General
♥ Retracting an AB/claim/bid/offer will result in a ban from future adopts. Please note me instead of deleting the comment with a good reason why and there will no consequences.
♥ You'll purchasing a custom digital artwork, wherein no physical item will be shipped to the you after completion. Even if an address has been provided by you through means of Paypal.
♥ The buyer will only receive a digital PNG file of the art through the email. Full resolution, no watermarks, and no background.
♥ I will send the files to your email.
♥ I do holds, I will hold the adoptable for you for a period of 48 hours. Should there be unexpected incidents, you may have more time if you let me know.
♥ I do not do refunds. If you pay, you have made the decision to buy my adopt. I am not required in any way to refund you.
♥ It is possible that the cross post on DeviantArt may have the same bid as you. In this case, the one who bid first takes priority. And I apologize in advance if this happens when I'm asleep. (It can happen)
Payment
♥ All payment should be in Euro.
♥ I only accept PayPal. I do not accept points, art trades, or any other payment method. Unless stated in the design description.
♥ Do not send me payment unless I say so.
♥ Do not offer what you can’t pay, or can't afford. Have payment ready on hand. Payment must be sent within 24 hours, after I send you the invoice or ask of you to sent it.
♥ I will ask for your PayPal mail and send you an invoice for payment.
♥ Please do not send me the money on your own accord.
Using Design
♥ Credit me for the design if used/redrawn.
♥ Do not claim the design as your own.
♥ You can change the name of the adoptable, and add type/gender/story if you want. Should there be one in the description. You can also changes species of the adopts. (Example: Human or Andro, Mecha and so on.) As long as it's recognizable from the original design.
- This includes minor and few major changes (example: adding colors, fins, tails, armour and so on)
♥ You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.
Reselling/Trading/Gift
♥ You may resell the adopt without add-ons for the same price you paid or less.
♥ Please do not resell for a higher price unless more artwork is included with the character.
♥ You cannot sell/trade/gift any adoptable of mine to someone on my ban-list, should there be one.
♥ Do let me know who the new owner is so I can edit the design description.
♥ Make sure that the new owner knows the T.O.S.

Custom Pokefusion (Commissions)

I can mix up to 2/3 Pokemon, let me know if you want a shiny version of a specific mon.
The price depends on which Pokemon you want to fuse, since some are far more complicated then others. Then I'll see what the price will be.
Prices examples:
Normal designs: Every non-legend for the most part.
€25,-
Difficult designs: Pokemon with a crazy lot of patterns, details ect.
Example: Solgaleo, Lunala and Arceus
€30,-
+€2,- for easy clothing (scarfs, hat, glasses, bowtie, flower, or ask for something!)
