After some thought, I decided I'll be closing commissions on June. I'll be focusing on Patreon stuff (requests, illustrations), as well as doing more art studies and exclusive content in general. During June I will also be working on unfinished commissions, hopefully I'll have enough time to finish all mermay stuff before June, but if not, then during the first week of June. Which means, you can still order a custom commission now, just not during June.

I finally got confirmed my participating on a local zine, I talked with the organizers and they seem to like my ideas! I have to prepare my storyboard now; it'll be 7 pages max, but I need to practice with composition and dialogues. Comics are a lot of work XD

The work load and schedule I have now is completely different from last year's, and I want to adapt properly. I have been doing some changes to my trello so far, but maybe I'll make an 'official' schedule, but I still have to figure it out.

I also want to finish/do some art trades as well as a collab, featuring only ace sonas of people im close with from the fandom. So no free pride sketches this year, maybe for August Adipose though...

I'll reopen the commissions on July, coming in strong for taur and transformation months! :D

I'm not burned out, I'm enjoying so much the mermay YCHs as well as other commissions. Somehow, having so many drawings to do helps me a lot! If I only have a few, and I don't feel like it, I feel forced and the result might not be the best, but if I have a lot to choose from, with different themes and art styles, I always have sth Id love to draw :3

Regardless, I'll take the chance to take a little break and meet more often with others. In fact, I'm going to Amsterdam to see Atarashii Gakkou live! Will I get diabetes burnout from the trip? Probably lol

In light of recent events on FA, having seen some journals about scammers around and talking some people, I wanted to say some advice to avoid being scammed.
It also works for other artists and commissioners!


-I only use PayPal invoices. I will not ask for payment through other websites, links, or payment made through Friends and Family.


-Check the hour it is when I send the note about the payment, it should be around the same one as the invoice.

-In any doubt, screenshot the invoice and send me the picture before paying. It's better to be safe. You can message me on FA, Telegram or discord.

-Don't trust any isheena... My name starts with an L... 😭

-Check the account that is messaging you. If it wasn't created on September 2019 it's not me! Also check if the account is new or has very few to none watchers, favs and comments.

-Ask me to put a custom message on your invoice.

-Check if the amount of money is the same as in my prices. If a YCH says 40 and PayPal says 100...

If you get scammed, or get a message from someone passing as another artist make sure to report it and let the actual artist know.

This rat can't catch a break 😭

After months of waiting, I finally got my thyroids results, and I'll have to get surgery. I'm a bit scared since I have never gone under anaesthesia, and there are chances that they'll have to remove my thryoids glands entirely... Let's see how it goes.

To make things worse, my father had his identity stolen, and someone took his name to blame him for 3k on electricity bills. I had to take care of all paperwork and hopefully we can get a lawyer for free. I'm sure things will work out in the end, but if someome stole his ID, they could do this again. Sadly his health state is very bad, both physically and mentally; he's had two hearts attacks in a few years, and we're scared that all this scam might give him another one, and stress has worsened his dementia. I hate how the system is built, all this work we have to do to prove innocence, when they could themselves find the true scammer...

Regardless,I'll continue working with commissions and requests, as well as prepare the YCHs for Mermay. I have slowed down the workload a bit, but if you are waiting for a drawing please be patient 💜

For some things, references can only be found in porn websites. I’m not a fan of them, as there is a lot of stolen content/AI, but it’s better to learn from real life than from other drawings.

How to draw Manga furries: The complete guide (book)
Book with tips and tutorials on how to draw furries. Although it’s in a manga style, it applies to different styles. It has canines, felines, avians, dragons, aquatic animals… Even with different bodytypes, ages and expressions.

Clay Modelling:
If you are feeling creative, I recommend buying some modelling clay (it’s around 5€), and create the references yourself. Personally, I made some basic anthro heads, so I can take pictures of them in different angles. It’s good to take a break from digital art and use your hands too!

I say "shouldn't", because all of my hypno works are fully consensual and it doesn't go against the ToS, one never knows when an account can get deleted out of the nowhere.
