I never wanted to be like "a war journalist". But I want to remind you in what conditions Ukrainian artists live every day. I am very proud of people who every time find the strength to live and work. How my situation now looks like:
•06.03, 1:30 a.m. - three drones attacked residential areas of the Sumy city. Eleven houses, twenty cars, an infrastructure facility and a polyclinic were damaged. One of the explosions was near my house, so my windows are damaged.
•07.03, 3:20 p.m. - missile strike damaged hospital premises and educational institution nearby. Two dead. One of them was a surgeon.
•13.03, 1:53 a.m. - Sumy city was attacked by drones again at night. Destroyed a high-rise building. Several floors formed into one. The house has a big hole. Rubble removed until now. Three people died and fourteen were injured.
•14.03, 1:00-5:00 a.m. - we didn't sleep until 5 a.m. We were warned of a high level of danger. A large number of drones attacked the city of Sumy, Trostyanets, Shostka and Belopolie. Four TV towers were damaged. Part of the territory of Sumy region was left without communication. One person died. Missile strikes were also recorded. Damaged hospital in the city of Trostyanets.
•14.03, 2:10 p.m. - I woke up from the explosion. Four ballistic missile strikes were launched, although details are still unknown.

My windows are now taped and I plan to repair them when the weather gets warm. It's all right with me, my family and my friends. They are all alive. In the future I plan to go to psychotherapy, because I feel like my emotional state become more bad. Also I will be grateful if you support me with favs or share my arts, because my activity on the site has decreased and I will try to return to creativity and work, although it is a little difficult ಥ⁠‿⁠ಥ

Four destroyed floors, more than fifty damaged apartments - these are the consequences of a Russian drone hitting a Sumy high-rise building on March 13. Since the night, rescuers have been working at the site of the hit - under the rubble they are looking for the dead. March 6, 2024 was the scariest night in my life. Russia shelled my city once again. One of the shells fell close to my house. I have no words to express my emotions. That was four days ago but I still feel fear and find it difficult to write this post.

Fortunately, I have no injuries. And I feel much better now. But my window is now without a piece of glass. I submitted an application for compensation for property that was damaged. I don't know what to do next. But I'm happy that I remained alive and only had window damage, not anything else.
I hope this day never happens again. (⁠;⁠ŏ⁠﹏⁠ŏ⁠)

Now I am waiting for approval of compensation for window repairs. And trying to get back to work but it's really difficult :c

A building of an educational institution was destroyed in a missile attack by Russian troops on Sumy during the evening on Saturday, 29 July.
Windows in the neighbouring houses were smashed. The building of an Orthodox church located nearby was also damaged.
After midnight on 30 July, Suspilne reported that two dead and 20 injured people in Sumy.

In January 2022 they bought an apartment where they planned to live together and start a family. But instead of an apartment there’s now a huge hole in the house.
14.01.2023 - Alexandra wasn’t in the house. She’s lucky to be alive. But unfortunately her boyfriend Pasha was at home. He’s still missing. He’s not at the hospital, the morgue, or the rubble. His family and the whole town are still trying to find him. There’s nothing more I can say. None of us deserve such a fate.

And... I hate to say this, but I need your help again to raise money for the treatment. (╥﹏╥)
I take a few pills every day for four months (and I’ll be taking them for another three months or more). Most of the time I could pay for it myself, but I can’t do it anymore. I’ve been prescribed new medications, I need to do more tests and to do another ultrasound, and I have to visit three different doctors regularly again because doctors cannot determine the exact cause of my illness (except that it is caused by hormonal disorders. They need more information). And suddenly I realized that I didn’t have enough money for all of this. ⊙﹏⊙
The situation is complicated by the fact that food prices are rising very rapidly and we have enough money only for food (yes, in my country is still a war)

Also I have all the documents with diagnoses and directions for tests that I can provide at any time if required (respectively in Ukrainian)!

Sorry I don’t know English well and the text will be a lot of mistakes.
I never thought I’d have to ask for help here. And I’m very embarrassed to say this. But! A few days ago I had to see a doctor for severe abdominal pain. I was diagnosed with four diseases. Including PCOS, primary ovarian insufficiency, infectious diseases etc, all of which are related to hormonal imbalance. These are just initial diagnoses.
Lack of treatment can lead to various complications such as diabetes mellitus, heart problems, infertility, oncology, etc and as well as various psychological disorders, such as depression (it is all closely related).
I have to go through a series of tests and visit two other doctors (except for my main) in order to start the right treatment and take the pills I need. I have all the documents with diagnoses and directions for tests that I can provide at any time if required (respectively in Ukrainian), I have no purpose to lie.
According to preliminary estimates part of the tests will cost approximately $205. I have some money, but it is not enough. Especially since the treatment itself will need a lot of money too. There is concern that this amount may reach $300 or more. Maybe it’s a small sum for someone but for that kind of money I live for months. :(
The situation complicates the fact that I live in a front-line city (read information about Russian aggression and full-scale military invasion of Ukraine) and there is literally no work for my specialty. I seem to have won this life (no).
So I’m going to ask for your help (I have no choice). I take the commission, I have an open YCHs and maybe later I’ll start drawing quick inexpensive sketches.
