Commissions Terms of Service (by Lux!)~

- Payment only available through Paypal
- Payment must be made in full before I, the artist, start to ink and color the piece. I agree to work on a sketch or thumbnail prior to ask for payment.
- Pieces or works over 400 USD can be paid on 2 installments: 40%-60% at the start, and the remaining after the work is completed.
- From payment, the work could take from 2 days to 4 weeks for completion unless stated otherwise. Please inform me in case of a strict deadline prior to begining the piece. Rush fees might apply.
- Changes and modifications to the piece are available within reason (please be sure to communicate your references and important points for the piece during sketching)

Refunds:
- Full refund will be given if the commissioner has not had any updates or communication regarding their commission after 1 month from payment.

Posting Information:
- This commission is for personal use only unless discussed otherwise
- You, the commissioner, will not intentionally obscure the artist’s credit and will properly credit the artist when necessary.
- Although commercial rights will be hold by the artist for this piece, I will not share or post it without your consent, and it that case I will always crop and sign the picture, as to not reshare the complete piece.

- Please verify that you’re over 18 years old before asking for NSFW pieces.
- No extra fees will be required.
