Backlog finished
Posted 2 years agoAlrighty, that was the last of my backlogged drawings that I had to post! So my gallery should pretty much be up to date
You might have noticed that I didn't upload any commission work that I've done for others. That's mainly because finding the accounts of everyone for every post would take quite a while.
However, if I've ever done a commission for you and you want me to post it, I'd be happy to! Just message me here or on twitter and I can get it uploaded. It'll be by request only though to save my sanity lol

Upload Backlog
Posted 2 years agoHey everyone, so it's been a while since I've been active here.
For those of you that don't keep up with Twitter stuff, I've had quite a few mutuals on Twitter start to leave and use other social media sites because of all the stuff happening over there. The thing is with me, it seems like everyone is splitting up between like, four different social media sites and I just don't have the time or energy to be active on 4 separate sites just to keep up with everyone.
However, quite a few people have at least kept an FA account, and as much as it annoys me to say, this might be the next closest thing to a sort of "central" place where my friends are.
Now I just want to make it clear that I still very much don't like how FA is run and my previous grievances are still very much there. But I just thought, if I'm still using twitter which is now run by a billionaire that acts like a 12 year old, I can suck it up and use FA. Note that I'll still be using my twitter account as well, I'll just be posting here as well.
That being said, I've been gone from here for almost 4 years, so there is a lot of backlogged art I would need to post. I don't plan on posting quick sketches that I've made over the years, but I'll try to post most of the main pics I had made. I'll try not to spam too much, but again, almost 4 years of art is gonna be a lot of stuff over time.

Website Progress
Posted 6 years agoHey everyone! Just wanted to post an update on how my website is doing.
So far, I have the following features finished:
-Home page
-Art gallery with pagination
-Commission information page
-Commission form page (UI only)
Pretty much, I'm getting close to having it finished! The only remaining things left to do are:
-Commission form processing on the server
-Making a commission queue page
-Populating my image gallery
I'm thinking I can have all of that done within a week if I work hard, but a 2-3 week estimate may be more accurate.
Reminder though! After my website is finished and live, I will be leaving FA and exclusively posting my art to my website and Twitter account! I will make a journal when the site is live and give about 2-3 weeks before I close my account here so people can see. But I just wanted to give a heads up!

Leaving FA
Posted 6 years agoHey everyone, so now that this website is actually back up, I'm going to post this announcement.
After seeing how this site is run, and the lack of urgency when it comes to improving their code, I just can't stay here any more. A while back, I saw leaked FA source code, and it was completely awful. I saw better written code from the students I tutored in college when getting my CS degree.
Unstable databases that require a complete wipe shouldn't happen. Adding extraneous features like shinies when your site needs MUCH more important updates shouldn't happen. Being complacent with these issues shouldn't happen
I am currently in the process of making my own, personal art gallery website for my art. It's pretty simple, just an Angular fontend with some node.js backend code and such. Until that site is up and running I will keep this account active here, but once I finish that site I will be closing this account, because I've had it with the staff/complacency with the state of this site's code.
As always though, I'm much more active on Twitter and always announce commission openings there exclusively. Please follow me on twitter at https://twitter.com/LugiaBerry if you'd like to keep up with me and my ramblings! I apologize to those of you who only watch me here, though. I just cannot take this site any longer. I highly encourage you to make a Twitter account if you still wish to interact with me. Otherwise I will be posting my personal website here once it's finished so you can keep up to date with just my artwork.

Posted 6 years agoHey everyone! I just wanted to give a heads up that I'll be going to England this Wednesday (May 22nd) for Confuzzled, and I won't be back home until the next Thursday (May 30th)
Just to make sure I can enjoy my time at the con and with my travels, I will NOT be available for collab-related messages during that time! I will not have my laptop with me so I will not have access to the spreadsheets with the pokemon data to roll from.
If you have an urgent need to roll again or submit a drawing you can contact

I'm doing my very best to work through notes, but it's still just me managing 100 artists, and I also work a full time job, so things may be a bit slow. But I an continuing to work through my unread notes!

Starting an open art collab project!
Posted 6 years agoHey everyone! So yesterday, I got an idea about doing a project where every single pokemon in the national dex was drawn fat. However, due to the massive amount of pokemon there are, a friend suggested that a collab might be better. So, I decided that would be a great idea!
So, I'm starting a new collab project called "Gotta Stuff 'em All!" It's a collaborative project between fat fur artists where the goal is to draw all pokemon fat!
