I'm in the midst of designing a language from the ground up for sergals to hopefully be adopted to canon! This has been a project of mine off and on for a few years, and I finally decided that, through the overwhelmingly positive responses, I was going to make it a full time hobby. I want to have anyone else interested in on it as well, after all, languages need natural influences to grow!

At the time of writing this, here is what I can offer:

-An alphabet of 18 characters transliterated with the IPA (subject to change). I've been keeping in mind the limitations of speech because of the structure of the mouth and the slender tongue.

-A writing style similar to traditional Mongolian (top-down) that can be written with either a reed pen-esq device, or a brush.

-Isolated, Initial, medial, and final positions for letters (found in languages such as traditional Mongolian and Arabic)

-4 forms of punctuation (again, subject to change).

-Ideas for syntax, grammar, and lexicon, though nothing seriously in practice.

This normally isn't me to write one of these journal thingies, who the hell even reads these things anyway. I digress. I am in a need of a sort of personal teacher of another language.

Why you ask?
I take pride in my linguistic skills at my semi-young age. I find learning other languages easier and in a weird way, fun. I plan on working for the United Nations as a translator/interpreter.

What kind of languages am I looking for?
Almost any language (fuck Vietnamese). I am fully fluent in English (obviously), Ich kann Deutsch spreche, aber verstehe und spreche ich besser als schreibe oder lesse. (German), Mi gramática en español es muy bien, pero mi vocabulario no es grande (Spanish), я не говорю по Русский язык хорошо (Russian), َلا اتكلمُ اللغةُ العربيةُ جدا جيدا (Arabic) 我学习中文在学校，我不说中文很好(Mandarin Chinese). The languages I mostly am looking for Mandarin Chinese (中文), Arabic (العربية), Pashto (پښتو), or German (deutsch).

Please be at least semi-fluent in English if you offer to help. Poor English makes me cringe, but I over look tiny mistakes.

I highly doubt anyone willing to help will ever read this, but I figure it's best to put it out there on the off chance the planets align in my favor for a change!
