Not many people really talk to me unless it's about art or rp. It can be difficult to keep a conversation going because most people are only interested in one thing.
And if they don't want to talk about that, then they don't want to talk about anything, really. Maybe it's just the sort of people I attract to myself, or maybe I'm just not interesting enough for people to want to open up to me and actually tell me about their lives and what they feel, even though I try to be as supportive and welcoming as possible.
I don't know... I just notice things... people not being interested in actual conversations or getting bored of me easily. I never get gift art like everyone else I know (whether they're artists themselves or not) even though I've drawn plenty of gifts for people, even if there was no reason for it.
Even offline... nobody really wanted to have a party with me for my 18th or 21st. I turned 22 in August and I got $100 from my father and I think two people said happy birthday.
I don't have a lot of friends, and I always liked to think it was because I prefer quality over quantity... which is true.

But maybe I've been a bad judge of quality.
Or maybe no decent people have any actual interest in me because I'm just not good enough.

I don't know. I've been going through a lot these past few years and I've been feeling really stressed and put down and negative lately. Maybe I'm overreacting and these feelings will pass... I hope so. But if there's any truth to it... maybe I have some thinking to do.
Or maybe I should just go... get off this website and away from fake people and just stay in the real world where I can physically look someone in the eye and know if they're going to just be a waste in my life or not.

Or maybe I'm just feeling pitiful and depressed and sorry for myself and I just want attention. That's probably part of it, but I guess it doesn't matter.
It's not like something anyone says is going to change anything.

Ok so work has me MEGA BUSY. 10 hour days don't lend me much drawing time, so...
There's only going to be one slot at a time from now on, and I'll have to ask for your patience (especially with more complex images) if you commission me.

Life has been really full and hectic lately. I'm finally making some steps forward in life; I'm not going to go into detail but some dramas have gone and been replaced with other dramas and things to keep me busy (it's a little less stressful at least! Just... a different sort of stress I suppose)

Anyway, I look forward to drawing your pics, one idea at a time _{ya pervs!}

I don't think it is, but dirty and smelly people are really unattractive, so is being clean a fetish if you're more attracted to cleaner people? I mean... I'm not really turned on by the idea of washing someone else (although, now that I think about it...hm...)

As some of you know, my life in Australia has been seriously limited by the fact that my Visa was taking forever to be processed... well, it's not over yet and it can still go either way- I could become a permanent resident or I could still get kicked from the country.

Today I received news that I'm now allowed to seek out work in the country- I can FINALLY get a job here!
Well, I've been here for a while and, even though I couldn't work, I DID meet a lot of people, so I went asking around today and I have a job starting Friday! Pretty excited about it, it'll be nice to have some caaassshhhh~ <3

I just wanted to say sorry to everyone, especially my commissioners and friends; lately my life has been... tricky.
I don't feel like going into details but I'm basically caught in a place where I don't know where my life is going and I'm not sure if family is something that I can allow to be a part of that future. So many things have gone wrong and it could get better or it could get much worse, and I don't know when that change will happen.

For now, all I can say is that I've been trying my best to get through all of this and improve my situation. Your commissions are being worked on and I'll try to post more when those commissions are done (some are private, some will be public... I don't intend to post any personal work or take any requests until my currently owed art is out of the way).

Valentine's Day is named after Saint Valentine, a man who apparently died for the sake of helping other people to get married after the church had forbidden them.

Ok now everyone knows this can be a very touchy subject. I want to start by saying that I don't have a problem with anyone in the LGBT community/any non-binary person. I have nothing against them and I don't want to cause any problems, but I just want to understand something.

A lot of people like to go by the opposite gender from what they're born as, or sometimes even switch back and forth between pronouns...
But most of these same people are also heavily against sexism and gender roles, and claim that gender shouldn't be based on how you act or what you look like...

So

What's the point of it then? If that's the case, then if you have a penis shouldn't you just call yourself male?
The argument is that being "male" doesn't mean one has to be "masculine" or like the things that men stereotypically like. They claim that gender shouldn't be connected to a person's behaviour, but by choosing to be called a female when one was born male, they're wiping that argument down and succumbing to the very thing they're standing against.

I agree that being male shouldn't mean that you like football and cars, or that being female means that you like flowers and kittens (but who doesn't like kittens, right?), so why make a fuss over it? If you have a penis, you're male, and if you have a vagina you're a female. Why can't it just be like that? Just a simple physical description with no expectations or stereotypes or judgments?
It's what so many people claim to want and yet they completely go against it...
