Back from Furpoc!
Posted 11 years agoIt's a little sad to see Furpoc end, but I'm glad to be home and so is my wallet; poor thing took a beating this weekend. Though in the end it's worth it to commission some arts of Luna that I've been wanting to get. I'll be posting them once they come with the exception of my new badges which I hope to upload tomorrow (emphasis on hope).
I'm glad to make some new friends and I would like to thank
mykul and 
reimaru-kun for showing me around and dealing with me. I promise next time I won't be so much of a third wheel.
All in all it was a lot of fun, and I'm really glad that Furpoc was my first furcon to go too and I can't wait for next year. I so want more puzzles pieces in Streetpass.

Well with me going to my first "fur" con (Anime Boston Vet here) I feel I should do one of these silly memes, and it's not because need to kill time since I'm packed and waiting on my ride to the train station before I meet with my room mates for the next few days...

If I read Mykul's post correctly I believe it's the Quality inn. Which seems nice.
What day are you getting there?
Thursday we'll be leaving from Boston, what time we get there though is a terrific question. And it's good to live in a country where we're free to ask questions like that.
Who will you be rooming with?
With my good friend and club mate reimaru-kun and his boyfriend Mykul Then there's tolkien 
kauru_Kagomura (he's going to smack me for that I bet) finally two other furs I've never meet.
Who will you hang out with during the convention?
Well other then my roomies, I do have plans to catch up with some friends from SL, and make enemies and friends on the Warmahordes tables.
What is the best way to find you?
Most likely the hot tub and Warmahordes tables. Just look for the guy with white wolf models and a blue tail.

Heading down to the furry apocalypse!

Just making a quick journal post to let you all know that I'll be going to a convention this October/November, on the 31st I'll be down in Connecticut attending Furpocalypse with reimaru-kun along with his boyfriend and some guy I have no clue who he is (Sorry some guy if you read this in the future ^^;). I'll be looking forward to a good time, maybe play a few games or two and remind myself why I should never bring money to artist ally. If you like to read more about Furpocalypse you can look through their main page Here. Other then that I hope to meet some other cool furs there too, as for how you can find me... I'll um... get back to you when I figure that much out... hopefully...
In other news I recently picked up Smash for the 3DS (god no matter how many times I hear that title It'll never sit right with me) and have been enjoying the hell out of it. It's sad to see my main mon Pikachu isn't as powerful as he use too, but that may be a good thin since I'm really enjoying Lucario, over hyped zard, Along with the new pokemon on the smash battlefield. It's a little depressing that Wolf, Squirtle, Ivysaur and Lucas didn't make it back and Mewtwo is still missing from the line up, and seeing Dr. Mario return is quite perplexing, but I'm enjoying the new roster. I don't normally play online, but if you want to get in a few rounds I'll be happy to obliged, just send me a friend request through notes and we can exchange codes and set up matches then. (U.S and Canadian furs only please, I have fairly decent net, but anything over seas will be laggy >_<;) Though if anything maybe we can duke it out in the lines of Furpocalypse.

Two spare Super Smash Bros Demo codes.
Posted 11 years agoHey everyone, just a quick journal to let you all know I have two spare codes for the Demo of the next smash bros game. I'm basically giving these two codes away, but it's first come first severed, and all you need to do is send me a note before they're gone or the 19th.
As for a short little review of the demo, I've been enjoying the game so far. Luckily my main Pikachu is playable along with Link, Mario, Villager, and Megaman. The controls feel alright, but after years of playing the game on a gamecube controller it does feel wired, I just hope we can edit the buttons in the full version. As for the characters themselves. Mario feels a little stronger this go around, but it's more of the same with his Brawl incarnation. Link has some new attacks his new up air and dash attack feel very nice. Pikachu feels just as strong as his brawl incarnation. Now for the new comers; Villager is a lot of fun, his standard B is insanely good in that you can have the one of the newer melee items then store it to pick up a pokeball then pull out your melee item again. As for Megaman he just feels a little odd since he's just about all range, so he's going to have a pretty steep learning curve. With that I'm going to kill another hour playing it before crashing for the night.

A new leaf
Posted 11 years agoSo I recently downloaded Animal Crossing: New leaf a few days back and I honestly can't stop playing it. So far I'm hooked filling out the museum with loads of fish and sea creatures that I'm a little scared on how much I've filled it in the span of a few days. So far the game has served as a nice little distraction from the constant battles and breeding in Pokemon and I've been loving it as a nice little game to play while commuting. Once I unlock the dream suite I'll be sure to post the town ID so others can check out the town of Luna.

Posted 11 years agoJust want to wish you all a good independence day before it gets any later (I know I have really bad timing). Wish you all had a great time with family and friends.
Sadly mother nature decided to drop a storm on us today, but luckily enough I managed to bbq some staples earlier today before the rain so my family can enjoy some burger and dogs for lunch, and some roasted corn and steak for dinner. Then got a chance to go on a few crime sprees with a few friends on payday. By the way reimaru-kun next time we do a bank heist, don't forget the saw. XD

Getting some Pay Day durring Anthrocon

So recently I picked up Payday 2, and even though the game has given me hours of frustration I can't help to turn away from it and keep coming back for more pain. Don't know why, so I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment... So if anyone cares to play with me or help me out feel free to send me friend request on steam. Posted 11 years agoWell it's that time of year again where all the pranksters come out, so only believe half of what you see and none of what you hear. Though what do I know, I'm a compulsive liar who loves to misdirect others for their own amusement.

Posted 11 years agoHello everyone, now I'm not going to lie I'm horrible at making journal entries so don't expect them to more then a monthly thing I do when I feel up to writing one up.
All I wanted to get out is that I fleshed out my profile a bit with no real plans to do anything else to it till I figure out to pretty it up with clashing colors and silly icons. I Also added a link to my F-list account just in case anyone wishes to RP with my character but aren't on second life to do so.
After talking to my friend
demoneyess about a commission, I've been thinking of getting myself a proper reference sheet for Luna since I really don't want to go through the hassle of taking photos in Second Life pictures while worrying about the lighting and background (seriously that was such a headache). Right now I'm just browsing a few artists, checking prices and seeing what they're okay and not okay to draw. After that hopefully commissions will be more enjoyable.
Now that leaves me to the last thing, now that I have this account up and running I want to know, what do you all want to see from me? Second life photos? Some of my writings? My horrible attempts to draw? I'm curious and want to know so feel free to comment down bellow or message me in PM. I'll be looking forward to read your thoughts.
