Wherein I go to slay the gods
General | Posted 17 years agoSo we're going to Colorado this Saturday. Just for a vacation ^_^
We'll see Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Wolf Creek in Pagosa Springs.
We'll also be hiking in Santa Fe, NM.
It'll be fun and there will be pictures.
I'm loving WotLK and I'll hopefully have a character to 55 soon so I can finally create my FULL family of Tauren!
That's about it, hope everyone is having a good day.

General | Posted 17 years agoOkay, so I'm starting to get into WoW, now. I am on the Baelgun server, because my friends play there the most but I have to say a few things.
I really am falling in love with the story. I had always played the Warcraft series and thoroughly enjoyed them (though I'm sure I was horrible at all of them ^_^) and this incarnation of the world is fantastic. The story is immersive, engaging and well-scripted and I'm only level 11!
I play a Shaman named Maag an besides only being able to level through pretty violent quests (it's always a 'baddun' being targeted, but still) it has a great XP curve and it's clear much thought has gone into this game.
The only complaints I could possibly have is that which is common to all users of the internet. People can be crazy, catty and downright mean-spirited. But all of that is easily ignored ^_^
Beyond that, the only thing I could wish for at this point is more character customization and maybe a sort of biography option for characters (along the lines of City of Heroes/Villains).

Alright, so I'm finding that magpies aren't exactly a common furry species. Which is just fine but it started me thinking.
Do any of you find that you don't really care to view artwork (adult or tame, any kind) of your own 'species' but prefer to view other 'species'?
Just me thinking at work =)
(Edit: Journal entries are supposed to be PG-13 or tamer, right? I just don't see it on the FAQ...)
