groceries. I know this is going to make things very hard for me for a while.

But maybe for my audience here there is some upside to it. Anyone who has commissioned me knows I can take a very long time to get a work done and I don't reply very fast, sometimes months could go by before I have any progress to show. That's because of my job was to be "on call" 24/7 even the weekends, and I could not anticipate when my days would be more free or less free. So drawing was something I have little time for, between my family and my work. But now, I have no such distractions. And more than before I need to make the money from this career until I can find a new job. I want to try to begin working on artworks every single day like a full time job, and with that I hope I can begin producing artwork much faster. We will have to see if its possible, but I need to be hopeful.

Due to this I also will need to increase my prices again, might be even quite drastically. I have looked more and more at other artist prices and see them charge much more than me for the same styles of work (Fullbodies, shaded, colored, and such) I always thought "Well they are more popular and more consistent so that's why" but I can't use that excuse to keep my prices low any more. I will say I am very willing to work on finding affordable options, but mainly I will need to increase everything to be sustainable as income for the future.

I still have commissions yet to be finished. I plan to try to finish them all within the Spring and Summer season. That way, I will be prepared to take new works on in the Fall around September. I don't know if I can make it, but I will try. I've been very blessed so far with a gracious and patient customer base and I don't know how much I could thank everyone who has supported me so far. I hope that I can make this work out, because I really need to. And I would love to be a better artist for everyone who has been kind to me and enjoys what I make. Thank you all.

Hello. I had some family health emergency happen and it has taken all of my time. I can no longer offer a large commission but in order to make some money still, I want to offer small sketch commission. I don't know how much slots I will offer so for now they are no slot limit. I will add you to a list in this journal if I take your commission. However, I can only offer up to 2 characters in one drawing. I cannot do any larger and it must be cartoon style or at most, a "uncolored" drawing. (it still has some colors applied)

|There is no estimate on the time it will take to finish, it might take a long time. Though they are just a sketch so they should not over load me and I will close if its to much. But still, it could take a few months because of my current situation IRL. I just want to warn those who prefer a shorter wait.

|Normally, because of the type, there is no preview WIP stage. Some times I may ask on pose approval from a crude sketch, but that's the most I can offer or else it will get overwhelming to slow down to show progress. Because of this, I am also willing to give more freedom for edits if I make a mistake or you aren't happy how it turned out. (Within a certain reason)

Hello everyone. I wanted to ask of opinions. For me lately, I spend more and more time trying to complete bigger and more detail drawings. I've become slow to work on almost any drawing, when before in my cartoon style I can make them pretty fast so long as I have the time to sit and make them. (Which that's a different problem but I don't have all that time to sit to draw.) I have more of a problem lately where everyone wants realistic style almost every time, and the ideas of detailed and lots of characters or lots of drawings at once. That's how I had to close commissions, it got to much at once.

So now my problem is that I never wanted to become that one who charges a crazy price for one drawing. Its hard because I can't afford that and I never could afford that for myself so to ask someone else to give me that feels like a hypocrite. But I now spend extra time on each commission that I can't make the money as fast as before. And I look to other artist who offer similar style and their prices are high above mine.

For me, I need advice. I don't know how to make a fair price for the realistic style. I already raise the price some from before but even that didn't fix the problem. So what do I do? Does any artist have advice? Or customers to tell me what they thought is fair? I don't want to exclude the art from everyone who doesn't have alot of money.

I would show evidence of all the "feral haters" I've seen who have favorited or followed my work in the past. :P I'm shocked how much it is, but the fact is that all of these people are liars lol. I don't know the purpose of the drama then, because they could be proven easily as "impure" if someone wanted. But I'd rather not involved with the drama.

I wish I understood these people though lol.

I was wondering what everyones favorite ferals are. In stories mostly movies or TV. Everyone knows about the main ones like disney or dreamworks movies. Lion King, Balto, Spirit, Lady and the Tramp, and those ones. But what about some less popular ones? Or just tell me your favorites. I want to see some more in case I don't know them all.

Hi everyone. For a long time I haven't been happy with the art style I draw with. Its some where in between what I want to be doing, but the problem is that its two different styles I want to draw in instead. On one part, I wish I could make more realistic drawings with more details since I always like it from other artists and I want to be able to draw that way. On the other side, its that I want to make cartoony style artwork with less detail and more style to it. But instead I am stuck between two, because I want to make it have a nice cartoon style but I still want to add the good details for the types of NSFW art I draw.

So I wanted to ask, does people have a preference for either? Or would hate if I started drawing differently? Its hard because I make a lot of commissions, so I want to draw the way people wants me to draw. But I'm not as happy as I was before making the commissions anymore. I want to draw a way that makes me happy, but I don't want to lose commissioners. Maybe I can offer both styles? A realistic style and a cartoon style? But both would be different of how I draw normally right now. So please tell me your ideas.

I lost my phone for a long time I didn't have one to check Telegram on and a lot of messages piled up while I didn't have it. So I had to clear out all my notifications even though there was a lot I missed or didn't see it. If you had something you need to tell me but I missed it, you can sent it again now, since I have Telegram again.

I'm sure its been noticed I'm not that active anymore and its mainly from two things which was some private drama and also I'm feeling very burnt out from the commissions I do. Since its hard to balance between a job in real life and a job online the wait times can be too much and from then its not worth it for me to do the commission anymore from the price I get. Because of that I'm going to be raising my prices after looking more at other people's prices, I don't know why I stopped getting commissions much when I raised my prices before because that is the normal rate for most people. There aren't many artists here who only charge $35 for a picture with shading and I've never found any that only charge $60 for backgrounds. So now I'm changing my prices and the way I take commissions too so if you want one, come to me and I will tell you if I can take it or not and if I say not right now you can ask me again in a few weeks. (If I wasn't taking the commission because of the subjects then I will tell you.)

I'm also going to try to upload more of my old work I was making for a while since from the drama I got scared out of posting for a little while but now I don't know why I got so scared and I'm sad from not getting the same community and comments I was before since I don't post. That means it could be a bit of spam for a while.

Also, I will be trying to experiment with my style a bit so if you see me changing it a lot that's from my experimentation. Please keep it in mind if you want to commission me.

Normally I stay far from social media because I do not like drama at all. But it seems a lot of people enjoy twitter through private accounts. Is doing it that way less drama? I am suspicious that private accounts would mean people would say worse things because they wouldn't be completely public with it, but maybe its the opposite? I worry of getting stressed out since I am shy and its hard even to have conversations through private chats. Does any other shy people have opinions on it?

Since I have continued having a hard time keeping with my queue due to busy schedule in real life, I will be raising my prices now and I will have to start putting on limits to my slots too. I feel very bad taking too long on a commission or having those of my commissioners waiting on me for such a long time. So because of that I will be trying to reduce the amount of commissions request I get by the price raise and limiting the slots.
