Vore Day is fast approaching so an early Happy Vore Day! But I don't think I'll do anything interactive this year. I have plenty of personal art I want to draw, even if it isn't necessarily the best content for building my audience, and Undertale fan activities. I kind of miss when I used to do lots of free art raffles, but I have less drawing time and more of my own ideas nowadays--partly because of devoting more energy to other hobbies like fitness (mm, muscle pain) and language studies (mm, brain pain).

You can also find me on Weasyl, Inkbunny, etc. (username lycovore) but I haven't kept up with uploads. Tumblr is actually fairly up-to-date (and has separate blogs for general vore and undertale vore). DeviantArt ... I will catch up with it at some point! The interface is harder to use than it used to be.

Apparently the wiki translates the Japanese for Rookie stage Digimon as "child" (and that may well be an official translation, idk) but 成長期 looks more like "growth period" so "child" seems a bit off as a translation, especially if you're going to ban people over it.

Posting a bit late for Vore Day, but oh well.

I haven't been doing many longer vore comics, and I want to work on my comic layouts, so I'll be doing one or more Artistic Freedom comic request(s).

-No particular time frame.
-I will do at least one comic with at least three panels, but hopefully more. (That's one from the whole pool, not one per person!)
-It could be sketchy and rough or polished and colored; no guarantee as to art style.
-I might also ask for requests on other platforms (deviantArt, twitter, tumblr).
-No detailed scripts, but you can specify some preferences (e.g. nonfatal only, lots of drool, willing or unwilling prey, same-size, no nudity, etc.).

Please only apply if you are okay with the above conditions.

I'm not disallowing any particular types of characters, but I will be choosing what I most want to draw, so here are some tips:
Pred: Preds that I find cute.
Prey: More likely to choose male human or demi/kemonomimi characters as prey (or sans undertale of course). Less likely to choose female or animal characters.

If you want, you can post just a pred or prey and leave the other blank for me to choose, and you can also involve my OCs. I like a lot of different kinds of vore scenarios, so please remember to include any preferences that are important to you.

A lot of things have changed since I started drawing vore! I used to be active on DeviantArt, here, and tumblr, but now it's mostly here and Twitter (RIP nsfw tumblr and usable dA). Early in my vore drawing career I was drawing every day, but that was a rush of enthusiasm unleashed by embracing my interest in vore and it couldn't continue forever. I have no intention to stop drawing, but I've taken on more other activities and sometimes only draw once a week. I'm checking my social media/gallery notifications less frequently overall (good not to sit around waiting for likes or comments, but bad that I am less on top of posting my art and checking out other people's). So that's why art posting has slowed down here compared to a few years ago :3

Commissions remain open, but expect to wait a while in the queue. Sometimes the drawing time I carve out is in the company of non-vore friends and it becomes a little harder to find time to draw vore X3 or I'm busy, I need a break, or I have a commission that takes a while to finish. (Shouldn't be too unreasonably long once your turn comes up though.)

I have some give-away art that I need to get done as well. The recipients probably forgot all about it by now X3 But I do have an idea for 8/8! Wish me luck!

FurAffinity may not be the sleekest website out there, but it has some functions that work better than any other site I'm currently using.

Gallery folders are usable. You can put lots of art into a folder without dealing with time-consuming drag-and-drop interfaces.

I can scan through thumbnails of all the submissions I haven't looked at and dismiss notifications a page at a time as I go. It's not an infinite feed of full-size images that I'll never catch up on, it doesn't hide most of the images inside stacks I have to check individually, and it's easy to dismiss the notifications that I've seen without nuking them all.

Using other sites just really makes me appreciate these two features in particular.

Since my birthday is coming up in early February, I thought I'd try to do some requests. I will be doing a couple from my request journal here, a couple from deviantArt, and a couple from miscellaneous other sources.

And my old request pool journal is really old; maybe it's time to start afresh! So, if you'd like a request, please read these guidelines and leave a comment here. This will remain open even after I finish birthday requests, but random free requests are always the lowest priority and I won't be doing a lot of them.

-I will not and cannot draw for everyone who asks. I might draw a lot of requests or none at all.

A few people have asked about the Haku and Mitsu sequel, which I actually wrote a good chunk of ages ago but then decided it needed some expanding (and possibly combining HM2 and HM3 into one longer fic). But I've been too distracted with fanfics to work on it very much at all (the writing muse is more uncontrollable than the drawing muse).

So here's an idea. I've seen some writers fund-raise by letting people sponsor the next chapters of existing stories (with money). I'm not going to take money for writing, but what about this?

You can "sponsor" the continuation of Haku and Mitsu by making fan art of them. (Writing counts as art. So do those 3x3 moodboard things.)

I'll commit to posting at least one chapter per fan art, within a certain timeframe, although there could be limits according to how much material is almost ready and how much is outlined.

For the details, I'm thinking of giving myself a deadline of "by the end of summer" so I'll have sufficient time to revise if needed (but hopefully sooner!), and I should be able to manage at least 8 chapters (but maybe more!) and perhaps one or two extra short stories I never posted. There's no deadline to submit the art, but if it's August 31 and I haven't prepared the chapter I can't be held to my deadline :3

Best case scenario, I actually finish the story, everyone is happy.
Worst case scenario, I post the first part and the story is stalled in the middle, which wouldn't be much worse than how things currently stand. (Or nobody participates X3)

Additional fees may apply for full body, complicated characters, translucent acids, saliva, other effects, and designing a character from a description. Rough Lines with Watercolor are limited to minimal saliva and minimal or opaque acids. In general, I'd like to limit it to three distinct characters per commission.

WIP sketches: You will receive a rough WIP sketch (except for single-panel watercolor sketches). Please approve the WIP sketch before I continue work. You may opt out of receiving the WIP sketch or request a WIP sketch on a single-panel watercolor sketch commission. You may receive additional WIPs as progress reports if requested (within reason) or if the commission takes a relatively long time.

Revisions: Price includes up to 2 major revisions and 5 minor revisions at sketch level, and 2 minor revisions after the commission is complete (please request revisions within one week of picture's being finished). If you want additional revisions, they may cost up to $5 for minor revisions, up to $10 for major revisions at sketch level, and up to 100% of the price of the commission after lineart/coloring has begun. If I feel the revisions are excessive, I may give you the choice of canceling for a partial refund or proceeding without additional revisions (no refund). What qualifies as a minor revision after coloring is complete may depend on the exact techniques used and may vary across commissions (generally, changing the color of eyes or another very small element, or slightly adjusting fur color lighter or darker, would usually count as a minor revision). I am the arbiter of minor vs. major revisions.

Refunds: No full refunds after work has begun, unless the commission has not been completed within six months (not including time waiting for communication from you), or at my discretion if I cancel the commission unilaterally. If you don't answer messages for one month (without prior notice of unavailability), I may cancel the commission. If the commission is canceled after work has begun I may at my discretion give a partial refund depending on how much work has been done.

You get:
A full-resolution PNG file of the art. (If you require a certain size or resolution, please state it at the beginning! I usually work in a relatively low resolution.)
Permission to post the art anywhere you like, with credit and a link to my profile.
Permission to crop, alter, or trace the art. When posting the altered art, you must still credit and link me, and state that the art has been edited. You may crop the art for an icon without stating it's been cropped. You may crop out or obscure my signature or watermark when modifying the art for other purposes, but you may not crop or edit the art for the sole purpose of removing my signature or watermark. When posting art traced from my art, link back to the original piece. (Do not post art traced from my art done for people other than yourself.)

I retain rights to the art I create and will post it in various galleries. I will generally prioritize commissions, but I retain the right to work on other art ahead of commissions at my discretion.

Edit: Having done this for a couple months now, I can give a better idea of time frames. If my queue is never empty, I'll generally find time to work on it at least once a week (although that may mean only completing one stage). It's entirely possible there will be some weeks I have to take off for whatever reason, or if I don't have so much going on I may be faster.

Unspecific compliments also aren't what I'm looking for ("who draws superbly" haha j/k) although more specific ones are good ("who draws cute preds"). This is really just for my curiosity.
