Yes so my doctor gave me this wonderful z-pack which I took the last dose of today and it has done wonders for my sinus infection. It is basically gone now, thank god. Baby is doing just fine and is as wiggly as ever.
My life has been consumed by the new expansion of WoW. Warlords of Draenor is awesome! I love the new storyline and the quests are pretty amazing. It is always nice to have a new world to explore and new goals to achieve in a game that you spend so much time and put money into as well. Hoping to get my twitch stream going here in the next few months so that I can game and entertain some people and chat with my friends on there and some on here as well! Anyone else play WoW? If so, how do you like the new expansion?

Posted 11 years agoWell after failing my first one hour glucose screen I had to do the 3 hour tolerance test. Let me tell you just how much I love being poked five times with a needle in my hands. -.- Ugh. Hopefully that test comes out with negative results because gestational diabetes would throw me into an even higher risk pregnancy. My heart condition and own cancer history kinda puts me high risk already. Fingers crossed that everything works out and it all goes as well as my pregnancy has so far. Not one heart issue yet this entire pregnancy, yay!
But now the Luka has a sore throat and my sinuses are under so much pressure it is hard to move let alone stand up and function. Called the doctor today about what was going on after trying all the over the counter medications I am actually allowed to take whilst pregnant to no avail. They were booked solid until I mentioned my symptoms and my condition as they put it...pregnancy..lol...and magically they have an opening at 1:45 today. We shall see just what they have to say and what he puts me on. Hopefully I don't get admitted into the hospital because that would royally suck major balls. I just want to cuddle up and sleep on my fluffy bed with my puppy and watch The Office and be spoon fed veggie soup until it puts me into a coma.
The good news of the day? It is snowing outside and I love the snow. I have a house showing in less than half an hour to go and tour a bigger place for me and the baby. Also have an ultrasound tomorrow which is always wonderful because I get to see my little man wiggling around in my tummy and hear his strong heartbeat. <3 ALSO LEST WE NOT FORGET that the new expansion of WoW comes out tonight at midnight and you can bet your furry asses I will be on there frolicking in the new world! So exciting!

Posted 11 years ago24 is approaching fast for this wolf! November 5th is right around the corner and I am excited to say that I am spending it at home with some WoW and maybe some much needed belly rubs (a baby bump is quite itchy and needs lotion!) how is everyone else doing? I am now 26 weeks pregnant and officially in my third and final trimester of pregnancy. It's crazy how fast time is flying and although it is a bit scary, I am thankful to have my friends to rely on and bombard with questions about having a boy and silly worries that I have as a first time mom. I am okay myself and am quite healthy and happy. I love seeing all the new arts from my favorite artists and the new pieces my friends get of their sonas. Keep it up!!

UPDATE 22 weeks pregnant and the first day of Autumn

How has everyone been? Lots of awesome art that I get to keep in my favorites and look at as often as I want. :D
With the first day of fall comes a new update on baby and I. First off, ITS A BOY!! His name is Jeson Alexander and he is an estimated one pound of baby perfection. ^_^ he should only be around 10.5oz and so him beig a pound is pretty neat. Above average with a strong healthy heartbeat which is music to my ears. I am beginning to feel lots more movement now but it's still subtle. My placenta is anterior which means it's I front and is making am extra later of padding between baby and my belly. Stronger movement will come in time with my progressing pregnancy. Speaking of, I am 22 weeks today and have quite the baby bump. I waddle around the house and bible on kiwis and all sorts of other yummy things. Being high risk I have a bit of a boring pregnancy as far as activity goes but anything to make sure baby is healthy and so am I. For the next few months it's a whole lot of WoW and puppy cuddles for this wolf.

Posted 11 years agoFun fact: it's almost eight in the morning and I have yet to fall asleep. Pregnancy had me so backwards and tired all the time! My left shoulder is KILLING me. So bad I fact that I've had to apply one of those icy hot patches to alleviate it. The icy portion is working now and omg it's amazing.

How is everyone doing lately? I have really enjoyed watching new artists and seeing the new pieces by my favorites. I miss having the money for arts for Luka but right now there are just other priorities like...baby stuffs! I am doing quite well in pregnancy. I am 19 weeks pregnant tomorrow (yay!) and little speckle is the size of a mango in there. Still no definitive movements but that is okay. Dr says that usually happens between 19-22 weeks anyways. I am doing okay otherwise and am hoping to get more of my stuffs moved into my new place soon.
It is amazing when you have no funds for it the ideas you get for art isn't it? Like, a pregnant Luka piece. Or, since I can't be with my kittehs right now, a piece with Luka and a bunch of kittehs. I even miss getting pieces done with friends. But I will keep writing these down and one day I will get them! That is how I got pieces before ya know. Always write down your ideas.
Now it is off to walmart for some dinner stuffs and then home to WoW and eat some noms
Don't be afraid to leave me shouts! I love reading those things. Miss you guys lots.

UPDATES: Pregnancy, WoW, and Break-Up's
Posted 11 years ago Hello all! I have been quite out of touch on here for a while. Popping in and out and so on but all this art is so awesome! Love seeing your pieces in my feed!!!
Pregnancy is going well. I will be 13 weeks on Tuesday (the same day I hear the heartbeat for the first time and my second ultrasound of little speckle) and thank goodness the morning sickness is over. I am beginning to feel quite myself again and my appetite is growing again as it should. I barely ate these past 13 weeks due to my sickness and such. Yay for this up and coming second trimester!!
WoW is up and running for the time being to take my mind off of some things. I enjoy being in game with friends and developing my characters and growing their gold supplies for the up and coming expansion. Stay tuned for more awesomeness!
Now the not so awesome news. Vye and I are no longer engaged or even dating. I am a single Luka once again. BUT MAKE NO MISTAKE!! We are the best of friends and just realized that we have grown apart and into different people. The love we have for each other is platonic only. We are still roommates and the best of friends on wonderful terms. Please don't be sad for us. Sometimes these things happen. That is life. But having Vye as my friend will always be more important than any relationship we could or did have.
I promise I won't be away so long this time! How have you all been?- Luka

A Pregnant Luka In The Hospital
Posted 11 years agoYea, I am quite pregnant and had to head to the emergency room for chest pain and abdominal pain. We will do a Doppler test in a bit after my pregnancy safe meds kick in to check on little speckle (my name for baby, cute huh?) and make sure it's ok. This will be the first time I will hear the baby. Like...ever.
The next issue will be figuring out how to pay for this new inhailer. That's 60$ I do not have. Ugh

monster-vye proposed to me last week. I was super shocked and cried and yea. My wonderful friend 
myloveless was in on it. SO. NOT. FAIR. He drew a wondrous piece to go with the occasion and I cannot thank him enough for it. So yea, I am still alive and hope to be getting back to some arting very soon to strengthen my talents and so on but for now, it is work, work, work and still healing from my oral surgery.

Post Op Update
Posted 12 years ago My surgery went well yesteray morning. The tumor removed and new dental plates are in my mouth now. I am on quite an array of meds now ( two pain, one antibiotic, one for swelling, and something else). So i willl keep this short. On aother note, anyone know where i can find the movie Wolf Children in english?! Help please!!

Surgery Monday and Other Such Updates

Let me start off by saying I am writing this after 6 shots to the mouth of novacaine and do apologize for any spelling errors, i am quite the drugged Luka.
On Monday I will be having 27 teeth removed (oh the joys of chemotherapy and radiation side effects) as well as a tumor that was found today, cut out of my jaw one. The surgeon will also be reshaping my jaw bone whilst in there. I'll of course be put under general anasthesia for the duration of the surgery whch will be 75minutes long approximately. Afterwards monster-vye will be caring for me and my drugged/ miserable self.Its a 5,000$ surgery that must be done. *sigh*
On a lighter note, our house is almost finished! Its been an interesting journey to say the leat. I will be sure to update again after we movein. But for now i will go and rest because my entire face is killing me!

WoW tattoos!
Posted 12 years agoSo guess which lucky wolf got two new tattoos? This one right here!! I have the forsaken crest on my right arm and the worgen crest on my left. Pictures are to come. The forsaken was done on my birthdayand took an hour whilst the worgen , being more intricate, took two hours and was done tonight. Now its 5am and I'm exhausted!

Posted 12 years agoYea, so I am stuck at the house here alone for four days and ugh, it decides that this evening is the perfect time for the first snowfall of the season. And now I am sitting here cuddled with my cats, watching the Tudors. My hips are killing me and I'm pretty sure I'm running out of juice some one come cuddle with me. Lol
