Since the FA clashes ect i've gont off using FA as i feel this website isnt really safe. So i've been much more active on my DA SpizFeral

Im also making my fursona, Spiz (my true puppyshark self!) Hey guys, thanks for the support on my last journal, i think things are calming down now. The person who upset me then went on to say they are buddys with the original/first owner of the character and they provided proof this character of mine is a species of theres and has been from the begining.

Ugh.

So i think i've made it clear to them that if they had stated that in the first place this bloody mess would never of happened. If im not aware that a character i bought already is part of species but their friend comes to me in a childish, theifing manner then what am i supposed to think??

Anyway the bottom line is that im all fine with the original designer/owner to continue with this species of theirs BUT my character, that i bought full rights to, is NOT to be used/mentioned in any form of their species, as the circumstances where not delt with fairly or reasonably and therefore this character/design is mine entirely and not part of their speices. Sigh!!!!

The only people who are allowed to use this image are myself  lucky_koneko //  spizferal and the original artist  solar-paragon both on FA and DA

The character itself is only allowed to be drawn by me, unless of course i commission/art trade (basically give permission)

If you do spot them anywhere on any art website and you feel it suspisious please let me know. As FA rules say i cannot call out people publically, i cant say who these trouble makers are but if you find sonething suspisious i will investicate it myself

A person has been noting me for some time now harassing me about a character i adopted some time ago, i told them they were not for sale or trade but now they are coming to me saying they are going to steal his design and make a full blown species of them.

what do I do?????

The original artist and deisgner of the character did not make the character with a species in mind and i have full rights to the design with their blessing.

This bullcrap is stressing me out and not helping my stress levels.

They havent posted anything yet regarding this but claim they have already made a species of them.

Again.. I cant apologize enough for my lack of activity, as my last journal before this says, life has gone to shit. I do not want to go into anymore detail into this as just wish to sell my babies and take my leave.

Koneko, Chance and Nemnar for 100% will still be mine, the others i will be selling off.. as said before in my last journal, I cannot sell Koneko and Chance anyway due to TOS and I cant bare to part with them anyway, Nemnar also will be staying with me, he was the only dutchie I ever designed and loved because of this. And so im not truly leaving the community, just going on a long hiatus until I feel I can join you all again.

This is breaking my heart to do this, but I have no choice. I'm in dire need of money.

This, of course, means the comic is canceled and I will be removing it from the internet entirely. I'm an idiot to think I could have made a comic without problem.

For the moment I will open this as an offer to adopt, I will not be looking for art or characters, only money. I will mostly look at offers that are fair and also consider the person offering- if you are a friend in this community, I will be more inclined to pick you over a stranger. I want my babies going to very loving homes.

Selling all my dutchies and leaving the dutchie community. I'm loosing interest and motivation with any drawing. Cant even muster up a drawing of my fursona.

The exceptions to being sold would be Koneko and Chance, not only do their TOS with the angels nest say i need them for at least a year before reselling, i also want to keep one foot in the community i guess in case i change my mind.

Lately i have been going through hell at home. My partner that i dearly love has started being controling, uninterested and non supportive of me and im still very unwell. Ive been off work for over a week now and all he will do is play his dumb xbox games and ignore me. He's also stopping me from doing alot and im emotionally drained...

I escaped to my mums yesterday while he was asleep to avoid conflict and when he woke to find me gone, hes gone into a fit of rage that i've never seen before in him... Im scared as ive left most of my belongings with him and the stress has made my health worsen.

Anyway.. the point of this journal is that its made me rethink everythink i love and do. I cant ever see me returning to doing my comic so im on the edge of abandoning and selling my dutchies...

I could do with the money to give me the oppertunity to move out and leave my partner and find myself a new place... Of course i dont expect to get thousands for my dutchies, but every little helps.

I would offer commissions, but as ive said, drawing motivation is lower than 0% and all my drawing stuff is with my partner..

I dont know what to do. Im so lost and heartbroken and my head is spinning in more than one way..

To stay off my feet til monday, i have suspected Glandular fever on top of hormonal problems *sigh* poorly poorly :'(

Hey everyone ;-; again i want to appologise for just dissappearing like this, my health is very slowly getting better but motivation has truely plumeted.. I've hardly picked up a pencil and havent even thought about using my graphics tab. Lately I have been directing my attention to some old projects- namely a fursuit i started a year ago but never finished :')

Its most definately helped as its made me think that im not a complete loss and i can make beautiful fursuits still (bit rusty mind but eh)

After work today im going to the doctor again to see if he can refer me to an Endocrindologist (specialist in glands, hormones ect) as thats what i feel is my health issue. I did have a thyroid test years ago but was told i was fine, but years prior to that, i had a very underactive thyroid. So its all very confusing ;3;

Thyroid inactivity can lead to depression, no motivation, weight gain and tiredness.. everything i've been experiencing -.- it all adds up and those around me agree it could be whats wrong with me.

Anyways I'm still going to be semi-inactive here still until i can justify drawing again T___T im gutted my comic has come to a halt because of all this, really hope to get it going again!

So... Yeah.. thank you to those who have sent me loving comments of good will <3 I'm ok, really, just need a health boost!

Need time away from things, got some serious money issues and im so stressed out. I'm at least £500 in debt and my mom has turned her back on me. I'm grateful i have my loving partner to keep a roof over my head, but im scared.. I've always been independent and really hate having to lean on him like this, i refuse to let him pay for my stupidness so he's supporting me emotionally.

My confidence is shot. Dont think i can face opening commissions...
