So I have a bad habit of when I get motivation for art, it comes ALL AT ONCE. Like... I either have 10 projects to work on at once, or I have nothing. It's one of the reasons why I post sort of in streaks. Well, I'm getting into one of thost points where I'm motivated as fuck to get stuff done. I have a couple pics in the works, a couple YCHs I wanna do, a couple pics to do for new OCs I'm making, and most importantly, a new story series I'm writing involving said characters.

I really hope this story will get off the ground. I have a bunch of characters developed for it, something like 12-14 chapters already outlined, and almost 3 chapters written. I wanna write a bunch of chapters before I start posting it because I wanna be able to release it in a steady stream, like every Saturday or something like that, so readers know when to expect it. I'll also be doing it in "Volumes" of 6-8 chapters each, so after each volume, I'll take a break and let myself get caught up.

I'm gunna release another journal soon detailing more about the story, but to tease it a little bit, it'll involve youngerish characters (18-20 at the start of the story), there will be some aspect of porn in every chapter (except for the first chapter which will be mostly character development and setting the stage for everything). The pornish stuff will be mostly yiff related, but I'll integrate some vore in there, maybe every 3-4 chapters or so.

So yeah, keep a lookout for that stuff. Like i said, I'll be posting much more about the story in the next week or 2, so keep your eye out for it ;3

This is something I've wondered for a while now. It seems like in general, people like bigger pics, even for the same sort of content. For example, 2 very similar pics I did got vastly different results.

http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15562629/ got 720 views, 56 faves and 7 comments.

Both pics are of size difference/micro-marco vore, the prey is in similar positions in both, both have a pokemon as pred and nonpokemon as prey, and both have an accompanying pic (the first pic has an alt version and the second pic has a previous part). I can sort of see a higher quality in the second pic compared to the first, but not enough to warrant 3x the attention.

One big difference between the 2 pics is the dimensions. The less popular pic is 600 x 725 pixels, while the more popular one is 1000 x 750 pixels. For a simple, 2-character pic, those tend to be the extremes as far as how big/small I make my pics. The reason for that is primarily, I can see about 625-650 pixels high on my computer >.>

So yeah, I was wondering if anyone else had any sort of preference, if bigger pics are better or whatever. Idk... What do you think?

The United States as a whole has taken about 600 Syrian refugees per year since 2011. That number is so small, it may as well be zero. The fact of the matter is that we've effectively *never* taken Syrian refugees.

People are not 'flooding' in; People are not even trickling in. People are barely coming in at all.

Even if literally every single one of them were an insane murderer, it would hardly even register on our current murder rate.

This year, we accepted over 15k refugees from Myanmar, over 10k from Iraq, over 8k from Somalia,7k from Congo, 5k from Bhutan, and even about 3k from Iran. These numbers all dwarf the number of refugees we've accepted from Syria, and none of them have been terrorists, either.

In 1979-1980, we accepted over 300k (combined) refugees from Vietnam and Cuba -- roughly 150 refugees for every one Syrian refugees we've ever taken, and none of them caused issue, either.

In short, this whole talk about Syrian refugees in the US is hysteria. For multiple reasons, there is nothing to worry about.

Never thought I'd ever hit 1000 watchers on here, but I'm only 15 away as of the posting of this journal. Since I started my full-time job (more like, once I was done with school and studying and crap) I've been able to draw and write a lot more. Been also getting more commissions, been doing more collabs and trades and such in the past year, and I've been debating whether or not to make an alt account for the art I've gotten of me. For the past 4 years or so, once my art started getting better, I decided I didn't want to repost art done of me cuz I wanted my stats to reflect my own art's credibility as much as I could. So, recently I made the decision that once I hit 1000 watchers, I will make said alt account and start posting the art I've gotten there (with permission from the respective artists of course).

Also, completely off topic, but this is too hilarious not to share. The Physical Therapy clinic I work at is a fairly small one. Up till this month, we had just 4 therapists: 2 full-timers (including myself) and 2 part-timers. We just hired a new full-time therapist this September. What's funny about it is that she's lesbian... which makes the majority of the therapists who work at my clinic not straight. There's the new hire, myself, and one of our part-time therapists is gay. So yeah... 2 straight PTs, and 3 who are somewhere on the gay spectrum. I also live in a fairly conservative area, with an odd combo of rich white folks, hardcore Christians and plenty of hicks. So... yeah. >.>

So here's the scenario. You are apart of a 15-person party at a restaurant. Your party/family has been trouble during your stay, returning a lot of the food, etc. Towards the end of the story, there's a substitute waiter (who is almost 10 feet tall and is a muscle gut wolf) who gets annoyed that you have been causing trouble, gets in an argument with you, and eats you. You might be drunk in the situation (assuming you are okay with that).

I held a contest for March Madness to see if anyone could make a better bracket than me (and my cats), and with the results of tonight's games, I ended up beating everybody. I even had both finals contestants correct (Duke and Wisconsin). The finals are on Monday, but it doesn't matter who wins it cuz I have enough points ahead of everyone else so... yeah. Huge props to everyone who participated, especially to , and for taking it right down to the wire. Any of those 3 could have beaten me right up till tonight's games in the Final 4. Even huger props to Lunar, one of my cats, who is currently sitting in 3rd in our pool out of the 10 participants, and will finish in 2nd if Wisconsin wins in the finals. Good boy, Lunar.
