Its odd.

I normally get alot of ragging on this site for not drawing enough furry. And now I've been suspended from another site for drawind too much. I guess there is no real middle ground.

Used to be I'd be come very angry about something like this. But yesterday I was just depressed and today I'm just ready to wait it out.

In real life my day to day exsistance is all about making money. Theres barely enough for all the bills and none left over for other things. Online my role is enjoyable and its just kind of a blow when that joy gets placed on hold.

The worse part is that...it wasn't even an anthro. Or a furry. And I didn't get to speak for myself. Well, it doesn't matter. When I'm allowed back there I'll probably have lost my momentum for the site and even if I do post it'll only be humans. Which means I can't post any of my cat boys or bunny boys there anymore.

This log was just to let out some pent up thoughts. Ignore it if you like. I feel better just for typing it out.

This should probably be a long drawn out explanition/apology for my recent (and looooooong) absence.

But honestly I'm too fucking tired to even begin something that daunting. The short version is I was busy....very....very....VERY...busy.

Babies and hunting for a second job...possibly a third just until school starts. And then getting everything ready for fall classes is becoming like a monster I can't tame. But for crying out loud I haven't done this crap for six years!

Anywhoo...I've missed you guys and though I won't be on too much I wanted you all to know that I wasn't dead...yet.

I'll be posting some new stuff and some re-done old stuff here soon. Love you guys.

Anywhoo, Just a quick wittle up date here...

I've got several pics that folks have been waiting for (AdamZero, Dobiedoggy, Rox-chan...you know who you are) and thanks to thirty minute breaks at work I'll be done with the inked versions soon. I've got a shit load of work to do today because everybody waits to the last damn minute for V-day to order cakes! Besides that my weekend will be mostly booked due to the fact that....

*Screams jumping up and down excitedly* MAD is coming for a visit!! Yes yes yes yes YES!!!! And to add more awsome good fun to that happyland cake Jen and Brandy are coming over too!!! *squees* I'm so happy!!

*tones down* Of coures I still have to work but I arranged to have Sunday off to get in some birthday celeberation time! ^__^

Monday is my actual b-day. I'll be turning 24! Hah! So I'm going to be posting everything I've been working in this last week!

Oh, and just for an update on one of my past journals...The "2 month"plan I was soooo proud off is basically turning into the bust everyone warned me it would. I doubt I'll pull off another 700 hits by the end of March but I'm still gonna give it a try! ^_~ It'll be fun just trying!

*Yawns and rubs blurry eyes* Oh my god....sooo many cakes....I'm going to die of sugar overload and I'm not even eating any of them!

*Pops joints* Hey kids...As I predicted before the next week and the last are my personal cookie-coated hell. Everyone wants V-day goodies and everyone is being seriously anal about who the fucking things should look.

I'm just a decorator not fucking Rainbow Bright! I can't shower the cookies with "star sprinkles" and make them glow with good vibes!! I'm only human and I'm only an apprentice at this point too! They only let me boarders and words and occasionaly hearts for crying out loud!! Fuckers must think its easy! But its snot!

Anyway, if anybodies noticed I've been off the FA for a few days. I'd love to take the time to look thru everyones new pics and read all the comments and jouranls. But reality sets in and I have a house to clean and a baby to watch on top of work. So, just to let everyone know...its not because I don't love you guys...But I'm just going to nuke everything.

On a more personal note I will be turning 24 on the 18th of this month. Its nothing big I know. I've already passed the smoking age (ick) and the drinking age (urgh) and I'v only one year to go before I can rent a car in Alabama (ring-a-ding-ding).

With any luck I'll get the art program for my computer that I want. Its suppose to help with comics ^_^ Can't wait!!!

My friend  sajber was quite taken with the current set of teddy bear/qp doll pics I've been doing. He took my Chuck and Beary pic and colored pretty well I think. ^_^ Its super cute so everybody go take a look at it and fav it and tell him how good he--er...I mean "it" looks. ^^;;

~For Vaugn-chan's Reaper its in the half inked stage...I'm having a bitch of a time on the long coat and the weapon keeps coming out all cartoonie~

~For AdamZero-chan the Encounters with a Fox are coming along and about time too! I've got the sketches done for the pics now I just have to detail them, ink them, color them, and post them....It sounds like more the it is.~

~I've promised a Chris and Cashimere pic for Dobiedog and that is still in the planning stage~

Alrighty....

In roughly four and half months I posted about 100 pics. Of those only 23 were adult or rated mature. I made 1000 hits.

What would I take (I wondered) to get the same amount of hits...in half the time.

So I'm conducting an experiment in quantity, quality, and pornography.

Within the next two months I will endeavour (to learn to spell and) double my pics to two hundred. The main goal is to get another thousand hits in 2 months. Getting another hundred pics done won't be a problem if I can post at least 12 pics a week for eight weeks. That'll take care of the quantity aspect.

The quality will mean that you guys will be seeing more finished works and more progression of the pic from start to finish. Like mini pic documentaries.

Pornography...well that should be obvious. Its coming folks so bare with me ^_^

Should this plan work we'll be seeing a 2k pic by mid to late March. Cross your fingers folks!!! Its another one of Love Mode's crazy schemes!!! Hazah!!!

I'm sick. Fever, coughing, snot running like a track team down my nose...the works!

I've only given half attention to anything I've started drawing or writing or colored.

To top it off I'm at home taking care of two babys. One that is very sick as well and one thats recovering from being ill so he wants to run around the house screaming.

I only had ten veiws to go til my 1k mark and today I still have six left. I doubt I'll make my hits again today since I haven't made anything new and all the old stuff I'm dredging up isn't that good.

So my 1k I suppose will have to wait until I'm better and more able to produce Love Mode naked or ButterScotch giving a blowjob or hell even the horse twins in their snappy new vest.

If you haven't been able to tell by now this is a depressing pity party...I normally try to keep the bad news down and only report it if its going to result in late pic posting or unfiinished projects but...

Oh hell, now they're both awake again...that didn't last long.

Well...another year staying up all night to hear the yule tide snort of the great HogFather has come and gone...and what do I have to show for it?

Mostly new art supples sketch pads, pens, and the like. Some Muppets memorabilia from my mother High Ones bless her. A book. Pride and Predjudice from my sister. Honestly one of my favorite tomes.

Admitedly a poor christmas but also an extremely happy one.

No one died. No one really fought. And the Christmas Eve Taco Night went off without a hitch! ^_^ Good times.

So now on to the next year! Boldly, proudly, with a rose in my teeth and a sword in my hand it is now time to hurl myself headlong into the future!!

Okay, with only six days until the big Xmas I'm scrapping my previous idea for my holiday pic and coming to you guys for some help.

Aside from the personal pics I've promised some of you.....Everyone please....who would you like to see in my Holiday pic this year?

Red, Blue, Black...no its not the lesser known version of the American flag.

To most folks walking down the street now adays there just colors. Maybe if you meet someone thats focused or on the ball that day they'll point out that they are the three most popular colors or they'll mention some sports team uniforms.

To FA artist and writers those colors mean only one thing.

Views.

Just on a whim a few minutes ago I checked the most recent pics I'd posted. Each were roughly dated around the same time and all within the last four days. The results were as followed.

Vaugn's gift (black boarder)....17 views.
Waiting and Eager (blue boarder)...39 views
500 hits!!!!!!! (red boarder)......112 views

All well and good but something else came to my attention...while the red pic has received the most peeks it has only one comment while the other two have a little more then half a dozen each.

What does all this mean? Well one of several conclusions can be drawn from this...One thats for sure is that some people just click on a red boarder regardless of who drew the pic or what the content is....Most folks that do view the reds tend to leave single or short sentence comments if they leave any comment at all....

And lastly, *sighs sadly* I must suck at drawing reds >_<;;

Two big things happened in the past week and one little thing.

The little thing? I had food poisining. It was bad, I saw a doctor, now I'm better--story there over!

Big thing number one...Tinman the mini series aired on Scifi!! Everybody should watch that show!!! It was three episodes at two hours a piece and I enjoyed the hell out of every minute of it! I'd go into a long tirade on all the various yaoi pair ups and fun homo refrances with the Scarecrow but...Honestly my sister is probably going to read this and I don't want to upset her...(she's got a maaaaaajor crush on Alan Cummings--who doesn't????)

The last big thing...I got fired. Lost my job. Lost it on good terms though the managers just above me got it so that I can be re-hired should the itch strike me. Its devistating really...I liked my job and the people I worked with.

I don't want to dwell on it. Tomorrow I take up the noble hunt for a new job...perhaps I'll go back to school...finish what I can maybe even get an actual career out of it.

So, until I feel secure in my own ability to provide for my household I am hearby becoming a commish begging whore. If anyone out there has been fooled by my meager talent and over used imagination and would like to commision me for work then by all means...pm me here or write me at Hobbit_huggy[at]yahoo.com with details of your order. That being said, I'm hopeing to have a new job within two weeks.
