I know this isn't the best place to post this, but just covering all my bases.

I am offering up my extra room in SoCal for $800/month. Highlights are own entry, wall mounted tv, bathroom (With recently upgraded shower and toilet), indoor laundry, unlimited parking, away from main streets.

Hoping for someone willing to put in the energy to maintain the place. If you respect whats there, I will do my best to help in any way I can as well.

I will need proof of income, last roommate dodged payment and had to be kicked out, I allow payments to be split throughout the month based on your payment cycle, and will always give receipts should they be needed.

Hey followers! I sometimes forget that there are a fair bit of you around, hope you enjoy the latest art batch. As you might have seen, I ended it off with some new hypnosis files for those of you that follow me for that as well. That set of files was based on friend suggestion, but I have a great idea for the next batch. The suggestions, are going to come from you!

I am looking for 3 file ideas, and going to get them all from the comments right here. If there is an idea you have, or one of my files you always wanted a sequel too, or even an art I got that you think would make a perfect file, list it here. These will be in my style, meaning no personal names used, just something anyone can listen to and enjoy.

Suggestion: Keep it to a single sentence, if it gets more complicated than that, I cannot put my personal spin on it.
Example: "Witch creates a potion to turn you into a lion cub" "Meet a Goat that makes you interested in cooking"

Note: If you suggest a file too similar to a file that already exists, I will link to it in your comment.
Also, if you do suggest a sequel to a file, try to keep it to the theme of the first, so it can become a recognizable series.

Rules: One of the first 5 *valid* comments are guaranteed to be picked. This is both to challenge myself, and to give you a reason to comment early! However, the 3 could all be from the top 5 if they speak to me, and I think I could have fun with them.

Hope you all are enjoying the new files and meeting your new selves. I have another set of 4 files I am working on, but after that I might offer up some free requests. Get your ideas ready and I look forward to hearing them.

With that another big set of uploads is finally complete. I am really gonna try and stay on top of them from now on, so no big batches anymore. Then again, I might just be lazy and have this happen again, who knows. Any favorites from this batch?

A set of hypno files coming out soon, focusing completely on transformation, with women, buffness, shortness, and animals oh my. Hopefully it will help people who just want to feel something in trance. We will see how that goes.

So ends the first night of this week of uploads. Have the normal amount of commissions I usually wait until one day to do, but this time spacing it out over a week to see if its more fun doing it that way. Let me know what your favorites were this week and I might get more of that style in the future.

Soon as this week is over, I will be doing some more hypnosis files for people to help experience things, already have an amazing outline planned just need to refine, specialize, and record. The floodgates are open after that, any new suggestions for hypnosis files or transformations they have always wanted to have done but it was never made?
