I am switching to another account. *Cue obscene amounts of complaint and drama llama-stuff*
I have been strongly considering this for several months. The reason behind it all is due to the account name. It has nothing to do with anyone here.
"Lymerick" is a character that i don't associate with, and have not associated with for well over a year, and the name just bugs the hell out of me.
For my own sanity, I'm changing the account to something else.

I have two, one is light cream with blue and white striping on the inside, the other is a dark olive green and has some Art Nouveau stitched onto it.

About College

I have to pay for both math classes.
I also have to straighten up or move out.
So, basically if i fail this class again i will need to move and find a trade school or something.
No immediate problems, except one.
I need to find some way to make 440 dollars without a job...*sigh*

He knows how to open the door to my bathroom-but for some reason can't figure out the other doors in the house.

After nearly 13 years of existence, i certainly hope so! D:
Coloring?
Guyver has a royal tabby pattern. Nicely marbled black stripes on grey fur. He's got some nicely blended rust and white along his underbelly and nose as well. I love my kitty, he's adorable. :3
Whats one thing your pet does that makes him/her unique?
My cat really loves my attention. He comes when i call, and always runs over when i walk through the door-not always a good thing as he likes to flop on his side under my feet. He does have an annoying habit of perching above me and grooming my hair. When i'm not paying attention to him he'll reach up and pat me on the leg until i do. He does this when it comes to stairs as well; he'll go up maybe 3 or 4, realize i'm looking at him, stop, and pat the top step then wait for me to come get him. He's spoiled rotten.
Is your pet your best buddy?
Absolutely. I'll be devastated when he passes away.
What’s your pet’s favorite food?
French bread. Don't ask...i don't know either.
Does your pet listen to music?
Not really, but he does watch TV with me on the rare occasion that I do so. he likes to watch me type when i'm on the computer through, usually curls up in the crook of an arm or sprawls across my lap.

I did fail the math.
I came in today on a small tirade to ensure i could take it again in the Summer; i was successful.
I have replaced the class that i was taking for my Humanities requirement with another literature, since it turns out that Creative Writing was not considered to be one-not a problem at all-means i don't have to take a stuffy class.
Cathy, the owner of Game Vault has a degree in mathematics and has wholeheartedly offered herself to provide tutoring services to me.
I have also opted to waive my rights to acedemic privacy. This means my parents will be able to regularly check in on me and see what i am doing as far as grades go for my classes.
Hopefully this will prevent them from kicking my ass and making life wholly miserable; for no reason.
I have declared my intent to graduate, and will be doing so this fall. Start attending VCU in the Spring should i not fuck up again-which i damned well hope i don't.

from about 12 this afternoon, to now-and probably more to come, i've been busting my ass moving things up and down the stairs for the walk up: bowling balls, boxes of shotgun shell casings, military equipment, furniture, christmas trees-several hundreds of pounds of crap.
What do i get for it?
Bitched at for not being fast enough; told to calm down and stop being hysterical when i damn well know what i'm doing and i've got some old ass crone breathing down my neck dead set on giving me instructions on how to do something really fucking simple. I'm frazzled and worn out,and i'm on my last goddamn nerve.
I also wrenched something in my left hand. I have to be extremely careful with my stupid pinky or there's pain past my wrist-can't grip things with my hand like i should.
Thankfully i don't need it to draw, usually keep it extended...
*grumbles and puffs in a corner some where*

I truly hate school, with every fiber of my being.
But on top of that, i hate myself the most-were it not for my inability to do things in an appropriate fashion, i would not be in this boat. Even if it is math. Maybe the outcome would be better.

My feet are fuckin' huge. Depending on the manufacturer i wear between a 10-11 sized shoe.
Go figure. I find ONE pair of shoes that i would really like to have. Store only has them in an 8.5...
I can't even find the stupid things online, but i bet if i did they wouldn't carry my size -__-.

Going to buy some notebook paper and work on redoing character sheets since we got a ton of crap yesterday. have to redo a lot of stuff. probably hang out at game vault, buy some lunch while i'm at it and then bitch at parents again later to make sure i can get the money for clothes and mother's day added to the account.

Friends goaded me into playing a quick game of multiplayer MTG...i hate multiplayer, i don't build decks for multiple opponents. They even opted not to use the house rules they had in place.
Also made my best friend even happier-apparently she'd misread the set of Dragon Broodmother i gave her and was only putting dragon tokens into play on her upkeep...really helps when you read a card first, but that's alright.
I am hoping i can keep myself in better spirits, at least for a little while. I have no idea what's going to happen but i stopped feeling hopeful over things several years ago.
It's math, nothing ever goes my way.

Magic the Gathering Stupidness
Posted 16 years agoSo i wasted today and an hour of sleep screwing with my Magic collection.
I went through every box to see what i had about and, after all that work pulled together 30 full card pages of tradable material..well, more like 25-my main deck is deconstructed in the back of the book, along with cards that i have reserved for my friend
Nymbrixion...3 DCI promo Dragon Broodmother, regular Broodmother, and some other fun stuff...hopefully i'll get to keep the Noble Heirarchs now >_>;;;
Think my favorite discovery was that i had 4 Eternal Witness, and the DCI promo for her. Very unexpected.
Runner up is discovering my two 7th edition foil counterspells are going for about 10 bucks...wee~
Have to get up at the asscrack of dawn tomorrow...

Posted 16 years agoI passed the hardest part of my exam with flying colors. Part 2 will resume on Monday.
In other news i'm working hard on finishing up the last two papers for my Creative writing class. Writing is a pain in the ass, particularly when you feel rushed. Oh well.
The only thing that i'm remotely stressed over is my Math exam.
I must get an 85 on BOTH portions of the exam in order to pass...the exam will count four times instead of just twice. Its basically just two tests combined.
The teacher is going to take the average of the two grades on each section as the exam grade, and then the exam grade will replace the lowest grade that i have.
I feel confident that i can pass these two sections of the class, both of them i found to be easy in past classes, i just hope that confidence doesn't get me in trouble.
