Primary doctor's office called me yesterday to tell me that the all paperwork regarding my tumor treatment was completed, meaning that the insurance ok'd the procedure and neurosurgeon and everything and that whenever we liked, we could come on by and pick up a copy of everything to bring to UCSF.
Fast forward to this morning. We go to the doctor's office and are made to sit/wait for the 'completed' paperwork. 10 ish minutes later, a staff member ushers us into an exam room to explain to us that...guess what...they apparently fucked up AGAIN by sending a referral over to the hospital that had the wrong doctor's name on it. My endocrinologist's instead of my primary and they only accept the primary and this what started this whole mess. So the insurance is back to square one, my treatment is going through a council to see if they think I really need this procedure done. Fuck my fucking life. So much. I was so shocked by this continued stream of fuck ups that I couldn't speak. I wanted to scream and cry but I just stood there like a dumb fucking mannequin, unable to voice my anger.
They were supposed to have sorted it out again and called us by 2pm. No call ever happened. Thanks for getting paid to sit on your ass and do nothing but fuck things up for someone and then give me a cheesy look of 'oh whoops' NOT IN THE MOOD.

So as of yesterday, the paperwork hell is HOPEFULLY all sorted out *crosses all limbs possible*. A few weeks ago, found a place we like [hubs and I and our fur baby, Barsky] [[if people want, I can post some pictures of him ^^]], applied for it, and just waiting for that to clear [it should]. PACKING FOR MOVING IS SO STRESSFUL/BUT THEN YOU REDISCOVER STUFF YOU THOUGHT YOU LOST AND IT'S LIKE WOO TREASURE!!1
Been crafting some here and there to help alleviate my pain and also anxiety that has been oddly increasing probably every few days...it really sucks...Imagine you're pushed to your limit so you pretty much know a panic attack is not too far off but then it doesn't come [which is good] but then you're left with the UGHWHATTEHFUCKUGHHHHHH feeling. :(
Also anything that has set me off normally sets me off like I just touched a live wire and my hair immediately puffs up and I get very sweaty/nervous...but more than it has if that makes sense. I hope I can get in there ASAP, get the thing removed and I realllllllllllllllly hope this thing doesn't grow back. *thinks positive thoughts*
Anyway, the main point of this journal besides my rambling is to let you all know that I have only one MEGA LUCKY PACK still in stock. After this one is sold, I've made up my mind to not make Lucky Packs/grab bags ever again.
Lots of people have told me they like this piece or that piece but when asked if they would like to purchase said piece, they've responded with 'oh it'll eventually get put in a Lucky Pack so why should I buy it now?' No more Lucky Packs. Currently, I spend up to 3 weeks per piece I create. If the minimum wage in my state is $10 per hour, and I factor in my skill and material costs as well....I really do not want my art to be going for less than what I think is fair.
I do have discount codes [not for lucky packs or custom orders] listed at the top of my shop page and whether or not you use them is totally up to you.

...speaking of pain...the little tumor in my skull is causing lots lately...and I'm no closer to treatment since the folks who handle the forms/billing/paper things have no idea how things are done so it's taking forever and I'm like uuuuughhhhhh
Also! If you happen to be following my shop blog on tumblr, I would really appreciate it if [if you wanted of course] you could reblog some of the newer posts from there~ Been pretty frustrated lately because it seems like I make some pretty neat stuff but when no one reblogs it or tells me all the stuff that hasn't been bought yet in my shop is 'old', feels like they may have well just told me it's all crap and I should just give up and pack up my shop....
I don't think I'd give up though, which is more frustrating I guess. My creations=art which is a thing that I think all people can like/love/admire/whatever...so I'm pretty sure that if I ever quit or even took a short hiatus from crafting, I'd go a little nuts....

MRI is done, tumor is confirmed, just have to jump through the usual flaming hoops of doom as far as getting my primary doctor to fill in needed documents and send them to the recommended neurosurgeon and then having to schedule a meeting with said specialist doctor over at UCSF etc etc etc [like seriously this is the time when I find out certain health care pros have been entering my info in wrong like who the heck spells my name this way--it's spelled how it sounds...I was born in '84, not '94, 2004, etc etc...just horribly obviously WRONG info and it's been shared so I gotta correct it but then people on the phone don't seem to listen auuuuuugh]
MEGA lucky packs are still in stock, shipping is high on those because they are seriously heavy.
Please buy them if you can, any funds I make from my shop right now go towards moving costs and surgery/treatment/hospital costs.

General | Posted 9 years agoThey tell me most of these are benign but I'm experiencing some symptoms of a malignant one....but it could just be stress...but even if it IS stress, I've never experienced these things for THIS LONG.
As per usual, time will tell.

I'm going to be moving this summer and that's costly, as moving in general is....also I'm going to have to undergo surgery to remove a tumor that's been growing on my pituitary gland but haven't scheduled it yet because first I need to get an MRI done and they needed 'fresh' blood work for that and ....
Just really...really...stressed.....and worried....and scared...
This year has had all kinds of stressful things happen for me and I'm hoping that the surgery fixes me for good and that the tumor doesn't grow back because then it's going through radiation treatment to shrink it/remove it again...
If you feel like throwing money my way to help me lighten my boxes for moving, I'm selling some mega sized Lucky Packs that are priced at a buck per piece, and there are bags from $36 to $50, pls don't use any coupon codes on them bc then it's not fair to me that I'd get less than a buck per piece....also charging shipping for them because they're heavy. They are sorted by color theme and I have only one of each type of bag. As per usual, they are just charms/pendants, no necklace chains. I ship to the USA, the U.K., and Canada. Please check them out as well as the rest of my shop, I would really appreciate it.
What would one do with all those pieces? Maybe keep some you like for yourself, give to friends and family for gifts, put on kandi or other jewelry crafts, and you can even re-sell them!

I'm a very emotional person once you get to know me and...she was in my life so much since I was little...so almost all the things I see while I'm out somewhere, whether it's at a specialty store or just certain plants and flowers....everything reminds me of her....it's hard to choke back tears while in public but I do my best.
I can't believe she's gone...I miss her so much.
