DESPERATE: trade EVERYTHING I own for a CAR??
Posted 14 years agoI need to trade everything for some kind of running vehicle. ANYTHING. From a truck or small little hatchback or blazer or something. I dont care, just needs to get me from point a to point b for a while.
Before you click away, yes I am desperate. I have everything from living room items, bedroom items, kitchen, BABY stuff, DOG stuff. I do animal training, grooming, sitting. WILL MUCK OUT STABLES!!! And I have a custom guitar set and everything you would need to play. I will post more about everything in time.
GUITAR
I have a Custom Ordered Fender Stratocaster, and matching crushed red velvet hard case.
a fret rest guitar stand.
5ft amp wire, portable fender amp with GREAT sound. Perfect for traveling or caring to school or whatever you need.
I have a digital headstock tuner, fits in your pocket so very portable. it works great and has a few different settings you can use and can adjust flat and pitch.. still works but battery going low so may need to press and hold power button to turn on rather than just press it and play.
I have a simply guitar intruction booklet, and another book shaped like the neck and head of a guitar that teaches chords and notes, perfect for learning on your own or refreshing old memories.
also have 2 instructional DVDs that help you see what to do to play. These helped when teaching my boyfriend to play.
last but not least I have 2 straps, one leather Fender one with light padded adjustable shoulder strap. and another printed (i wanna say cloth) strap.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
I have a brown leather recliner couch. It comes apart in 3 pieces. (there is only one thing wrong, the left armrest part needs to be stapled or glued back on, it came off when moving). I have a few minor items like small coffee pot, electric can opener. toaster, waffle iron.
VERY NICE iron and wood kitchen table and 4 chairs set. I LOVE this set and really hate to get rid of it... but I desperately need a vehicle to get to work and school in.
BABY STUFF
I have a changing table white stilll has the pad. BAGS and BAGS of baby clothes. Mostly boys but some girls and unisex. Some premies, tons of 0-3 months, 2-6 months, 9-12 and up. Everything is real nice and kept clean. No stains. Several name brands like Levi, Carters, Banana boat, a few aeropostal. Osh Kosh. I dont know what all brands they are, but thats some of the things I remember. Not going to lie, there is alot of walmart stuff but everything is really nice.
i have shoes and sandals from newborn to size 5. box full of toys, rattlers. and another box full of bottles and sippy cups.
I have a walker with removable tray, baby bath tub hard plastic, a blow up duck tub. 2 infant carseats and bases.
DOG STUFF
I have lots of collars, male and female all sizes from toy/cat size up to XXL. Camo Leashes, and Horses leads used for large dogs. Reflective items, and backpacks and saddle bags for hiking. Dog clothes too! Mostly girls, from medium to XXL. Dresses, tutus, shirts, daddys girl tops, mama's angel tops, etc.
SERVICES
I have experience with photography, training green horses, assisting training pet OWNERS to better train and handle their animals lol.
I petsit at your home or mine even overnight. I have experience with all sorts of animals, reptiles from monitors snakes and lizards. Avians small and extra large.
fresh and saltwater fish. dogs cats scorpions, cows goats horses mini and standard. and rodents, from opossums rabbits mice, etc. And can bath groom and cut just about any cut you like. Even a schnauzer skirt or pant cut!! (Sorry, I dont know how to do standard poodles o.O) However, if you have had your dog cut before and its not completely grown out to where I cant see the lines, I could go over it. I also have my own tools.

Posted 15 years agoSo like...yeah. Its a 3 bedroom my girlfriend Karita (Kara). and I can keeps BOTH my dogs and she has a pit too named judice. i will post pics later. he is adorable white with brown spots and one brown eye and one ice blue eye.... total sweetie though!!!

I CAN HAZ TEH BABEH?!?
Posted 15 years agoI had baby Jamison on July 2nd at 1:42am. He was 7pounds and 11 ounces. I was 221 when I gave birth. I am now at 193. 2 pounds under my prepregnancy weight. Can you believe it? Im not even trying to lose weight. But I feel great. Im happy. and my son is healthy and beautiful!!!
Still dont have much net access though but Ill update and upload pics when I can. ^_^

Baby Shower this month!!!
Posted 15 years agoso yeah. i get to have a baby shower this month on the 23rd. yes its a boy. and his name is Jamison. unfortunately the father is out of the picture...for multiple reasons im not quite ready to discuss.
oh. i also have 9 weeks before my due date. and ooomg im so nervous yet excited. and to be honest im actually sick of being prego. mainly because i have nothing for comfort and its hard to sleep now a days...also...im sick of my nipples leaking >.>
on the brighter note. i thank the two people this past month for commissions. seeing as im working towards a laptop. i found an old tablet pc for 45. its a way older modle but the cheapest and best thing i could find.
the main thing i need for it is a usb internet card thing. as i have a usb cardbus i think what it said. its an adapter thing. i just need to get internet and ill start doing even more commissions. but please do please let me do your commissions! or even a small donation! just message me and ill send you info on the trade.
send a donation no matter how small ill make a keychain of one of your characters.
otherwise im doing badges and stuff. so far couple bages seem to be a favourite. (dont have to be mates. even best friends. they just match up)
also portraits. and just about anything else.
ill do up to 15 quick sketch commissions for $5.00
and my quick sketches are decently detailed. anyways. please im begging. lol. i miss the online community. i miss my friends. i miss doing everyones characters.
oh. and whoever sends me the last bit amount needed will get a piece done on my tablet.

FIRST Ultrasound: Baby Infos!!!!
Posted 16 years agoAlright so, so far, the baby is 15.2cm. And doesnt like to spread its legs X.X Couldnt find out the sex of it today, but I have another appointment soon. The first ultrasound picture is sooo good.
The baby looks alot like the father in the face and is very long haha. Which he is really tall haha.
OH! and Im only 15 and a half weeks pregnant. I am sooo excited!
And I think it reeeally hit home when Garth saw what his baby looked like. His face literally was glowing!
Anyways, wish me luck everyone! Hopefully we will know the sex soon!

Posted 16 years agoSo I was over at Garth's stepmon/godmom person, Rachele's house and I started to look around and really take in some things. For one, this family actually gets along. Yeah ever family has their issues but over there every one was relaxed and actually took time to work things out. And thats nice. There was no fussing. No yelling. Soft argument from the 13 year old but otherwise that was it. Its the kind of family I hope to have.
In the living room they had 2 different TV's. There was one large one, and a smaller one. I asked of the reason why and found that its so people can watch TV, and play games at the same time in one room as a family. Two of the kids were even reading there. And I love that. I suppose its the sence of security or what not, but it felt....like it should have been home. The family didnt have a whole lot of money, and you could tell that. But you could also tell they were close. Real close. Closer than my family even, and I thought that was pretty damn close.
Ive also been thinking, today is Christmas Eve...Then tomorrow comes Christmas Day. A part of me feels empty in the inside. Garth and I pretty much have no one to spend this special day with. Okay, over there at Rachele's house, Aunt Carrie...and maybe Garth's grandmother if we can get over there. But thats it. It feels like I have no family now.
I remember when I was alot younger I thought my family was HUGE! I mean I thought it was the biggest in the world almost. But now that I am alot older...theres almost no one. Give or take there has been a death or two...but thats typical and Im not counting that. I thought it was something else cause I had 3 families. My mom's, dad's, and Jim's.
Now, there is mom and Jim, mammaw and Ronnie (Erin, pop, nana), Aunt Renee and Nancy, Granny, and Cousins Carrie & Kevin (Blake, Aiden) on my mom's side.
On Jim's there is Becky and Mitchel. Linda and Lindsay (their babies). Andrew and Heidi (and my neice and neffew, but they are hardly around). and Granny Toby.... and other than Granny, the rest are sort of to me, not completely family. Only time I ever see them is at Thanksgiving. Sometimes Christmas, maybe once or twice every now and then. But thats it, Im not really close to them.
On my dad's (Troy) side, there is Aunt Trina and Stanley (Tabitha, Lou Lou, and the rest of Tadpole's kids). Jason (messes around with random women, and uses Granny) Granny Leota, who I like to feel I am closest to, and is so old the family problems confuse and are just too much for her, she no longer understands everything. My dad's sister Trina (who I NEVER see, other than at Grandpa's Funeral-she hates my mom, and therefore me too I guess...) Then Aunt Wanda who helps Granny,there is Shane...dont really want to get into that right now. There is Kenny, Dustin & Dakota (my cousins I grew up with) But they have gotten alot older since Ive last been around them, its probably uncool to hang out with a girl to them. We used to be close, but things changed when they stopped coming around so often, now its like I dont even know them anymore. The same goes for all the rest of my family.
My dad's side seems to be the largest...yet they are the ones I feel the furthest from.
I dont know if its because I am older, and starting to actually see things. When before I didnt understand or really know what was going on. Or it could be my body/hormones putting me into some kinda of mild depression. Or god knows what. Its...I dont know.

I guess my dad has pretty much said to hell with me since I am 18 now...I havent heard from him or anything. I call and no one answers. Ive actually been in the area and drove by, saw no one there. The van wasnt there or anything. Garage door shut (which is rare). Its been almost a year now since Ive actually felt wanted over there, since my last visit. My last time of him getting me.
I understand I am 18, planning on getting married, and starting a family of my own...But I still need daddy's hugs too you know? It's not fair....
My grandmother Leota thinks somehow I have lied to her about god knows what.
My mom hates me because Im pregnant and refuse to kill my baby like she wants me to. She can get over it. I just cant believe she honestly thinks I am going to give her my child, when she wants me to kill it. Thats bullshit! Thats like saying, oh, Ill take care of your pet, even though I said I was taking it to the pound. Its not right. At this point she could consider herself lucky to get a ultrasound or picture of it after its born. Just to see what she wanted killed, murdered, gone. To see what she missed out on.
My mammaw...lets just say Im not sure where she stands. But I am a bit intimidated considering I am pregnant. Another reason, because I am marrying Garth right before he goes into the Army.

There are a few things on how I came up with mine, But Ill save the details for later. lol

Its a slight twist because most (normal) meme's involve you drawing your own character. So, here is something a little different.

Fur Tails Commissions for FWA '09!!! CHEAP!

If I have enough people that are going to do this, say, 15 people or more, then I will choose my favourite design made, and it will be FREE!!!!!
If I get around 50 tails made, There will be 3 tails to be chosen to be for free, rather than 1.
As well as a random drawing for someone to win a free art commission from me. (full body pinup, headshot, or Waist up image) of their character!!!

Alright so I have been messing around and have gotten better at making fur tails as I have been making them for my characters and one or two for my friends.
Anyways, I have decided on making them for FWA. I am able to do a variety of patterns and such (as long as its not TOO intricate). And can make feline, canine, and I will see if I can get the matterials needed for bovine and equine.
Im sure I will be able to do most of almost any species. Just email me if I have not listed it. darknessfalls_again[at]yahoo.com
So my plan is, if you are within relative shipping area, in states surrounding TN (unless further updated) I can ship it to you before FWA.
Otherwise, I will bring them all with me to FWA, and you may pick them up there. Once it becomes closer to date, we could set up a place on where to meet to grab them.
They do not take me long to make, and each are unique, and hand sewn with a thin, yet durable, fishing line like thread. I find this tends to make them last longer and as I use two threads through a single needle, it works out nicely. It allows them to go through a bit more wear and tear than normal, average thread.
I am also able to place a thin wire within the tail its self to allow its self to be bent and formed in almost any shape.
Also, I like to think I am doing them pretty cheap seeing the price is made up from the price of materials used, Shipping with $10-$25 profit for time spent (work of design) , or if picked up at FWA it will be materials used, plus $10-$20 profit for time spent (work of design).
For Example: A simple solid white canine tail, It would be $35 if picked up at FWA.
Certain Patterns may be limited depending on personal, and store stock.
However, if You find the fabric that is wanted, and willing to pay a little extra for shipping cost of fabric to my house, that is fine.

It is $9.50 for shipping, plus $19.99 a yard. I generally use about a yard or yard and a half. (Or however long you want it)

Posted 17 years agoSo like...right after I ordered my external tablet, my laptop died.
I am sorry to say I will not be able to get on for a while. However I will check my Inbox As soon as I can, when I can.
FA is banned at the library and so is other communication sites. So thats out, but I have a friend or two that may let me use their computers every now and then.
Bare with me! I hope to get a better computer soon.
The good news is, its just the laptop's mother board that fried. The RAM and Hard drive, USB ports and connecters, and everything else inside still works, so I will be able to use them as extra parts or possibly to "upgrade" my computer once I have enough money for it. (I am about $260 short after my next 2 graphic arts jobs)

The RAM and Hard drive, USB ports and connecters, and everything else inside still works, so I will be able to use them as extra parts or possibly to "upgrade" my computer once I have enough money for it. Dog Training Tips:
Posted 17 years agoOkay, SO I often get asked about my training methods for when I train dogs. First off, it depends on the dog itself on how to train them.
Most of the time I am asked of aggression. So, To start off, learn a little bit on why the dog is becoming aggressive, and then act on that.
Aggression is a learned behavior. That's hard to comprehend sometimes, and we may want to try to justify and explain away the aggression by saying, “Well, what do you expect from a (insert name of breed here)?” That only gets rid of any guilt or denial you may feel; it doesn't help you get out of the problem that punishment caused.
The breed of dog has nothing to do with aggression.
Some of the more obvious signs of aggression are the following:
* Growling
* Biting
* Snarling
* Snapping
* Attacking
When I come across a dog who growls at me, I get down and kiss her feet (well, not literally) and thank her for warning me. Punish the dog for giving off a warning and guess what? You won't get warnings anymore—you'll just get a bite.
There are many, many causes of aggression, and most of them, if not all, can be corrected. For example, some people who own aggressive dogs may deliberately encourage the dog because they enjoy the feeling of power or of feeling protected.
Here is the short list of causes:
1. Territoriality
2. Putting animals in a position to feel vulnerable to attack by other dogs (such as forcing their heads away by the use of head halters)
3. Influx of new members to the household (canine or human)
4. Resource guarding—can be food, objects, or humans
5. Hormonal—normal seasonal fluctuations, such as breeding, arousal level, or cycling females
6. Physical stress—injury, illness, drugs, reactions to collars or corrections
7. Responses to punishment
8. Scheduled induced aggression—incorrect use of a reinforcement schedule
9. Our responses to aggression—accidental reinforcement
10. Observational learning—allowing dogs to chase or attack other animals
The first step in controlling and preventing aggression is to understand the situations that frequently trigger the aggressive responses in your dog. Once you're aware, don't give your dog the opportunity to practice that behavior by repeatedly putting him in that situation.
Although punishment (from humans) may initially suppress aggressive behaviors, dogs learn to mask the early observable (to humans) aggressive signals in order to avoid punishment. Punishment can actually lead to and cause a variety of negative manifestations, including aggression.
Remember when I said aggression is a learned behavior? Aggression, from the dog's point of view, keeps the animal safe from danger. If a scary thing appears out of nowhere and startles the dog, the dog aggresses, and the scary thing either goes away or the owner takes the dog away. The aggressive behavior worked and will be repeated the next time the dog is afraid.
Once again, it always depends on the dog themselves on how to train them.
Other Stuff:
Here is an example Ive had:
Buddy lived in a household with three other dogs. When a fifth dog was brought in, Buddy did an about-face in behavior. Even though he used to be very gentle and nice to strange dogs—he became fearful and would growl and snap at other dogs.
What happened? It turns out that the fifth dog was very punishing to Buddy, and Buddy was showing redirected aggression to other dogs. Once the fifth dog was managed better and the punishing stopped, Buddy went back to being his normal, sweet self.
And was the fifth dog punished? No way! He was heavily reinforced for presenting friendly behavior, and soon stopped bullying Buddy on his own!
Scheduled induced aggression is aggressive behavior that occurs when the results you get don't match your expectations. You know that if you put money in a soda machine, your purchase comes out. If you put money in and nothing comes out, what do you do? You may kick the machine, pound on it, rock it, or grab a sledgehammer and smash it. Why? Because we've learned that putting money into the machine always yields us a soda. When it doesn't, we get angry.
Neutering male dogs doesn't get rid of aggression, because aggression is a learned behavior. There's no “aggressive gene” in testicles. This doesn't mean that I don't agree with neutering—I wholeheartedly do, but not as the “cure” for aggression.
