Hum, I figured, if all dogs make sure to let it be known their breed, I figured I wanted one too (kinda late, but never too late! =3)

So, I have looked around, and decided I am... a Bombay cat!

Wikipedia attack -> "Bombay are a breed of domestic shorthaired cats developed by breeding sable Burmese and black American Shorthair cats to produce a cat of mostly Burmese type, but with a sleek, tight black coat"

Geez, aside from other very new things happening in my life (see the last entry if you're interested =3) and, hum, other things,

Yesterday something happened that was totally chaotic =<
I was kidnapped.

Serious. fucking. business.

I was talking to a friend in front of my house, at 1AM, right by his car (stupid stupid cat), when two cloaked dudes show up from nowhere, stick a friggin revolver on my side and tell us to get in.

I was "lucky", 'cause I had just gone down from my home, and only had my keys in my. My friend lost his car (a red Citroën C4), his cellphone (a Galaxy S4, which he paid 1700 reais, somewhat around 680 dollars), his wallet (along with two tickets for a show he would go, each 90 reais), and his backpack. With. his. pokemon. tcg. deck. Unbelievable.

Anyway, they shoved the gun around but thankfully, neither me nor my friend were hurt.
They let us go around 20 minutes after taking us, in a damned deserted road. (Ok, wasn't that bad at all, it was L4, near the end of Asa Norte)

We didn't have coats, so it was freezing, and I only had slippers, no shoes. Guh... We walked around for 5~10 mins until we got to the Waste Disposal Facility owned by CAESB, where a very kind guy lent us his phone so we could call a friend to pick us up.

Well, considering everything, we're lucky, very lucky.
I don't want to have to rely on this kind of luck, though... =<

*shivers*

Well, that's it, I've decided my fate.
I'm (well, not officially yet) leaving my Master's graduation in favor of working.
I got two interviews already booked, cross your fingers for me, please =3

I'm leaving solely because of being tired of it, and especially tired of postponing my life for academic reasons.
Time to grow up and stand on my own two feet (and not my parents' money).

Life is out there, and I just hope I'm not late to go for it!

Ohohohoho, finally, after literally YEARS of not having a scanner, I've bought one!

Ok, uploading stuff nooow.

Well, after 2~3 weeks without so much as a glance at my FA, I'm back.
I traveled for 2 weeks, and came back to a non-working pc, that's why I didn't update sooner.

I bought a Mac, for all who cares, and I'm talking a serious beating from it.
I keep trying to do things the Windows way, which is unfortunately regretful.
I'll keep at it, though.

In any case, during all the trip I was thinking on one somewhat important thing that could change my life, and perhaps I have crossed some sort of invisible line.
However, nothing is set on stone, so I won't be saying anything now =3
