Angry horse!! (Rant)

Okay anyone that knows me know how much I care for horses. So imagine my absolute fucking disgust for people when opening the news paper and reading this.
A 15 year old dressage horse knocked his rider of so many years off before collapsing to the ground at a competition sparing the rider of injury. The rider had a brief moment of connection with his dying companion resting the horse's head in his lap to say goodbye before being escorted off for medical attention.
When the rider returns...the FUCKING organisers arranged for the horse to be taken away to be 'processed' at a pet food factory! Those fucking cunts!!! The owner is devastated he planned to bury his horse at his stable home, a last chance to say goodbye to a friend ruined!! How the fuck did this get fucking by!!
I felt absolutely sick to my gut from this fucking display of selfish greed and I hope to fucking god that these people get the worst of what life can do to someone or their family. <Snorts and hangs head>

Posted 14 years agoSo...at work our new bosses decided we needed IPads to do our routine inspections and shit like that.
Being the responsible staff we are, first thing that gets downloaded onto it is the most frustratingly addictive game I've ever played...cue Zombie Highway!
Also since we're so dedicated to our job...we have begun competitively playing each other instead of doing what we were actually given the iPad for >.>
As it stands our record is 18.8 Miles...and I'm struggling to get to 7 miles...9 on a good uninterrupted run. If anyone plays this game give me hints and tips so I can wipe the floor with the competition!
On a final note, in a trashy magazine I was flicking through it had things that make you smile. One was putting on underwear fresh out the dryer...it was likened to sitting bareback on a horse that's been in the sun all day...so I'll go get some sun and make people smile!

Posted 14 years agoTook the chance and asked my boss for some time off for this furry con....and they approved!! Hooray after the fun at the local Furjam con really looking forward to this one!
Actually now that I think of it most of my watchers aren't Australian umm better look for a roomie then!
Plus finalize all the bookings, maybe the extra work loads I picked up won't be such a headache after all since I'll need all the money I can get my paws on.

New Exercise Equipment!
Posted 14 years agoSo got into work this morning and one if the girls had a present for me since she works with horses. A new lunging rope, harness, riding crop and just a blanket restraint. If only she knew the truth....guess who's going for a run after work!
