I haven't been posting a lot for the couple last years. Among other stuff I've been busy working on various 2D animation projects, mostly commercials. If You are US based You might have seen our Mr. Monopoly McDonalds add recently 🙂. I decided to close that chapter and in February I'm starting a hairstylist school! If You're part of the animation industry You know it's been a difficult couple years for mostly everyone. I was lucky enough to keep working, but the stress of not knowing which project is going to be the last one was weighing on me. Use of AI on the projects that became more and more of an everyday reality and was starting to hang over my head as necessity to continue working was another big factor.

My hope is not overworking on commercial jobs will give me more energy for personal furry projects and art. So fingers crossed that I don't cut someone's ear and we can meet more often on streams!

I'm turning 37 soon and I don't know how the time flew so fast XD.

I'm having a couple weeks off work currently and I drawn for myself and did studies first time in idk. a year or so and had some trouble relating to my art style and characters. But then I thought it would be fun to age them up a bit and it's really fun 😁. I hope I will have something to share here soon. Also finally jumped into new Grease Pencil version and I really like what they did with it. It runs much better on my older hardware. They also brought back some legacy stuff that I was missing in the first update. Hope You are having a good week <3

It's crazy how suddenly I'm 36, ha ha. I'm not doing super well today. I'm working on a holiday and a bit sick so all plans canceled. A lot is going on. A lot of good things, a lot of bad things. In 2025 good things should be the majority, that's the plan and natural conclusion. I lost my family to mental illness in 2024. My found rainbow family stepped up and they are the new safe now. I'm tired, but I know this year will be better. And I will dance more. Also I gave up alcohol. I didn't drink much lately, but it lost it's appeal. Doesn't seem worth it anymore. Still struggling, but keeping my head over the water. OK,

P.S. Thank You for all the comments on my earlier journal. I took a while to answer, but appreciate every single one. I'm not better for now, but medicine will kick in at some point. I have time to rest and loads of support from friends, specialists and so with time things should get better eventually. <3

I feel completely crushed and defeated. I'm under psychiatric care and safe and it's going to get better, but it's so fucking difficult right now.

On a positive note, along with current help I'm getting I got diagnosed with Complex PTSD and proposed a treatment. I've been in therapy for last 4 years and it is helping a lot, but now with added psychiatric treatment I'm looking forward to a new quality of life in the future.


I'm also fortunate to have great support from my wonderful partner and friends. They are better than one could hope for and I love them and appreciate them to no end. Not forgetting our sweet puppy, who is my little ray of sunshine. We're apart for a brief moment, but I can't wait to hug her again.


But for now I'm heartbroken and very, very tired and idk, felt I needed to vent a bit 😣.

Yeah! Glad I announced I am back, then immediately disappeared 😌💦

By our yearly tradition, me and caught covid again from god knows where XD. We were out to the beach once last week and to a pretty remote place too, but it could have been anywhere including the grocery store. Who knows XD. We both tested positive. (We are vaxinated, just our luck I guess, ha ha). It looks like there's a new wave in town, because a lot of friends on social media have it too. It was pretty intense for the first 4 days, but now it's getting lighter. This time it looked a lot like rotavirus, not getting into too much nasty details 😅. Mortality and hospitalisation seems to be down tho, so everyone is a bit more matter of facts about it ( while keeping it safe). Looks like it became more normal now here, like a flu.

Today I had a very nice job interview on an anime style short, but it won't be full time so I hope I'm still here a lot and back to the streams soon, once I get more vertical 😉/

Life udpate:

I got engaged to last month 😊. We are still staying in Poland, but we kind of got used to it and will probably be staying for the next couple of years at least. The first two years after coming to Poland I wanted to move back abroad really bad, but over time we built our little community and things bother us less to the point to appreciate everything else about this place. I wonder what's going to happen here in a couple years. I worked for a bunch of foreign studios for the last year and a half, one of the projects being a smaller streaming series for Marvel that should be out in March. It was very busy, although I loved the teams in every each of them and met some nice people. We also finished work on the animation part of our game 😁 ( the vampire one). It took me two years to complete all the assets for the demo, but now it's finaly done and our programmers and other devs are working on putting it together and polishing it to the point where some studio will agree to fund the whole thing.
