Posted 12 years agoI will be going to the Gym soon to start losing the weight I have put back on, I was just wondering could anyone out there reccomend an exercise regime for me.
I have tried a few before but they have been the "power" systems for people who are already fit and want to get fitter, I am after something easy to do but works, last time I tried losing weight I went over the top, I was on a diet where I was eating basically no carbs (no Pasta, Bread Rice, Potatoes etc) and was doing a lot in the Gym but after a shile I stopped because it was too much, the Diet got to be rather boring and was also hard to do.
I don't want it to sound as if I expect to waggle my fingers and watch the pounds drop off.
What I want is someone to recommend to me what Machines etc I should be using in the Gym for the best results, right now I am not bothered about building Muscle, I just want to get the weight off first the Muscle building can come later.

Posted 12 years agoI have been with this woman for 6weeks - 2 months now, everything was going good, we got on really well, I mean we had different tastes in music and films but otherwise everything was ok, we met over a dating site, I noticed a last week she was still on the site but a few days later she deleted her profile from the dating site and a that was about the time she went quiet.
We used to text and chat on skype regularly, I used to wake every morning with a text from her and she used to answer my texts within minutes, now I very rarely get a text from her and she said she can't talk on Skype because it messes with her computer (which is old).
I have asked her if everything is ok with her and she told me everything is ok and that she still loves me, the problem is with her not me because she has a lot of 'chaos' in her head and a lot of stress because she has a very important test coming up soon and she needs to pass it.
I want to go over and talk to her about it but my friends all tell me not to do it to just sit and be patient and give her space, but I don't know what to do.

I want to learn to Rollerblade, right now I am 37, and overweight (right now between 125 and 130 kg (275-286 lb)).
I was wondering how hard it is to learn to do, I don't want to do tricks or race, I just want to be able to roll down the street, I can ride a bike but never learnt to skateboard, rollerskate or inline.

Write the same warning in your journal to protect not only yourself but everyone! Here's another warning: If I'm being a jerk, saying stuff like "Shut up", "Get lost" or "I don't want to see you on my homepage anymore", (or anything negative really) that's not really me. That's the hacker.
Write all of this down in your journal too!
Please do this, it's for the safety of everyone!

Posted 12 years agoOk seeing as so many people asked for this here is my Cheese and Potato Quiche Recipe.
First line a ceramic/glass dish with Shortcrust Pastry (store brought or handmade (if you need the recipie ask me or just google it ))
Then boil and mash about 8-10 medium Potatoes ( this is best done with real Potatoes not the Dried mash mix you buy from a supermarket), mix in about 2/3 of a block of grated cheese (Hard Cheese works best, sorry cant give weight as I don't know what the avereage cheese size is in the USA), you can also add in other things like Onions, Mushrooms, Bacon, Bell Peppers, anything you would put into a normal Quiche, just make sure to cook it first .
Once that is all mixed together cover the pastry with the potato mix, sprinkle on the rest of the cheese, then bake in an oven on a medium 150°C/350°F, until the cheese on top has melted and browned, then serve with vegetables of your choice or leave it to go cold and enjoy with a salad or as a snack.
All weights and measurements here are estimates as when I make it I play it by ear so to speak, you can vary the measurements according to personal taste and how many people you are cooking it for.
A lot of people leave out the pastry and just put the potato mix into the ceramic/glass dish and cook it like that.

Posted 13 years agoWell it has been over a week since my "gf" has contacted me, I just wish I knew what was/what I had done wrong, sent her a message on FB on wednesday she has read it but not answered, she still has me as a friend on face book, just wish she would send me a message saying what is wrong, I told her I don't care if she has a new man or she is busy with her kids and just doesn't have the time but to just go quiet like that and no give me a reason is wierd seeing as we were talking to each other everyday before last saturday.
I might actually post this on my FB as well to see if she says anything.

Posted 13 years agoMy "GF" hasn't spoken to me since saturday night, she has been online yesterday (monday) and today (tuesday) but has said nothing to me, last week a day didnt go by where we didnt talk to each other, just wish I knew why she wasn't talking to me =(, the only thing she has done is liked some comments I made to some of her FB pictures. *EDIT* ok just noticed she has liked all the comments that were made

Posted 13 years agoHaven't seen my gf in over 3 weeks (in person that is), she seems to have gone quiet but then she said about me coming over on Saturday ( I couldn't because it was too late), wish I knew if she still liked me or not (last time we were together she did say she loved me but hasn't said anything since(well she did say "Hab Dich lieb" which in German means also the same as "I love you" but she hasn't said that in a few days either)) =(.
I wish Women were easier to figure out.

Posted 13 years agoNew start for me, new flat, will hopefully have a girlfriend (things are looking okish at the moment but we have not reached the "offically a couple" point yet), will be finacially stable (not "never work again" stable but (can sort out a lot of things to make my life better" stable", all I need then is a new job (but in this finacial climate that might take a bit longer).

Weekend - Met my new Girlfriend and had a great time with her.
Today - Found out that a friend I lent €700 to has actually invested it for me and in January I will get €7-€10,000 back.
All in all the best week in my life XD.

Posted 13 years agoYep 18th June 2013 I go to see Iron Maiden in Berlin, then on the 19th June I see them again in Hamburg XD.
I CANNOT WAIT!!! I seen them around the same time last year and they were AWESOME.
