After another week of spending every other day at the gym I have made some significant improvements. I have managed to increase the free weights i'm using to 20 pounds for the dumbells and to 20 lbs on each side for the barbells. The weight machines have moved from being 35 pounds to 60, and I have managed to sustain a speed of 3.2 mph for 30 minutes. ^^ I've dropped my weight down to 290 pounds, at this current rate I may be at or even below 200 by years end, from there I have to make it to my true goal of around 150.

It's been a while since I posted anything here. I figure a good idea to try and help me keep track of my current progress for getting back in shape is to keep a log. For those who aren't aware I sadly am not in as good of shape as I was when I last posted RL pics of me some 8 years ago. I went from being 175 to a whopping 298. As of Last Tuesday I have finally set in on going to the gym every other day, forgetting about going the same day every week and just getting into a proper rythym. So far I have made some progress and gotten down to 294.

Workout-
Walking: 30 Minutes
Free Weights-
Barbell Squats: 15 lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps
Single Arm Rows: 15 lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps
Fly Press: 15 lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps
Bench Press: 15 lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps
Machines-
Lateral Pull Down: 45 lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps
Rowing: 45 lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps
Abdominal: 45 lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps
Abduction: 45 lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps
Aduction: 45 lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps

That is the current state of my workout, having managed to increase the free weights by 5 lbs from last week and the machines by 15 lbs. I'm hoping to by the end of the year be back around 200 and sometime next year be back to the 175 I used to be, albeit hopefully more muscled and reflecting of my Fursona.

Well just saw the sky darken, the Temperature drop. Was lucky enough to witness the totality of the solar eclipse. Was even able to see the pure totality without glasses and damn it was the most impressive thing I have ever seen in my entire life.

I am tempted to try live streaming some. And I am curious if anyone would be interested in watching me?

Well as of last Wednesday I am officially out of the job again, wasn't able to meet the goals set for me, so they had to let me go. Well this didn't catch me nearly off guard as my previous job loss, the job was fun but it was barely enough to pay the bills, so I had already started getting places in mind to try and apply at. I'll be starting my job search again on Monday, already have a few apps in and applied for unemployment. Wish me luck!

Its been quite sometime since I posted something of a journal on here. So here is an update for any fuzzbutt who wants it. Since my last journal....2 years ago...damn, has been a while hasn't it? I have lost the job I had at a call center, got a job in a factory, lost that, and now working back on phones doing collections. Right now I guess the main thing going on is I have been trying to loose weight, to get my body slimmed back down to what it was 5 years ago. I am open to all suggestions regarding this and would love advice especially since the diet is the part i have trouble with the most, its not that I don't know what I need to eat, its that I can never find a way to cook the stuff i need to eat in full meal portions. For those of you who don't know I am a HUGE carnivore (shocker I know). Well that's all this wolf can think of atm, will try and do some more regular journals on here again.

Well the 27th came by and I am now officially out of the job. No luck with the police academy, wouldnt be able to pay for it at the moment, and just finished applying for unemployment while I look for new work. Hopefully something will come along and I'll be able to get back into saving up some money, but as a result of this free time I plan to do alot more exercising, get my weight back down to what it was 3 years ago, and also to do some work on some art and hopefully start uploading on a more regular basis.

Well, I found out about on July 10th that the call center where I am working will be shutting down on September 10th. I've been looking around and recently the university in my town has posted that it will be doing Police Academy training, I attempted to get on the towns force a year ago but failed the last part of the physical test, so I have decided that I will enroll in the program to get full training so that I can get a better job than what I have now by going into the local force as an officer. Will update more as more info comes up.

I'm not sure how many of you are following NASA's latest exploits, but the new NASA rover Curiosity landed on Mars just moments ago. Was watching the feed live on the Xbox. It was pretty tense seeing the new landing method for the SUV sized rover go off perfectly, and we even managed to see a few photos from the red planet after touchdown. ^^

To give an idea of just how much I like space exploration, me and my mate had my brother over and were munching on chex mix and drinking soda while watching on the tv.....so....yeah this was kinda a nerd superbowl for us >.> <.< >.> ^^

I need to develop me drawing skills some more, and I have been considering doing a comic of unknown size as a way of doing this. I don't intend for this to be a massive thing just something to draw and post on FA. What I need is ideas for the comic relating to setting and starting plot. Well for the past week I've been without a computer, my laptop suffered a major blow as read errors developed over key systems. Thankfully a local store replaced my hard drive, installing a new 500 gb one over the old 320 gb one. It was odd being without it for a week.

Well first of all an update on how things have been going, I'm back to work pushing carts at walmart so not fully pleased with that im now getting paid again. But...to the point, I need an idea for a new drawing, a pose description would do nice as well, I would prefer it be no more than 2 characters and I don't care if its yiffy or not, I just need something to draw. I would love any suggestions you guys have ^.^

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend Anthrocon this year, due to being off work for 2 months and living expenses me,  silento and  island will not be able to attend. I wish I could have gone to meet and hang out with those of you I meet last year. If I manage to get a better job soon though MFF may be an option for us.
