omg- I can't believe I've drawn 334 comics already... omfg- this was an insane challenge to take on. But we're almost done!!!

So, we're down to the last four Pages of the Alternomicon

What Demons (Kinks, Fetishes, or Sexual Aspects) need to still be covered?

It's a curious thought process when you've been working on a personal project for nearly a year. And now you're debating retiring it...

I've been doing a daily writing exercise since last December- and now I'm trying to decide if I'm done with it. It's not "finished" of course. But I'm debating- Doing something "for yourself" is funny- cause like- you can stop whenever you want. It becomes a thought process on if you want to keep going just for the love of it- or if you'd feel more fulfilled doing something else.

What did I want to get out of this? What was my goal?

I think, I started this writing project to practice my character writing. Learn how my brain works for how character dynamics and plot intersects. And I've done a lot of that. I think my character writing has improved a lot this year... But- I'm not 100% certain. That's up for others to decide.

Now I find myself at the emotional crossroads on if the project has served its purpose enough for me. And it's time to save it and let it retire in my archives. Go do something else with the time I set aside every day for writing it.

Use what I've learned for something smaller... more public...

Or if- because this is for me, it's for fun, I should see it through to the end. A half hour set aside to write every day just for myself is a good thing. But because it's for me, logically, I should be able to use that time however I want right? not everything has to be shared with everyone.

Thinking out loud helps organize my thoughts. But as always, I feel like I'm of two minds on it. Both of those options make sense and would fulfilling in their own ways.

"I think I can do better" is why I end so many projects early. Before they're finished. It's true... but is it helpful?

It's Truth and Reconciliation Day once again~

And... I don't know what to say. Like, it's nice there's a day that the Canadian Government finally acknowledges it's horrifying actions to the First Nations. It's a sobering day.

The first step on healing wounds that may never heal. I could use a hug.

I want to have something uplifting or encouraging to say. Look on the bright side. I also want to be angry and political. But, I'm mostly just- down.

As a porn artist I'm harsher on myself for acknowledging my first nations heritage. It feels "weird" to be a porn artist sometimes because of it.

But, I am proud of who I am most days. Proud to be First Nations, proud to be a Porn Artist, Proud to have made it this far in life despite history.

But it's hard. And it's lonely. I wish I had peers that I could relate to on these topics. But then I'd feel exposed too. I dunno. Thanks for reading.

Horrific fascist news multiple times a day, increasingly real risk of just losing all ability to process payments, and an overall feeling of helplessness?

Welp- nothing to do but keep chugging along. Call your payment processors and reps. (Particularly Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal) And I'll keep bringing fun stuff til I literally can't.

I'm debating how to release my next comics.

I'm planning on releasing two or three pages a week. But- should they all be of just *one* comic at a time? Like I did with "Demon Date"?

Or- should I release two (or three) different comics simultaneously, at one page each a week?

And so, another Sizecon Event comes to an end.

That was a ton of fun, very fulfilling. But even for the online conventions, my social batter can only go so far. I had a blast and I hope everyone had fun.

I'm glad people liked the map I made.

Looking forward to the next event! But for now, I rest.

Is it an iconic and recurring character?

Do you more prefer creators that do longer form projects- like sequences, comics, stories, etc?

Is it more specific topics- like a specific fetish, or series they make fan art of, or such?


What draws you to the people that you enjoy following and watching? I've been doing this whole online artist thing so long (and been such a mega introvert through it all) that I feel out of synch sometimes with how people enjoy things online. XD

I did it!!!

I set out to do Thirty Five art pieces in two weeks to prep for Sizecon, and I've done it!

I've finished 10 full colour illustrations for prints, a full colour commission I had on my to-do list, twenty three daily comic pages, and a business card design!

Now, I can rest. And pack!

I'm going to be at Sizecon in Portland next week! I'm so fuckin' excited!!!

The question I get a lot whenever I mention it: So, what is Sizecon?

Sizecon is a Size Interest Convention! Or basically Size Kink! It's a convention that's been going on for nearly ten years, both online and in person, where people come together to do all the convention things. But specifically about Size Kink fantasies!

We have panels with creators, talent, artists, writers about every topic from Giants to Tinies to Inflation to Furries. On writing, prop making, video editing. To the grander topics like History of the Size Kink Community, Relationships, Diversity in Kink Content, and so on!

We also host socials themed around specific size interests and demographics. Like the Blueberry Social, the Tiny Lady Social, the Giant Man Social, Breast Expansion, Furry, Trans, Women who love Women, Men who love Men, BIPOC. These are for attendees to get to know each other or just gush about their interests in a shared themed space.

But of course there are other events too. We have live performances from various talent, themed and inspired around different Size Kinks! We do a "Radio Play" where voice actors act out a specially written script. Demonstrations and Presentations.

And of course- it has a classic Vendor Hall. Where creators, talent, artists, writers, and others come to show off and sell their wares.

Sizecon has grown over the years, it's become a three day convention with lots of events. To the extent that while we try to keep a diverse spread across the various Size Kinks in the umbrella. We still don't have time to do all the stuff we want to every year. It's not the biggest convention yet- but we're going for it! Maybe one day it will be!

This year, it's from Feb 28th to March 2nd, in Portland Oregon.

Welp, I'm going to Sizecon in Portland this year! I leave in two weeks.

And... My artistic ambition has gotten the better of me. I have two weeks to prepare- and my goal now is to finish *thirty four* art pieces in preparation. And then any bonus pieces I possibly can in the remaining time I have left.
