Who is your favorite OC or character design you are proudest of? Share as little or as much as you want - heck, tell me their whole life story if you feel like it.
What are your favorite character designs and art styles? Do you prefer realistic paintings, chibi artwork, funny cartoons, etc. Do you like 8-winged dragon-ali-pega-corn character designs, or a humble every-man joe-fox? Who's your favorite artist? What is the coolest character you've seen?
I often feel like my designs pale in comparison to others,' but it doesn't usually bother me because it's easier to re-draw them when they're simple :^)
While I appreciate the skill and training that's gone into realism, I don't often like to look at it (it's easy to fall into the trap of making it too realistic and it falls flat). I'm also not a fan of NSFW artwork (maybe not the ideal art site for me LOL), but to each their own. My favorite styles are expressive, unique, exaggerative, and maybe a bit obnoxious. I haven't done many cartoon styles in the past, so it's something I'm learning.
Is there anything you'd like to see from me? I can do realistic paintings and studies, I just don't like to :)

Opinions on AI Art?
General | Posted 3 years agoI just saw a lot of pushback against AI generated artwork on Art Station. As someone who went to school for computer programming, I think AI is very cool. I'd like to see a future where we can work with the AI art software to generate images better and faster and roll out more (quality) creative content, or allow storytellers to produce artwork for their concepts more easily. I'd like artists to be able to use the software as just another tool. I don't want to see artists lose their jobs, and I'd like to see people more excited than threatened. What's your opinion?
Art Trades & Commissions

I haven't been active with art & illustration in a while, so if any of my new watchers (or anyone else) would like to do an art trade I'd appreciate it much! I don't mind what someone's skill level is at - even if you just picked up a pencil today - so long as you're always trying to learn and improve :)
Three slots for now to make sure I don't get overwhelmed - check my commissions types to to request what level of art trade you'd like (e.g., sketch, flatcolor, fullcolor, background, multiple characters, etc. - only rule is you have to do the same level of detail in return).
You may draw any of my characters. I know I don't have any information on them yet, so if you want some just ask, or feel free to make something up!! I'd love to see what people imagine just by looking at the character.
