First of all, Happy New Year everyone!

Secondly, I know I haven't been active for the past few years... but I think I'm going to attempt to start drawing again. I've been working a full time job 9-5 for the past 4 years. I also had some health issues arise in late 2020 that have gradually gotten better over the last year. I lost 90 lbs in the process (over 1.5 years) and over all I just feel better than I have in the past. I hope everyone is doing well!

I know it's in the dead of winter, but I live in South Florida lol, so I've decided to open one special Popsicle Commission Slot if anyone is interested. I want to start getting back into art slowly, and I think this would be a good start. So, I feel really shitty for not drawing anything for a long time that I don't even know where to start.

Do any of you have any advice?

Should I draw my characters? Or .. I'm not sure. I need to draw something. I'm veryyyy rusty.

I'm thinking about even going back to traditional art and practicing on some still lifes or something. Or real life human models?

What do you all think?

I mean, in my opinion.. I think you should start with real figures and go from there. I feel like I have to practically start over.

On another note, I've taken a break from college and am working a part time job doing coding, graphic design and some social media / digital marketing for now. Still not sure what to do with my life.

Does anyone even like my art? Lol. I see no point of drawing anymore. It's sad but true.

Hey everyone,

Just want to honest to everyone. Sorry for the long delayed response.. this hurricane really messed up my schedule and plans I had. Main thing was my medication, I ran out of my main medication I take every day and my doctors office has been closed all week so I couldn't get a refill. Also most pharmacies didn't have power until a few days ago. Needless to say, I had some nasty withdrawals and was practically bedridden. I had to go to my psychiatrist to get a temporary week refill so I am back for now, though at a much lower dose than I was on. But every day.. my withdrawals slowly get better, so I'm hoping that I am back to top shape within the week. Don't worry, your thigh-up commissions will get done soon enough! Just bare with me please! <3 I couldn't imagine how horrible it'd been if the category 4 hurricane hit us DIRECTLY. I think our condo would have been obliterated. I am thankful it wasn't THAT bad.

Hey all, I dunno if you all know but I reside in South Florida.. specifically the east side where Irma is going to apparently hit. I've been working on the Thigh-up commissions but there's going to be a delay over the weekend obviously because I'm sure we are going to lose power for I don't know how long. I live in a condo on the third floor with no way to put up shutters so I'm going to have to go somewhere else.. not sure if I'm just going to stay with my parents 10 miles away in there house or evacuate up to Tennessee. I did not want to be here for a Category 4 hurricane, that's for sure. >.<

So just wanted to give everyone a heads up as to what's going on.. wish me luck. D:

Just wanted to say hey to all my awesome watchers and hope everyone is having a good week. :)

I've just recently started getting back into the groove of things and now seems like I have more motivation. Which makes me happy and hopefully makes others happy lol. Also, trying to broaden my horizon and wanting to collab with a few people in the near future.. (if the artists I ask will >_<) as well as branch out and draw more females. Wanting to do more YCHs in the future, but just unsure of what kind of content to do.

I'm back in school this fall taking some digital media and animation classes! Not sure if anyone knows or cares lol, but I finally got my Associate in Arts degree and I transferred to a University down here in South Florida majoring in Multimedia Studies for a BA. Main focus is computer arts and animation. Feeling a little more creative lately so hopefully my drawings start to emerge again at a steady pace!

My brand new Dell XPS has been giving me issues. -.- I don't even visit malicious websites or anything. I have plenty of hard drive space. 16 Gb of ram, Intel Core i7-6700 3.4 GHz. It's been running louder than usual and is giving my Wacom tablet problems. My tablet is also only a few months old, I have the Medium Intuos Pro. Photoshop has been acting strange. Yesterday Dell updated or something and put a CPU hogging service thing on my computer, it was taking up 97% of my CPU. So I researched it and it said you needed to update that program, so I did and now it's not doing it anymore. My tablet pen and mouse occasionally flickers around sometimes doing stuff I don't tell it to do. I updated windows 10 (automatically) and since then it's been giving me issues. Also updated my tablet driver and it didn't fix it. I put an Nvidia graphics card I had bought into it, a Getorce GTX 960 to play Sims lol when I first got it a few months ago.

What the hell is going on. ;-; this computer was hella expensive and I don't want it to be screwed up already. I mainly just use it to draw! Not fair..

Has anyone else been having problems with the new Windows update?

So the Hurricane wasn't so bad. And now I officially get back to work! :D

I'm sure some of you know about the hurricane down south.. well it's projected to hit near me or pretty much on me as I live in South Florida near the east coast. Will definitely be losing power this week and not sure when we will be getting it back. Spent all day trying to get ready for it. I'm just really hoping it's not a category 4, our condo doesn't have shutters and landlord doesn't care. So we will have to take our stuff and go somewhere temporarily. I'm going to try and work on a commission tomorrow so hopefully I can get something done before it hits.
