Really am going to have to get motivated to start on the new suits I have planned. I can do it, but it's been so long since the last one.

Gotta pull myself out of this rut.

This year is going to be wild. Cons are back up, and now to get my motivation back up as well.

And a new video camera that has a clip on mic jack.

This house hunting and dealing with the new job has drained me, but hopefully it'll all be done with soon, so I can get back to normal. Whatever that is...

Not much going on, started a new job, and house hunting.

Had an injury about a month ago, was taking a shower, slipped, and fell out, hit my side on the edge of the tub. Worst pain in a long time, I thought that was it. But I've almost completely healed now.

I need to get back into making suit, posting more.

I'm still here. Making suits.

I'm grateful the last of the suits are done for what I need to do. I chose to focus all of my energy on them instead of cons.

2020 AHOY!!

Heatwave's really getting to me. OK!! IT'S UPDATE TIME!!

Almost finished upgrading another suit, the most recent one will have to wait a bit due to..."technical difficulties"

Then after those, it's only ONE more to go, and then I can upgrade and refine the rest for 2020. I'd like to say I have big plans for them all, but who knows. I want this to be the last year of sitting around collecting dust. The last year of putting things on hold, the LAST year of waiting to move forward.


People assume too much. And they can't let go of their drama. I guarantee you I'm a HELL of a lot happier than the people that talk shit on me. Who do you REALLY hate more?

But, like I said, I'm moving forward. I haven't been NEARLY as active in the community as I used to be, and it's all due to getting this menagerie ready.

Been over 16 years in this fandom, and a lot has changed. I'm still making suits, one of which is to be finished soon. Yay for completion!!

But man has it been turbulent. I've seen 'em come, and I've seen 'em go, but I'm still here, and not going anywhere.

I've had to deal with a LOT of hypocrisy from a lot of folks, such as the rebel flag thing. HOW CAN A FANDOM BASED ON REBLLING AGAINST SOCIAL NORMS BE AGAINST THE REBEL FLAG? But I only ever saw it as rebellion, not racism. I've had TWO minority roommates since I've moved out here, and they were better than any of the WHITE roommates by far.

Let's see, One was a sociopath, another moved in, got a job after AC 2012, quit after 2 weeks (because he didn't like working with the Russians, so he says), laid on his fat ass for 6 months, pestering his dada for his Christmas money IN SEPTEMBER, and then ran off to the mobil to buy diet pepsis and frozen pizza, finally leaving after MFF 2012 (which he got a FREE ride and room for)

Another moved in a few months later, big drug user, told us everything we wanted to hear, still didn't contribute anything, SEVERE anger problems forced him to move out. Another manipulator.

Shortly afterwards, here comes another who was on the sneaky side, slimy little fuck who was more of a servant to the aforementioned sociopath that tried to control me and failed.

And then there was another sociopath, who more or less tried to control the mood of the apartment. She left in april of 2018 suddenly, no warning, but left me a VERY NICE PICTURE on the counter after she left. I think she was showing me her IQ with that hand signal.

Lastly of the WHITE roommates was another person with severe anger and a real social misfit. He has to leave after several acts of violence against myself and the roommate I have now.

About half of them can hold a job. Pretty much all of them just live from day to day, not really giving a fuck about the future, something I do all the time. The future has a really bad habit of getting here, and people's memories are long. I'm really not afraid to go into more detail WITH THE SLIGHTEST ENCOURAGMENT about each of these previous roommates. Except for the BLACK and HISPANIC roommates, they've all been shit in this apartment.

So that's a score of 6-2, 8 roomies total. PEOPLE need to get a job, be respectful of OTHERS, pay their OWN bills...

All while the remaining HONKIE pushes on!!

Got a lot done in the last month, worked on a suit, put some new games up...

I'm going to put the drinking on hiatus for now. I know I need to exercise more as well, drop about 40 lbs, as I did once, long ago.

Longest april of my life. Too many things went on and I'm really looking forward to a quiet may.

What is it, you ask? No one cares?? Such a relief.

The best thing I could ask for at this point is for No One To Care.

We all go through our own dark times, but if you come out of it, you'll be that much stronger. I hate the fact that there is a very good chance I may have to leave my job, but I'll try my best to pull through it. I'm out in Wisconsin right now, I wouldn't mind moving further east if the chance presented itself, but I will do what I can to fix the situation with the job here.

I really need to get back to upgrading the older suits.

Being young. And the next fur con.

Not a bad con! Got there on Friday afternoon and had a decent time all weekend, went to the mall of American and had some numny foods, suited a bunch, and realized I need to drop some serious poundage.

And today it's fursuit repair. for a few hours only.

And beyond. I've made a few changes in the recent past. Personally, this SJW bull has gotten a lot worse than I'd counted upon, but ALSO...I realize, upon further reflection, that I'd gotten too far away from what brought me into this fandom in the first place.

I'm still making suits, no worries there. But I realize now, that the reason cons weren't as much fun for me as they were in the past is that I needed something new.

I tried something new. I was naïve. Not any more.

I think I'll return to the way I was, the way I used to be. Certainly my experience allows for it.

Lot going on this week. Some of it good, some of it bad. I can't wait till both are over, one big adventure laid to rest.

And now it's over, me boyos, as we rush into a new year, and that means MOAR adventures, fursuits, and delights!! Not just for me, but for all those around me, as we cascade forth unto a whole new era of fun and frolic.

FM 2017 COON REPORT.
Got to the con about 4pm Thursday afternoon, got settled in, unpacked the van, AND I WILL NEVER DRINK ON A TRAVEL NIGHT AGAIN. That drained me muchly.
Fursuited twice, though.
Friday was cool, went out and registered, wore Grimace, Murrica, and Starburst.
Saturday, the parade was nice, took Murrica to that, later had some Vietnamese chicken, also wore Grimace, and later, The Bat.
Sunday, Grimace, Starburst, and finally, Murrica. I need to seriously reinforce those wings, so The Gradian Empire is done for now. It's been 5 cons.
All in all, a decent con. AND THOSE 4 WERE THE ONES I WORE.
Pros: Short travel, close to con
Cons: Drank too much.
But overall it was a decent time, except for some of the "wildlife" on the streets.
I think I'mma start on the new suits again on the weekend...just need to recoup.
