Gosh so much has changed I don’t know where to even begin.
I’ve coupled with the loves of my life, I’m improving and moving forward.
…finding myself more busy than I know how to deal with most of the time akfnakndakd
But, I’m happy. More often than not, even with the world on fire around me.
Can’t promise much here anymore ^.^ but I’ll try to keep some of the pasture green

It FEELS like the year between 25-26 has been *massive*. Like ridiculous. So much has changed, both lifestyle for me and socially, and well, genuinely growth wise!!!
I feel like I'm doing so much better than I used to, and I still have a long journey ahead of me (endless!) but I look forward to it with a large amount of happiness behind me <3
I have too many to thank for helping me get here. And there's a few I'm saddened that I don't get to see anymore. Too many names and too little time and space.
I'm happy to know my friends and I'm happy to have a space to be myself and grow. Thank you all, and I'm going to have a happy hatchday <3

An Update on Thingssss

It's been more than a month since I've uploaded anything with a short story or even a newly finished writing thing in general, and I wanted to talk about it briefly. The short of it is that my general hobbies have greatly changed, and in particular writing is too much concentrated effort for me to pour into while trying to balance everything new I now have on my plate. I've become a very largely social butterfly within my own spaces that I feel comfortable and safe in, and outside of that my main hobby has been onnnn Cooking!! I got a ton of cookbooks and I've been learning and growing with the goal of making food for friends and loved ones ^/w/^ I have a lot of personal deadlines I want to meet there, and that's taken massssive priority when I'm not hanging with friends in vrchat or elsewhere.
This has led to an even more masssssive backlog of art to upload, a lot of which at the current rate of writing I'm at, may never be uploaded. Soooooooo I've decided I'm just going to upload them one after the other, with a big [Coming soon!] writing section and I'll update them as I feel like it. It breaks the personal goal I had in mind of curating my FA to be more of an experience gallery, but, I'd rather show and support the artists I've commissioned from rather than sort of privately hoarding it. I'll still try to do some writings here and there, updating and/or uploading some with short things, but it'll be extremely infrequent.
Plus I've got a lot to balance :3 Been going through a lot of transitioning, and I'll be going to three cons this year: PAX East, FWA, and Megaplex. Hopefully I'll see some of you all there, but for the meantime, I hope you enjoy the art I've commissioned and present ^w^ I'll also try to bring over the rest of my ao3 writings I've yet to upload here. I especiallyyyyy need to at least finish a writing I promised a friend for their birthday >.=.<

I was really not prepared for this x-x not usually one to be paying attention to the numbers but 500 watchers feels like a whole lot ^//w//^
I do really need to upload a lot of my backlog still! There's a lot of things I'd like to do, and making short stories/drabbles/descriptions for all the work I've commissioned is certainly still the big one ^.^ Sorry that it's taking so long for those super looking forward to it! It's just really intimidating sometimes, the number has grown bigger than I usually would like to mention but it's um, over 120 works to go >.> I'll get to them all,, slowlyyyy. I've certainly considered just uploading them and making the stories for them later, but it feels not 'personal' enough for me. My approach to working with art I get is that I'd like it to mean something more than just my own personal horny wants/needs, whether that be for the mutual enjoyment of others, or to commemorate something between me and friends, or as something more significant. Which is why I expend the effort I do! I do feel guilty though, in the sense that I have a lot of non-uploaded art from incredible artists that deserve significantly more support and spotlight. Probably just an anxiety though ^//^
Other things... I do enjoy FA as a place for me to be more ~private~ on social media and not overwhelm myself so I wouldn't say I'll be involving myself a whole lot more than how I am now. But I would like to hear feedback/things you'd like to see!! Mostly out of curiosity's sake but I'm also kind of getting used to communicating with a 'follower base' of sorts >w<
Another big thing I need to do is rework my main page. It's not that I'd like it to be more descriptive persay, but gosh I need to put in the work to personalize it and make it more of a space that feels affirming for me. Also needs additional disclaimers ">~<
As for the bigger stories I get to finishing once in a long while, I am working on a few but the progress has been slow. Especially since the writing time I set aside is the exact same time I spend writing for uploads or doing other personal work. I'm pretttty busy. Also curious to hear what you'd all like to see there though.
Finally, in terms of where you'd like to contact or see me elsewhere (an intimidatingly large request in notes), I'll say I'll make a cohost. Eventually. I do like blogging and putting my thoughts and feelings to the void the way I used to on tumblr, and twitter before I grew to dislike the site too much xD, but right now it's not a priority. I don't plan on jumping to any other social media site for anything other than business, as I'd still like to keep things really contained. I'd also like to humbly request that if you're curious about approaching me privately on Discord, please understand that my time I'm privileged enough to spend with others is very much filled up in a practical sense. I don't mean to be intimidating and I do respond to friend requests and the like but pursuing more relationships is something I'm no longer able to handle.
Thank you for all the watches though. I'm glad you all seem to like the stuff I write and comm, and I hope to bring more joy, fun, and pleasure in the future.

I haven't been uploading a lot even yet ;; I need to though, this month I'm just completeeeely taxed with a work exam on the 28th, and then I've got MFF from 30th-Dec 5. But I really really want to show off more of what I've got.
I'm also thinking of putting up a commission tracker?? I'm an extreme art whore, but I don't know if like, that's extremely egotistical to just put up on my profile all of the comms currently in-progress or not, I'd like to know what followers think. It'd also double as just me keeping track and requiring to update and look at this site more often (a plus!), and with icons I hope to get eyes on giving the artists I get from more support. Should be following all of them instead of me! Also just need to make my profile ~prettier~ in general, it's a little simple and barren at the moment out of necessity.
But I'm glad that you all love what I get haha, and I'll have more to present of myself in the near future. Promise~

Been looking forward to this for a longgggggg time, and glad to finally go with a group I'll feel safe with <3 Very excited. I still have a ton of art to move~ it’s taking a while simply because I love making little nibbles of stories for each one. I want to make journals at some point semi-frequently too and generally want to interact with FA a lot more often!
Need to get back into the swing of writing too! And upload my writing that’s done here :3 Additionally I’m working on a long term lore for all my characters so I can get more stuff in that kind of ~world~. Some lewd, some not. We’ll see!
Most of all glad to have a bit of an affirmative space, getting to be outwardly me is lovely and I want to keep doing it. Ty 💜
