Life Update!
Posted 7 years agoI wanted to take a brief moment to apologize to all who have tried reaching out to me over the past few weeks, to have no response as of yet. I can't really say much, other than life has just been getting harder to push through day by day. Recently (March 4th) a very close and dear friend who was also my aunt, passed away suddenly. It was a shock to our family and it really hit me hard. Her funeral was three days later, and I was in town for a week to be with my family, especially my dad. She was his little sister and he's pretty messed up over it, understandably.
I also have been dealing with my own personal anxiety and depression. I'm really trying to get my life together and it doesn't help that I take on projects and they fall to the wayside when it all gets more difficult to bear. I want to do more to help myself, I just don't know what all I can do right now. If you have any life tips, please share. I want to get more organized and take more care in my health and well-being. I'm trying to schedule an appointment soon to see an eye doctor, because I think I have have retinal detachment or something similar.
But anyway, please forgive my absence. I hope to make some art to post soon, I just have no exact estimate of when it'll be here. Thanks to all of you for your patience, and I hope to produce something good soon.

Posted 8 years agoHi there! Just a little update on my whereabouts n whatnot.
I...have been struggling really hard with making any art lately. Even personal art.
It's like I'm having to force myself, which is never good. Anyone know what I could do to ease into the flow again? Anything that works for you guys?
As far as life goes, my sleep schedule is out of whack again due to being on our two month down time at the park. I won't be working until the last week of February at the earliest, so I'm considering opening small commissions. Would anyone be interested? They'd be colored pieces with minimal background, probably between $5-$15. Suggestions?
Also, I'm in need of suggestions with the direction of my art. Should I try and make more personal pieces? Or do some fan art maybe? Give me ideas! I think maybe challenging myself with pieces of that kind will help me.
