Hey y'all, i finished grad school so I'm finally BACK and I've been making a bunch of art that's been posted on my twitter! I'm going to be posting a lot more here (as opposed to just twitter and instagram) and I'm READY to open comms again!!! ayyayaayay <3 thanks for sticking around, love you guys bunches and i'm so happy to have finished grad school with a good degree and a good job

i've just been busy

things are kind of hard lately but i'm doing my best!!

i just had to put $400 into my car... and i have an unpaid internship that's 40 hours a week/ 5 days a week..

my stepdad and my mom helped me pay for my car a bit for my birthday thankfully so that was super nice. i'm really lucky i know it's just ... my brakes broke this week ugh so i'm getting them fixed tonight. i was able to scrounge up some cash from my savings. thankfully my cousin knows how to do it so i'm giving him some money to help me out.

i have terrible luck with cars. i can never keep one working right no matter what i do. at 23 i've been through three cars. never been in an accident, though...

i feel like whenever i'm down on my luck, life finds a way to keep kicking me. i lost a lot of clients in my ghost blog writing job from a merger that re-happened (long story) and my graphic design job is cutting back on their ads so that sucks too. i'm trying to get more commissions but i'm also focusing on just... getting better at drawing which is totally important! i'm just so nervous to start buying books...

regardless, i'm doing my best. you gotta just keep pushing forward sometimes i guess. and my boyfriend is really great- he's so supportive and he starts grad school soon- i'm so excited for him! my second year of school starts soon and that'll be good for me. i'm excited to take new classes. i'm also running a few big events this year. i'm happy to be involved- keeps me busy (and crazy). i hope i keep my internship throughout the year.

i kind of want to get back to making badges (they're so much fun!!) i also want to think about making a fursuit for minty. i found some super old drawings of her and it was so neat to see the change. she's about 2 years old so it was nice to see the improvement/ how she looks now versus how she looked then

I'm sorry I haven't been active lately my loves!! I just got back from an awesome trip to Europe (which I was able to do for super cheap through my graduate studies) and now I'm safe and sound in the US :)

That also means that I'm working hard!! My internship is super fun (even if it's definitely unpaid ;n;) But I have a couple jobs... I do a ghost writing job as well as graphic design and my commissions so I'm hoping that will be enough to feed me and my doggie for the summer until school starts back up!! I think it'll be totally fine! ;>;
