Special Discounts on Comms for Designs I've Made!
Posted 3 years agoSince I'm starting to make my own YCH's instead of using premade bases, and have been making more adopts, I've been thinking about offering special discounts on comms for people who commission me to draw designs I've made!
So! From here on out, you'll get a 15% discount on all YCH's I make! This only applies to YCH's I've made (not bases I've bought from other people), and for characters I've made! This does not count for characters I have made ref sheets for in the past (unless they were a custom design made from descriptions only).
If you'd like to see a certain type of YCH from me in the future, I'd love to hear your ideas! For now, I think I'll make a handful more female pin up YCH's <3

Adopt T.O.S.

- I can refuse to sell you the adopt for any reason. I don't have to tell you that reason.
- I can blacklist you from ever owning a design I create.
- I can use the adopt as an example for design/custom commissions. I will credit the owner of the character of course.
Your rights as the buyer:
- You can change the design as much as you like, as long as you credit me for the initial design.
- You can trade, gift, or resell the character freely. If you do give away, sell or trade a design I made, please let me know who the new owner is!
You cannot:
- Claim that you are the creator of the design as your own. If you make edits, you can of course receive credit for that.
- You cannot sell the character for more than you bought them for. Unless you have commissioned or drawn additional art for them. Personal art counts towards their value, but please use common sense. A quick sketch shouldn't add +$50 to their worth.
- Flip a design for profit. Meaning you can't buy one of my adopts for the purpose of raising their worth to resell at a higher price.
- Use the character for commercial purposes. This includes makings stickers, plushies, dakimakura's, etc. of the design in order to make a profit off of the character themselves.
- Commission or draw the character being homophobic, transphobic, racist, a pedophile, etc.
- Commission or draw NSFW feral art of the character. If you give a feral character an anthro or humanoid form, NSFW artwork of those forms are allowed. I only don't allow NSFW of feral designs I create.
- Turn the character into an NFT.
Payment info:
- I will not sell to empty or new accounts. Your account must be at least 3 months old!
- Payment via paypal invoice only.
- No e-checks.
- I will not do holds.
- Absolutely no refunds once the money has been sent! The only exception is if you break my TOS and I am taking the design back.
- You have 48 hours to pay the invoice or it will be cancelled and the adopt will be put back up for sale.
- If I find that you are using a design I created in a way that breaks my TOS, you will be refunded the amount of money you paid for the adopt (not the amount they're worth if they have more artwork), and they will be put back up for sale. Continued use of said design will result in legal action.
- If you back out of a sale or hide your bid in an auction without telling me, you will be blacklisted and blocked. If you have a legitimate reason, please tell me! I understand that things happen.
- If you've read everything, include the word "juice" somewhere in your comment or note so I know that you've read my TOS! <3 If this is not done, I will most likely not sell you the character.
Other info:
- You have at minimum 24 hours to respond to my note before I put the character back up for sale. I will always give a full 24 hours. Sometimes, I may wait longer.
- You will receive two versions of the ref(s). One with a faint watermark over it, and one without. If you repost the ref, I suggest posting the one with the watermark to help prevent theft.
- You will only be receiving digital goods unless otherwise stated. Nothing physical will be shipped.
- Should you ever want minor changes to the design, like adding accessories, changing eye color, minor edits to markings etc., let me know! I'll do them for free!
- Asking for tattoos, accessories, and/or items that are related to hate groups to be added to a design will cause you to be blocked and blacklisted.
- If you commission me to draw the character you've bought from me, you'll receive 15% off!
- If you ever get art of the character you bought from me, I'd love to see it! (Although if it's an extreme fetish like scat, watersports, vore, etc., I'd rather not see it ;;)
- If you beg or try to guilt trip me into giving/making you a character for free, you will be blacklisted and blocked.

- I have the right to cancel a commission at any time. If this happens, a refund will be provided.
- I have the right to post the finished commission to my page. If you want the commission to stay private, a fee of $5 will be charged.
Your rights as the Commissioner:
- You have the right to repost the finished piece as long as correct credit is given.
- You have the right to crop/edit the art to make it your icon, as long as you credit me somewhere in your bio.
- You do not have permission to sell the finished piece as stickers, prints, etc., unless it has been discussed beforehand.
Payments and refunds:
- I only use paypal invoices for payment.
- All prices are in USD.
- All payments must be made before I start working on the art.
- Full refunds can be made if I haven't started on the art.
- Refunds of up to 50%, depending on how far into the piece I am, can be made if I've already started the art.
- No refunds after I've completed the art. No exceptions.
- No e-checks!
- No payments via crypto.
- You have 24 hours to pay. If you take longer, I'll cancel the invoice and your commission. Exceptions can be made if communicated.
Turnaround Time:
- Depending on the time, the type of commission, and where you are in my queue, I could have the piece done within a couple of hours to around two weeks.
- If I'm going to take longer, I'll let you know.
- I typically don't work weekends or holidays. I say typically because occasionally I'll get bored and have no personal projects I want to do, so I'll do commission work instead.
- If you've read everything, include the word "juice" somewhere in your comment or dm so that I know you've read my TOS! If this is not done, I might not accept your commission request.
NSFW Art: (this is only relevant if you’re commissioning adult rated art from me.)
- You MUST be 18+ to buy a NSFW or mature YCH from me.
- If I suspect that you're not 18+ I may ask to see proof of age. (Any form of ID such as a drivers license or birth certificate will do. Everything but your DOB must be blacked out. I only need to see the date you were born! In the same image, you must also include a piece of paper with your username and the date written. Please write legibly! Text cannot be added digitally.)
- If I find out that you are underaged you'll be blocked and reported.
- I do not work with nsfw feral reference sheets. If you send one when commissioning me, I will most likely decline your commission.
Other things that will get you blocked and blacklisted:
- Hassling me for free art
- Creepy comments
- Requesting a refund through paypal without discussing it with me first
- Backing out of a sale (If you have a legitimate reason please tell me! I understand that things happen!)
- Hiding bids on auctions (Please tell me before you back out of an auction!)
- Using slurs to describe your characters. (Ex. If you ask for a commission, but proceed to describe your intersex character as a f*ta, I will most likely automatically decline your commission. I don't tolerate the sexualization of intersex and trans characters.)
- Giving me nsfw feral references to use when drawing your character
- Asking for nsfw feral artwork or nsfw edits to feral artwork

- All art pieces are digital. No physical items will be shipped unless otherwise stated
- You will receive a version of the artwork with and without a large watermark across it. I highly recommend posting the watermarked version to help prevent theft. I will always post the watermarked version.
