Out of School and Into the Kitchen
General | Posted 11 years agoWell, I have a great job now at a very nice country club in North Louisiana. I work as a prep cook under an executive chef and I couldn't have a better job here. I'm sorry I haven't been posting lately, but I intend on resuming my posts. I'll start showing my work in the club. Our menu is a bit of a twist on Asian fusion but we also do promotional dinners that are off menu to bring in more clientele for the clubs restaurant. We will be doing a sou vide steak and boiled lobster night soon. I CAN'T wait! Feel free to message me if you want any recipes for whatever reason and I will do my best to make and post them~

Another Semester draws to a close~ *passes out*
General | Posted 11 years agoSoon I will be attempting my final practicals. This means I will be asked to execute a random recipe that we have covered in this semester and I will have to cook it from memory. I am equal parts nervous and excited. And I still intend to keep posting. It just will not be as frequent as during the semester. I will be posting journals about my upcoming internship. Eat well and often, my friends<3

My cousin(best friend evar) is taking me to the riverboats casinos and Im gonna tear up some poker and get so wasted I won't be able to see straight! .......WHAT?! I am a chef! Chefs are people of excess! >w> <w<............No that doesn't mean I'm fat....... I am quite averagely shaped, thank you! -w-
